My experience….where do I begin…. I am or was a patient for over 20 years. Ok… so I scheduled an appt for my daughter whom is under the age of 18. My daughter has had some issues and I wanted to talk to Chelsey in regards to the health issue. Get to the office after a short period of time they called us back. We get to the door to go back and the nurseinformed me that I could not go back with my daughter because of Covid!!! I am over it!!! I told the nurse that we were done. She looked dumbfounded so I told her I was not playing. I was so frustrated and left. After driving a few minutes I called the office and stated I wanted my money back. I had to turn around and go get the refund. I get to the desk and some 12 year old so called mgr came to the desk. Handed me my paper where it showed my refund. I explained in a loud voice my concerns. She informed me that Chelsey was strict and that children of the age 15 could go back without a parent. Then I got louder and told this mgr that I was going to be transferring out along with a whole list of my family as well. She did not seemed to care. I am very frustrated!! Do not see Chelsey nor deal with the office so called 12 year old mgr. Very bad experience. My main doctor is dr. Hoodboy and I will be voicing my concerns to him. Hey may not care but I will let him know why I am leaving. I am over the excuse of covid!! Wth

THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND SHOULD LEARN HOW TO BE MORE POLITE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS!!

Chelsey and her medical assistant Mel are the absolute best! Mel always has a smile on her face and truly cares about her patients. Chelsey is an excellent PA. She is very thorough, knowledgeable and has excellent bedside manners. I am very happy with the care I receive from them and I highly recommend them!

I came in for my annual physical, I am heathy with not medical problems . I informed the staff that I am an ER RN, when asked about COVID exposure. I was refused care , after informing them that we wear full PPE and I have tested negative for antibodies ( never having covid ) . I was still refused care , who will take care of the frontline workers that always take care of others ?I wish I could give 0 stars for healthcare workers refusing to care for those of us who do the jobs others refuse or fear to do. The PA Chelsea refused to render a frontline worker care .

Went to my Primary doctor at Rockdale Family Practice In CONYERS Georgia the receptionist was so rude and rude and did not give correct information. I feel in a medical field or any field you have to be respectful and at all means know the correct protocol. So sad! She told me that my doctor would not see me due to a previous incident. Why do you have a doctor and pay the fees if they will not see you.It so sad and I refuse to take a answer that don’t add up.

They are very busy and they are on the ball.. they saved my life

The staff is extremely friendly and courteous. Dr. Asser is very competent and very thorough.

I have been going to these doctor for at least 3 to 4 yrs. I called them on Wednesday to make an appointment to come in because my right leg was not getting in circulation and was feeling num. The front desk clerk told me that I had a balance on my account and that I needed to make a payment on the balance, make a payment arrangement for the outstanding balance before I could see the doctor. I was like okay! I get off work goes to the office make the payment and they tell me after I make the payment and the payment arrangement that I could not see the doctor unless I make a payment of $93 to see the doctor due to my insurance do not start until July 1. I asked the front desk if they could add the $93 to the balance I already have she said no! Come back when my insurance starts. Now explain to me how you tell a customer that been coming to your office for over 3 to 4 yr. some stuff like that. I have decided that when you patronize a company and they do not help you when you need help! It time to move the hell on. I will not be going back to them.

Scheduler is just rude. Their customer service is horrible. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Their providers cancel appointments a lot.

I have been going to this facility for a couple of years and since my son became terminally ill I was no longer able to work and now receives Medicaid and when I called to schedule an appointment for sciatica nerve pain I was told I couldnt be seen because I now have Medicaid and they never services me with that insurance. I understand if I was never seen by their facility before but I am a regular customer and now I have to find another doctor who is not familiar with my situation. This is crazy.

I have been going to Rockdale Family Practice for a few Year now and the staff is awesome from the front desk to the back end. Their all very professional and protect patient confidentiality. I see Dr. Arkmal and his nurse Sarah who is wonderful and a very caring person...Thanks for all you do. Susan ALLEN

Saw Dr. Akmal at Rockdale Family Practice today. Best dr. appt. Ive ever had! Very thorough, very informative, very attentive - and the nurse was outstanding as well. Wait time was almost zero. Im so very happy Ive decided to establish this office as my PCP!!!

DO NOT COME HERE! They do not care about their patients they run unnecessary test on you to make you pay for them bc your insurance won’t pay for the unnecessary stuff they do. Every time I go they run the same unnecessary testing then say I can’t be seen until I pay for the test that was ran that I didn’t even request for I’m not paying anything and will never come back here again.

This place is great! In and Out quickly! Best part is the ALL the doctors have been apart of the practice for years! They open at 7am so I can run in before work!

Dr.Sam and his staff were very thorough and informative..with excellent bedside manor and humor as i was having a bad day with illness..i dont know about weight time ,,i got there while not busy....

I highly recommend this place! Dr. Nadeem Hoodbhoy and the staff are friendly, extremely knowledgeable, courteous, organized, and very caring - just absolutely wonderful. I can see why I was referred here in the first place and this will remain my primary care facility.

Been coming here for years, no issues except for long wait when they were transitioning to on line access. My husband needed to be seen today, had appointment, saw Dr. Michael Johnson. Had a skin rash issue.Worst experience of doctors visit possible. Dr. Mike did not even want to explore the possible alternatives, never looked at problem area, just referred us to dermatologist which he had previous seen. No bed-side manner what so ever, left us feeling like we threw money and time in the wind. Dr. Asser would have been much more concerned of what was going on and would have done her best to figure out temporary relief to the problem until further testing could be done. I read Dr. Johnsons credentials and thought he would be someone who could help in a crisis situation since he was working at Emory in emergency dept. I do not recommend Dr. Mike for a doctor. Sorry, never post on these but this visit needed to be addressed.

I have only had positive experiences at this doctors office.

I went into the office because I was asked by my doctor to come in on Saturday and have my blood levels rechecked because it is off I arrived at 1:28pm and still had not been seen by anyone and it was now 2:30pm I was then told because my levels were off I needed to see a doctor. I was then asked would I like to schedule an appt for Monday. I replied no, that I would contact my Doctor on monday. This is not the first time that other patients who had come in after me go before me and I am waiting in the waiting room. Today was the last time, to accept this type of service. I believe that it is now time to find a doctors office with better service. I hate to have to come this decision because I really do love my doctor which is Dr. Asser, she is one who cares about her patients.

Dr.Henderson is a wonderful doctor,very personable and kind.The staff is very kind and the atmosphere is amazing as well.Im so glad Ive found a great doctors office with a team of people I know I can trust.Cant forget nurse Candace,shes the best nurse Ive met thus far.#Imapatientoftheirsforsure
