I call and wait 20+ minutes and try again on other day.. and again the same thing. Is this pharmacy even open? Noone seems to be there to answer the phone call? I guess they dont need me as a customer ... I will go elsewhere im tired of trying to get ahold of someone without ever an answer. Heres to the last time trying to get my prescription filled there.. 25 minutes to not get an answer for the third time.. aint nobody got time for that!

I cannot seem to get a hold of any one (real person ) The CVS answering machine asks do you want a refill? Answer yes CVS answer machine we cannot do a refill at this time. Well .... why not? you cant get an answer to this. Go to customer service finally to some one real, ( answer ) your prescription has expired we will call the doctor. I call the doctor We cannot get through The doctor says we have to wait on the phone for greater than 15 min This to me means, they are under staffed, or poorly managed ? The other thing is the automated prescription has been filled Which prescription? and waiting. In the mean time you no longer need that prescription but your getting an alert that the prescription is ready. You walk up to the counter and if you dont check what is in the bag you might end up with something you dont need this has happened twice to me.

I usually just over look this kind of thing but As i was dropping off my prescriptions. I was treated with nothing but rudeness and attitude. This is not the first occurance. Just last week the same thing has happened. Over all Poor customer service from the women at the counter. Since they are in a position thats helping people you would think you would get treated better. I myself is looking for a career in Pharmacy and even i would treat people better than i have been treated at this location.

They need to close this place down
