We ordered curbside pickup on Saturday. One son went to pick up the order. When he got home, we didn’t realize that we’d gotten the wrong order until after son youngest started eating….. The food wasn’t what we ordered. But, it was delicious. I guess that we’ll have to order once more to see how the meals that we wanted tastes.Oh…. Someone did call us to see if we wanted to take the food back in exchange for our order. I let him know that my son didn’t feel like driving back & the food that we received was delicious.

I eat here every single week, just about.always getting my Cajun Shrimp plate and it never disappoints me!! these men and women CAN COOK😍 well seasoned and just the right amount of spice

I ordered from Horatios for the 3rd time ever yesterday. This was the first time Ive been disappointed. I ordered the spicy black bean burger, and it was hard. You know beans are mushy, but this thing didnt give in. I looked at the patty and it looked like it was old, almost like it had been part of another sandwich and was repurposed for mine. That was an epic fail. Needless to say, I threw it away. My sides were good though: wild rice, asparagus, and sauteed kale. My red ranger juice was good as well.Dont do that to me again. I genuinely like this place and Im new to the area. Ive told some coworkers and my family about how good this place is.

The food is awesome, I know we’ve heard, good things come to those that wait, but this is too much! I ordered my food numerous times, call in and online. That 20 minute automatic answer must stop. I ordered while I was on the North side of Decatur and came through traffic. I arrived and I was told 5 more minutes. I end up waiting 25 more minutes. My order took over an hour. That’s unacceptable, and I’ve never received one apology. I’m trying but with orders taking an hour, we might as well order from Decatur. We must do better in the Back of the house and also to train the front of the house with better customer service when the food is late!

If your menu online says 6.99 for a sautéed veggie plate which would include -but didn’t-green peppers and onions sautéed -then why do I have to come to the restaurant to pick it up and pay 8.99 with just some cabbage a few pieces of broccoli and brown rice with very little seasoning very little taste Very very little taste no seasoning hardly at all I could’ve easily microwave this meal at home Try to be supportive but as always heading back to Chick-fil-A… I mean nine dollars really????

The juice is delicious and the jerk chicken tacos are extremely filling. Everything else is problematic. Our orders came out at all different times over the course of an hour and they couldn’t remember what we ordered and what already came out. The tea tasted like plain hot water. The veggie burgers were flavorless. Even folks who ordered online had really long waits. Just come for the juice.

My first time trying Horatios today...my experience was an excellent one! The customer service was great over the phone and in person. The only thing, when I asked about ordering for pick up, instead of saying, excuse me. Let me get someone who can help you, the guy yelled out for someone else to take my order. The young lady who took my order was very pleasant and professional. She stated that it would be 15 minutes. It was about a ten minute drive, and upon my arrival, I only had to wait a short while. They appeared to have a very large take out order b4 me so understood. The food was fresh and hot and I enjoyed it. I recommended them to friends.

I placed my order through grubhub. I ordered the jumbo shrimp and pasta the shrimp definitely aint jumbo at all the sauce on it isnt good. I got jerk tacos for my Caribbean husband he said they definitely wasnt good. But I got myself the turkey burger and it was so good! The slaw with it was good too. The cabbage didnt have enough flavor for me that I ordered as a side. I also got a side of kale and it was cooked perfectly. So this one was a big hit and miss.

It is quite unfortunate. You try to support black owned businesses, but it is quite unfortunate when the service isn’t up to par. The staff members have horrible attitudes, the wait times are ridiculous. Over an hour for 2 black bean burgers. Also, the staff touches your food with their hands when they are supposed to be wearing gloves. They touch money and then touch buns. Do not recommend. 😕

They are amazing. Their power went out today, and they still were able to keep a smile on their face while hundreds of people were calling, and power issues. My husband was still able to get our food, and they were the nicest people he has dealt with in a while. Had their food a few times and I rave about it all the time. Horatios. / dickeys. Whatever name they are going by. The customer service in this joint is terrible. Teenagers arguing over orders in the back and totally ignoring customers who walk in the door. Visited on 7/20/2021 around 7:40 pm. Instead of greeting me when i walk in the door , employees are discussing what time they are going to breakdown the kitchen. Restaurant has a strong closed up / funky smell.

The people were nice. Like most other customers on here, I was told a wait time and the actual wait time was completely past that. I was told 20 minutes. I waited 45 minutes. The food was not that good. Just very poor food quality overall. I will retry this after 30 days to see if the one star should stand.

Ok so the young lady at the counter is a child same age as my baby she’s a sweet girl but the restaurant isn’t very well organized or equipped to do online orders I ordered my food at 4pm got it at 6pm… my salmon wrap was VERY good! They gave me a complimentary juice for waiting I wasn’t too crazy about it… the shrimp wrap my daughter didn’t care for I thought it was ok. The fries I waited forever on was HORRIBLE! Will I order there again??? Idk likely not… it wasn’t terrible the staff was friendly I’m just a working lady I wanna go home after work not wait 2 hours for takeout.

Ordered veggie plate with wild rice. I was okay just a little bland for me but it was healthy. Had a beets paradise drink that was delicious. I will go back to try other things on the menu.

Highly disorganized and unprofessional. I will never use nor recommend this place ever again. Twice I used them for catering needs at our office and twice they neglected to include all items with our orders. When I called today to find out what happened to one of our missing lunch platters, I was told by someone that the item is sitting on the counter and we should ask for a refund or come and pick it up. How unprofessional and rude. Never even received an apology from anyone. I will go back to using Panera Bread for all my future catering needs. They have the food ready on time and they make sure all orders are complete before delivering.

The food is good and healthy and yes I will return, it just takes so long to get your food if you order in. I only ordered shrimp tacos and it took so so so long for 3 and the shrimp was cold but because the food is not bad, and I was hungry I still ate my food, I also think the food is over priced.

The Dickeys here is terrible. Food is bland. Ordered through uber eats and of course an item I selected was not actually available. I got 4 chocolate chip cookies instead of the pecan pie slice. If you dont have an item just remove it from the app.

We made an impromptu visit today while in town with all of the kids. It was a wait but it was worth it when you are getting fresh real food! We had the beyond burger, beyond taco, grilled chicken wrap, jerk chicken taco (OMG get this!!!!), zucchini fries and sweet potato fries. Everything was a hit!!!!

Im a new vegan so I wanted to try something different. When I called to place the order the lady was really nice and helpful and answered all of my questions. She told me it would take about 20 minutes to have my order completed. After that time, I went inside thinking that my order should be about ready. When I paid for my food, I thought that the cashier would bring it out shortly after that. Needless to say it took an hour for them to bring my food out, in addition to another 5-10 minutes to give me my sauce that was supposed to come with my black bean burger. Im assuming they were either short staffed or this is how regular business is for them. Besides the long service, the music in the place was way too loud. Not every customer wants loud music to entertain them. If youre going to have music, please make it at a tolerable volume. And please stop playing the obscene version of music. Besides the service and atmosphere of the restaurant overall it was a pretty good experience and the food was pretty good. I will return again and will try their Beyond burger.

Just when I thought a VegaVeggiePescatarian (😂) couldnt eat out in Conyers I found Horatios tucked off in the corner of the Plaza near Planet Fitness!!!! The food was so good... spicy black bean burger was EVERYTHING and the sweet potatoe fries winning

The burger was great. The only reason why i did 3 stars was because i asked for no veggie mix and onions and i was given BOTH so i had to scrap the top layer of the burger off. And as you can see it says no veggie or onions on the burger

In the final hour of a road trip, our family performed a Google search for healthy food options in Conyers. Horatios appeared and we agreed to support a small business. Forty minutes out, I attempted to call ahead as I knew we would arrive within 10 minutes of closing. First, I get what sounds like someones traditional standard answering machine (pre-voicemail) which does not identify the business.Then I attempt to use their online chat function since it appeared operational. No response. We walk in at 8:50 to be greeted with hi, were about to close. I explained we attempted to call and use the online function. I was told, yeah, my boss unplugged the phone line. Its unfortunate and quite sad when we are asked repeatedly to support small businesses, the business itself does not avail itself to be supported. Horatios is in close proximity to our house so if we liked it, we wouldve gladly returned. Thank goodness we have Green Love 💚 Kitchen. Their hours are limited but at least we know theyre open until their published hours of operation.

I stumbled upon Horatios healthy cuisine accidentally while searching Grubhub for healthy eating establishments. I had never heard of this restaurant before so I decided to play it safe by ordering the Impossible soft tacos. I was very pleased with the flavor, texture and sauces. I will be ordering again.

The food taste great and is healthy. I order online or call in to avoid the wait. I recommend this restaurant to all people. Dont sleep on this place its great!!

Unfortunately, the bad outweighs the good at this place. Heres the good: They have a very good turkey burger and delicious pressed juices. They also take COVID-19 precautions seriously. And the young lady at the front counter was very nice. Heres the bad: They dont actually serve everything that appears on their menu. We went there because we wanted healthy, delicious cuisine and desserts. We checked the menu online before going into the restaurant and we were told over and over again that they didnt have the items we wanted...no cheese for turkey burger, no lemonade, no desserts at all! I ordered a portabella burger which was two burnt, smashed mushrooms serving as a bun surrounding a tough, chewy, overcooked(burnt) black bean burger. It tasted awful! We definitely wont be back. I was very disappointed.

I love this place. I order from here every week. But today by the time I get to the end of my plate I found a cooked bug on my broccoli.

I used Uber eats and my meals arrived hot. So thats a plus. Expected portion sizes. However, the wild rice was hard so I wont be able to eat that. I also left a note in the special instructions to put sauce/gravy on the rice for both meals. That was ignored. The taste is very mediocre. Not enough flavor at all. The chicken taste like it was just drenched in their jerk sauce. Nothing to rave about. I ordered based off the reviews and expected the food to be delicious. Wasnt bad but wasnt great either.

Im vegan and this is not guilt free as advertised. My lips need no moisturizer, due to the amount of oil coming from my plate. Absolutely zero flavor. You can have healthy and flavorful, its called herbs. My Sautéed Veggie plate should be called 4 cabbage servings. I cant eat anymore cabbage. Thats enough. Not one of us finished our food, its just not at all good. The impossible tacos, zero taste. Thats coming from a woman that eats everything, she said, no way.👎 My mother asked if we bought her a plate of iceberg instead of the vegetable promised on the menu with her salmon, No we asked for a mix of vegetablesto be in place. This is not even close to acceptable. A waste of money, went to bed with growling tummies, and didnt receive food until 9pm. Time to change some things for sure. They also get upset if you leave a truthful review.

When they say healthy they mean healthy. The sauteed vegetables are delicious. They still have a little crunch to them. The cabbage was bomb!! I almost wanted some corn bread with it. Im not sure if they have cornbread.

Beware do not use your card here the cashier put a 25 dollar fraudulent charge on my account I had to dispute through my bank because they claim they couldnt see where she swiped it so not trust them with anything other than cash!!!!!!Response to Manager or whoever you are: No your cashier brought me my food and when I asked for my receipt she claim it wasnt printing I started to drive away and I checked my account and saw the 25 dollar charge your cashier knew there was a $25 charge she swiped on my card and did not say anything about it when she came to bring me my food so she tried to hide it . Had I not checked my account I would have never know. And I slhad to file a fraud claim with my bank who confirmed the charge cane from your business it was not a hold placed by my bank I can provide documentation to support what I am saying . Your employee was not forth coming and honest I understand mistakes happen but she should have told me she made an error . So you need to be mindful about how youre employees are handling issues with your customers you were not present for the entire situation so speak on what you know . Because when you finally did get involved you couldnt even figure out how she made that mistake so dont try to discredit ppl when you dont have all the facts and say its an untruth make sure youre actually present and know what youre talking about before calling someone a liar .Now you be blessed

Everything here is delicious and healthy. I highly recommend the black bean burger, the salmon tacos, the house salad and the Irobot juice. The staff is always pleadant and your food is made fresh and with Nana on deck you can be sure it is made with love. The taste will back that up. Recent discovery but I am so happy I decided to try. A few weeks ago i had a shrimp wrap (wrapped in spinach) with soy ginger sauce. it was very good, the sauce tasted kind of like teriyaki sauce. i will definitely be back!

They did NOT disappoint❤️ I had the salmon, wild rice and slaw, with a Red Ranger fruit juice. Aaammmaazzziinngg🙌The staff and atmosphere was excellent and so friendly. I ended up buying some of their fresh juices. I’ll be back!

Today was my first visit at HORATIOS I ordered the Vegan Spicy Black Bean Burger and the Sauteed veggie plate with brown rice. HORATIOS is my new favorite place. Every single bite of the Black Bean Burger was delicious. Sauteed veggie Plate and brown rice😁😁😁😁 veggie sauteed perfectly.

I wish I could give 5 stars because the meal was good and portion was huge. However, its painfully obvious if youre not a regular. It seems this establishment is big on supporting its own community. Which is fantastic, but can sometimes create and atmosphere for people passing through that isnt so welcoming.

I just started a new job that is luckily located near Horatios and decided to give them a try yesterday . Lets just say I was not disappointed! I tried the salmon wrap which is so delicious. I am getting it again today . Their juice is great too. I tried the irobot and power ranger . If you are in the area and enjoy healthy food Horatios is a must try.

I will start by saying that the service was very fast. I received my order and soon realized why. My food was not prepared as described on the menu. There were vegetables missing from my pasta. Although they told me they would fix it I declined because the cook touched the door and several items in the kitchen then proceeded to cut the vegetables that she was planning to make for me. There were people who seemed to be family members in and out of the kitchen. Overall disappointed.

My husband and I always love to try non traditional restaurants, so when we realized this one was there we were super excited to try it, and the fact that it was healthy cuisine was a SUPER plus!The food definitely did not disappoint! I had the portabello burger and my husband had the turkey burger with wild rice and they were both quite delicious.I give 4 stars because it took over an hour to get our food, which seems to be rather common based on other reviews. The lady at the counter was extremely apologetic and super nice, but I was going on my lunch break and was late back to work AND had to get my food to go.I will certainly go back, but I will call my order in ahead of time next time, even if we plan on eating there.

The food was good, it could have had more seasoning though. Our food took really long and it was only room temperature besides the kale which was the last thing cooked. I know that because sitting at our table, I could hear the cook in the kitchen calling out what is still needed. I think they really need alot of help in the kitchen.

Initially, I gave this place 5 stars but recently I realized after I ate there several times I was ill. The staff is constantly changing and the service is poor. My friends and I had to wait over 30 minutes for our food and the chicken wraps were salty. They claim to be diabetic friendly but their food is filled with salt and sugar.

Went there for the first time today. Staff was nice and personable, I like the atmosphere. I saw that they had paella on the menu; its one of my favorite foods. Ive had authentic paella in Spain, Puerto Rico, and Dominican Republic, so maybe my expectations were a little too high...this was a bit of a disappointment. The rice was just ok, chicken slightly overcooked, and the turkey sausage really just tasted like cut up hotdog.I love red snapper and I saw that on the menu as well...Maybe Ill go back and try it, but I dunno...
