Did Rockdale close??? I just got a call about a prescription I was supposed to move there. I moved my prescriptions there as the CVS pharmacy across the street NEVER had my prescriptions ready on the days I needed to pickup. They would often tell me it would be up to a week before they would have my meds in stock. Which... I cannot miss my doses often much less an entire week. They could not be bothered to call other pharmacies or do any other helpful thing. I am so upset about this. Im not sure what to do because I cant stand the thought of going back to that horrible CVS.

This has happened too many times. If you close at 7, dont close early. When I first arrived, someone was in there, with the lights on, & door locked. Then they shut the lights off on me. unacceptable.

After a visit to the Emergency Room the attending doctor referred me to the Rockdale Pharmacy stating they would have the best price for my prescription since I would be paying out of pocket. I can say that after my first visit it will not be the last. The pharmacist and tech that assisted me were the best Ive ever encountered. They were very attentive and informative and I was in an out in under 20 minutes. I will be going back for all my pharmacy needs and will send anyone on the area their way as well.

Prospective Employees beware!!!! I would give them a zero if I could, I worked for this facility for a whole three weeks as an experienced registered pharmacy technician and they did not pay me. They were deceitful and lied and said that I didn’t work there when I clearly did. DO Not Work For Rockdale Pharmacy they will make you work and not pay you modern day slavery!

I love this Pharmacy. Everyone who works here are extremely nice. Never have a issue with getting my questions answered. Love getting good advice. And theyre always smiling. Thanks for providing me with the best customer service ever.

I absolutely love this pharmacy! They deserve a 10 star rating. The staff is very professional, friendly, and very fast at filling prescriptions. Ive been using Rockdale Pharmacy for several months now. Every time that Ive been in, my wait time has never been over 15-20 minutes. Sometimes, 5-10 minutes. I live about 35-40 minutes away, but I refuse to use any other pharmacy. ❤

The service is personalized friendly and fast. Ive never had a bad experience, in fact after my first visit I transferred all of my prescriptions from a big chain store to Rockdale Pharmacy. They impressed me that much and Ive yet to be disappointed. The icing on their wonderful cake, is that they deliver.

They were kind and helpful in their service and even offer discounts on the medicines compared to other companies. They took the time to help me look for an over the counter item I was looking for and the oharmpharm helped save money by pointing out the most cost effective but efficient product. They are friendly and very quick to fill prescriptions. They are a great pharmacy.

I would recommend them to anyone very professional,personal and fast service. You will be in and out in know time. They try to find a discount on any medication that might be a little pricey compared to other places yes go you will not be disappointed.

I couldn’t find liquid perma flu for my son and even though I haven’t been here before. They were very friendly and accommodating with my son having Asthama and, the pediatrician being closed already I was able to have my sons prescription transferred. Thank you and God blessMichael Family

5 star customer service! The pharmacist who assisted me was SOooo helpful, kind and professional. He even assisted me by calling my insurance provider to obtain information for my sons prescriptions. Plus, they had the prescriptions readily available, unlike CVS across the street.

The most helpful people, they know everyone by name and great prices!
