I have been seeing her for a year. She’s the best endo I have been to. She listens to everything I have to say and addresses my concerns. She has scheduled y ultrasounds as needed. My blood work I get done at the office and for that I don’t have to have an actual paper order. I go in and check in and the lady at the window gets my lab orders printed out. I wait until they come and get me to take my blood and then I’m done. I know that I have to have it a week or two before my appointment so that’s when I do it. I also get my next appointment at check out. I have never had a problem with the office ladies. Always polite and respectful. Sometimes the office is busy and it can take a while to be seen but she’s very efficient in her work so I don’t mind.

It takes 4 months to get in just to see the doctor. Then they require you to answer medical questions out loud in the lobby next to other patients.They dont even ask your medical questions privately so other people dont hear your personal details. When you address your concerns about answering medical questions in front of others you are then asked to leave. Dont waste your time at this place.

Missed one appointment and now forcing me to find another doctor. Even though I had a seizure and obviously now wouldn’t be the best time to search for another doctor... been going there for four years with no issue

Ive been going to Dr Kasturi since 2017 and I will say she is a good doctor... Unless you dont agree with what she wants. I wanted my thyroid removed, she wanted mee to get radiation treatment.... No one) not comfortable with that and two) at the time I had a three month I couldnt be away from like that.... My only other complaint and final straw is, I havent seen Kasturi in almost 6 months and have rescheduled THREE times cause I get there 15 minutes before my scheduled time and STILL WAIT FOR OVER AN HOUR for a ten minute conversation..... No... Than today when I went up to ask why I was still waiting the woman at the desk didnt even let mee finish my question and STUCK HER HAND UP IN MY FACE um excuse mee? Nope done.... Finding a different doctor which sucks cause Ill have to drive to Lebanon as my closest option....

Rude and unprofessional staff the wait time was way to long and the staff sent me a letter letting me no that cannot see me again that i missed several apts i only missed one apt was due to a death in the family after the second apt i decided not to go back the staff is very unfriendly and it takes to long in the waiting room and they never answer the calls when the insurance was calling choose another dr it would be best

The problem really wasnt with dr. Kasturi herself but like others have stated the office staff is horrible. I have 2 kids 1 in school which I have to get to and from school and a 2 yr old and they were completely unwilling to understand my situation about appt times, as I live in crossville. They accused me of being a no show for my appt when Id actually spoke to someone about a reschedule. When I FINALLY got an appt scheduled by a nurse, apparently it wasnt put in the schedule at the front desk so they refused to allow me to come in for the time it was scheduled even though I told them the date and time on my phone the nurse had called and spoke to me. They acted as if Id just completley lied about the appt time and it really infuriated me the fact that I had someone scheduled to take my daughter to school and an early morning babysitter scheduled but they refused to work with me so Im finding another doctor now even if I have to travel to Nashville or Knoxville it would be better than having to deal with the staff there.

Office never answers or returns phone calls. Doctor was unwilling to work on getting an appointment that works for my schedule. I waited 3 months for an appointment only to be told I would have to take time off work to have a new patient appointment. I can’t do that.
