Clean, updated office. Friendly office staff. No long wait to be called back. Professional, kind & caring nurses. Dr Casal is thorough, kind, patient, very informative, has a great personality. Listens to concerns. Definitely recommend.

Love every single doctor there they take great care of my son and I. Now calling the front desk on any extension is a complete joke. Don’t leave the message stay on the line because they’re not going to call you back till days later or right when they’re closing. And yes you would think they’re just busy but anytime you walk in you will see they’re just chit chat. I HIGHLY recommend the doctors here but very frustrating when you have to deal with the bs in between.

While Dr Stenzel is a great Dr that will spend more time than the average Dr with you to address any issues , many of the nurses and staff are either incompetent or just dont care. The staff and nurses will cause you major headaches if you need the to communicate with other offices. One instance recently they just outright lied and said they faxed info that was necessary to coordinate care. It cost us 3 weeks time and 2 extra visits to get things straight, all while trying to get my father treated for a fractured vertebrae during which time he was in excruciating pain. To summarize, Dr stenzel is great but the nursing staff and administrative staff really suck.Additionally, you generally have to wait around 45 minutes to get called back to patient rooms only to wait another 45 there before seeing Dr. Better plan on waiting 1 1/2 hours or more to see the Dr.

The doctor here prescribed my daughter a medicine that doesnt exist anymore and then didnt call in another order for almost a 24 hours later. How does that even happen

Dr. Karen is always so informative. She goes the extra mile to ask all the right questions to see what is really going on and is dedicated to finding the answers to truly treat her patients.

Ive always been a nervous wreck every time I go to a doctor but the staff is amazing and they make me feel so at ease! I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Casal, he is so supportive and truly is the best doctor ive ever had.

Loved Dr. Bumbalough. Love the knowledge she contains that combines gyno/general. She listened so well and was so sympathetic. She has a well-rounded point of view. Some of my views are holistic but some aren’t and she was very understanding and gave great recommendations. To each is own, but I have met several doctors, having moved several times, and she is, by far, my favorite. The whole staff was wonderful as well.

Made an appointment here because I liked one of the doctors. Was told specifically tomorrow at 8am and even confirmed it to make sure I didnt hear wrong. When I walked in I was told my appointment was the next day and they couldnt get me in and were all booked up. Had a very long drive(over 1.5hrs) and missed some work. Big waste of time and gas.

We see Joyce at infinity family practice! We absolutely adore her! She is great with our little guy and very sweet. Always eases this first time mommas heart when I have questions and NEVER makes me feel like im not doing a good job!

I also, have made and confirmed appointments, drove all the way in (45 minutes one way), just to be told it was tomorrow not today. very frustrating. I must add that it is very rare to get a nurse on the line (ext. 5) they never answer and you are left with only the option and thats to leave a message. These messages rarely get returned and that leaves you with having to leave multiple messages and hounding them. I expect that of my Attorney not a medical facility. I have to say though that Doctor Stencil is amazing and if it were not for him I would have gave up on this place long ago.

Dr casal and dr.stensel and his nurses are absolutely amazing.Dr Casal cares about his patients and really stays on top of things.Dr.Stensel also and is very thorough.Joyce is also awesome.would definitely recommend them.

Infinity Family Practice has always been professional and caring, we have had the pleasure of seeing Joyce for our little boy since he was born almost 3 years ago and she has always been so wonderful with him- he adores her and our questions are always answered! We recently had our second little boy and couldn’t imagine him being seen by anyone else. Dr Stenzel and Joyce both show a love for their patients! It is so nice to be able to be seen throughout pregnancy, post partum care and family visits as well right in the same facility. Well done Dr Casal and staff on a great practice!

I had an appointment with the Women’s Health Services, and all the staff was very kind. Shelly made me feel very comfortable during my procedure and made sure I knew what was going on the whole time, which made me much less nervous.

I used to really love these guys. When I first brought my son here, I was given wrong information about intact care. I had an appointment here, went for an ultrasound, and had a hard time getting anyone to call me back about my results. Things just got worse when they brought the family practice in with their womens services. I am so disappointed. These guys are amazingly good, kind, and understanding. They just dont seem to have time for their patients anymore.

There only reason for giving two stars instead of one is because Dr Burgess and Joyce are fantastic. However, the receptionist is impatient and rude, the nurses are not thorough, and the facility is filthy. Even the waiting room smells bad. When you walk, dust bunnies fly around. Today I arrived for my appointment, waited twenty minutes, and was told I didnt have an appointment. That was the last straw. Oh and the parking sucks.

Great doctor who really cares about my health as much as I do. Dr bubalough does an excellent job and is very informative about conditions and prescription s.

I seen Dr Casal after losing my GYN that Ive had most of my adult life. I really like him & he LISTENS! ALSO I seen Dr Levoy for primary care & I love her!!! She listens! And thats really important!!!!

I am leaving 1 of 2 reviews. The first one is for Dr. Michael Casal and the OB staff from the moment I found out I was pregnant until I delievered my baby. It was absolutely a blessing. Not only is Dr. Casal very intelligent, he is patient, kind, and always available to answer all questions and concerns! His bedside manners are exceptional, he is very personable, and takes pride in his work. This being my first I was very nervous and full of questions and he was there for my husband and myself every step of the way. I am blessed to have such an amazing experience from Dr. Casal and his staff.2 of 2.Today we had our first well visit for our little girl! Being a first time parents of course has been overwhelming with all the new experiences we are going through. We were able to see NP Joyce Bumbalough and we couldn’t of been more glad! She is very smart, answered all of our questions, and made us leave feeling so much more comfortable with our baby girl and everything that we are doing! It’s great being able to talk to health care providers when they are willing to discuss your personal concerns like those concerns are theirs as well.Thank you from our family!

All doctors in this practice/clinic are very helpful. They make sure we are taken care of and are informed. Receptionists/MAs are very approachable. In our experience, Infinity Family Practice,Infinity Pharmacy and Womens health services are the best!Thanks to all the doctors,CNMs,nurses and everyone else, most especially Dr.Casal who never failed to give utmost care to me when I was pregnant,during childbirth and post partum. We had an appointment at 1pm, and the office is closed for lunch from 12-12:45pm. There were no other patients in the office, and none ahead of us; we were the first appointment after their lunch. Yet we still had to wait 20 minutes to be seen! Very unprofessional service. Should not have to wait 20 minutes when you are the first appointment! Why even have an appointment when they dont honor it?!?

Appointment for 10:20 A.M arrived at 10:10 . Finally got called back around 11:45. Everyone that arrived after us got to be seen before us . Very unprofessional service. Constantly overbooking...

I have always liked the infinity practice frm the first floor to the third. Ppl forget how busy they can be and whine and cry about how they dnt get things on a timely fashion. Its also called communication.

I saw Dr treto! Straight up and easy to talk to!

I keep trying to call and no one will ever answer... they have let my prescription go without a refill twice now, and their prescription refill line is nothing but a voicemail...
