I had called on Monday to speak with Dr. Brown after having lab work done, and he never returned my call or followed up with any feedback(patient portal) per requested. I scheduled an appt for Wednesday and wanted to make sure I did what I needed to do to have a productive appt or if I needed to schedule with my primary physician. This is a conversation that could have taken all of 5 minutes instead Dr. Brown had an attitude as if his feelings were hurt. I have been a patient of his for many years, and have referred many people to this practice. Patients are held accountable and so should Physicians. Physician follow-up is a part of patient care.

Ever since being diagnosed with diabetes 2 years ago (with a blood glucose of 1,127!) Dr. Mepani and his staff have done an excellent job assisting me in getting my diabetes under control. I cant say enough positive things about their professionalism as well as compassion towards their patients. There has never been a long wait time at a single one of my appointments and, despite their office being an hour away, you could not pay me to switch to another Endocrinologist.

Attended my husbands first appointment with him and met with Dr. Brown. We were both very pleased with our experience!! Loved Dr. Brown and loved the way he explained and discussed my husbands diabetes. The office was run like a well oiled machine!!

An established patient, I arrived 3 minutes past the 3:45pm lab cut off time and was refused. They dont consider emergency treatment at a Dr. 35 min. away a valid exexception. Sad.

I havent seen Dr Browning in forever but he is a great Dr. However, there policies and procedures have changed and are less desirable for busy working people. There are no rescheduling after a cancellation how odd. I think this shows zero flexibility and and I will be looking for another Dr in the area. A fear tactic is never an option for me and my family.

No re-schedule if you have to cancel ?!? Why? My doc must refer for specialist appt in 3 days. I have Cigna Healthspring but (some error) not listed on their referral website. Might reschedule for more time to get referral. Will find out if thats a problem.

I had the worst experience ever. The staff was uncaring and rude. The phlebotomist was very rough. the worst was the doctor who refused to work with my diabetes treatment because I could not attend a mandatory class that was only scheduled during my working hours. I will never go back to this place again.
