I have had root canals done in the past, but none compared to the treatment I received at Conyers Endodontic Center. The staff was friendly which made the process seem easy. Dr. Desir and his staff were very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Desir promised I wouldn’t feel any pain during the root canal procedure and he fulfilled his promise! I only had to take two ibuprofen after post procedure and I haven’t needed medicine since. I would highly recommend this practice!

Dr. DeVeaux and the staff are EVERYTHING! The passion and efficiency they have for their job will put any new client in a complete comfortable state. Before, during, and after my procedure they made sure I was in as little pain as possible and educated me on how I need to take care of my tooth. Of course, I’m glad I don’t have to go back to a specialist anymore but if I did, I’m choosing them no matter where I live in the state.

This experience is second to none! The calm, the ambiance, & the attentiveness of the staff were a welcomed surprise. I visited the location twice, first for a consultation, later for a treatment. I was impressed to see that even with different staff in place, the service & experience were the same. Dr. DeVeaux is phenomenal! She assured that my experience was as relaxed & pain-free as possible (this was just with local numbing), & she made it so. It was a much more present experience that I had anticipated. Upon arriving to make an appointment the young man at the front desk was so kind, helpful and very pleasant. During my counseling visit I was shaking in my boots but I have to tell you Dr. Candace DeVeaux was amazingly calm and very thorough with her analysis of the situation. She explained EVERYTHING to the tee! Her staff is AMAZING! Everyone had great attitudes very helpful and you could tell they were smiling through their masks.😁3. Angelina made my appointment and wouldn’t ya know it, I got a same day appointment for later that afternoon! Didn’t have to wait 2 weeks after all.She explained my cost and what was taken care of by my insurance. I felt so at ease but still nervous nonetheless.4. During the procedure (had an infection in a previous 2018 root canal tooth, uggghh painful!!) Dr. DeVeaux was soooo patient and kind. She explained everything she needed to do. Her staff, Emily was just as patient. Very good assistant!I love how they knew my anxiety was high and comforted me by lightly petting my shoulder. Soooo comforting!5. Conyers Endodontic Center is exceptional. Dr Desir and staff run a tight schedule providing expert service and friendly bedside manner. The morning after my root canal they called to see if I had any complications or not. I did not. I’ve had many root canals from other clinics. That phone call set the tone for Excellence with this clinic. I Highly recommend Dr Desir and this clinic.

BEWARE! I went in for an evaluation concerning a root canal. I informed the assistant that I had met my deductible for the year and wanted to get the work done before the end of the year. I also asked for a predetermination of my out of pocket cost from my insurance company. After my consultation with Dr. Deveaux, I was given a print out of the total costs and my part. The root canal was a disaster! After three visits, the apparent infection was still present. The doctor put some kind of tint on that area and informed me that the tooth was cracked so a root canal would not solve my problem. She recommended that the tooth be extracted and referred me back to my dentist. The office manager also informed me that Delta Dental declined payment in the work because per their records, that tooth had already had a root canal. As I was reviewing the claim online, I noticed that the insurance company had noted that Conyers Endodontics is not in their network. So I called the insurance company to find out why they pre- authorized the work on a tooth that they would not approve. Delta Dental informed me that they had no record of Conyers Endodontics contacting them for a pre-authorization!! So somebody LIED just to get my business!! So if course, I was and am furious because I made it quite clear what my intentions were, and the fact that they are not even in my network, made it impossible for me to get the benefits I would have received from an in network provider. So I have literally wasted over $1000 on consultation fee, failed root canal charges, PLUS charges for a worthless crown!!! They play all of this Christian music and present themselves as a Christian organization. Yet they have been totally unrepentant about their deceptive practices. No, I would not recommend this group to anyone!! My lessons learned: Confirm that all providers recommended by an in network provider are also in network. Go with my intuition- if a situation doesnt feel right, flee from it!

I highly recommend Dr Desir and his staff. Dr Desair’s entire staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Senoria, his chair side assistant helped me stay calm throughout the entire procedure. She is very kind and attentive! Dr Desir was pain free and checked on me frequently throughout my root canal. Their office is extremely clean and beautiful.

Amazing office and staff! My experience here was great and Dr. Dessir is very experienced, professional and kind. I love that when you walk into the office it’s super clean, smells really nice, and doesn’t feel like a dentist office. The front desk staff is very welcoming and their workspace is super organized, to me it just reflects on how smooth everything goes. The dental assistants were also a big part of why I would come back, they were friendly and kept me informed of everything. This was my first time attending Conyers Endodontic and it want be my last. The entire office was so pleasant and nice. I had to get a root canal done and I was so scared and nervous at the same time, but doc and nurse came in and made me fill calm and relax my procedure was a smooth transition.

Because of my prior visit at CEC, I felt comfortable having my Root Canal done there. Dr.Desir and the rest of the staff made sure I was comfortable and understood each step of the procedure. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. As a new patient, I showed up for my 8:20 am appointment on time. After 10 minutes see another patient come in, she spoke to the front desk then took a seat.I was asked to have a seat in my car due to COVID-19 restrictions, and someone would call me when they were ready to see me. At 8:45 am, I call the front desk to see why its taking so long, I was told they were sterilizing the room.I call back at 9 am, was told the same thing. At 9:20 am, still have not been called back to the exam room for my appointment. So at 9:45 am, I walk into the facility and ask to speak to the manager. They put me in an exam room.The manager comes in, asks if I had my x-rays yet, I said no. I began to explain why I had requested to see the manager. She apologized for the delay, told me that they were still working on the 8:20 patients, and that due to the nature of what they do, unfortunately it takes time.Now that was interesting to me because I was one of the patients scheduled to be seen at 8:20, so why was I not in the middle of my visit. By this time it is 9:50 am. So that mean 1 1/2 hours had passed and I still had not been seated for my appointment.The office manager said let me check to see how long it would be. I said nevermind, it has already been entirely too long. I am a new patient, this was my 1st visit, if this is the best customer service I am going to get, it makes me wonder about the quality of the work.Therefore, I do not want to wait any longer, to be seen for this appointment. Thank you, have a great day.I do not believe this is what customer service should be like. There was no communication to let me know about the delays upfront. I had to initiate the communication each time I wanted to know about the delays.I cannot in good conscience recommend the practice to anyone, based on my experience. In the future I truly hope they get better with their customer service , scheduling and communication process.

Staff was very courteous, friendly and accommodating. During the procedure they let me know ahead of time what was happening next in my procedure. I felt so comfortable that all my anxieties went away. To be honest this is the best experience I have ever had during a dental procedure. Entire staff was great. Thank you guys.

Earlier this week I had a root canal procedure performed by Dr. Desir and his team. As most, I was a bit concerned, but was quickly put at ease by the professionalism I felt and observed right under my nose! Great, clean facilities with folks who know what they are doing. One of the best dental experiences! The facility is clean and state of the art. My concerns during this pandemic were no longer an issue, as they all practice the safety guidelines of the CDC. The staff’s customer service is STELLAR. Dr. Desir explained the what, when and why of my procedure. His assistants were caring and calming before, during, and after my procedure. I was provided contact information to reach my doctor after hours if I had any problems. And lastly, they called to check up on me to make sure that I was okay. My dentist recommended Dr. Desir for a root canal. I am 100% pleased with that decision. The staff made me feel very comfortable, reception was friendly, the office was spotless and equipped with the latest technology. Dr. Desir was attentive and listened to me. I was able to return the same day for the procedure just a few hours after my consultation, that was a plus. After the procedure, Dr. Desir told me to take Tylenol for pain and take it easy. O never had any pain and went right back to my chores. I am extremely pleased with Dr. Desir and his team of professionals. I highly recommend him, in fact my wife is going to make an appointment.

I dont think I can put into words how appreciative I am of the staff at Conyers Endo Center, but I will try. My daughter is 12 and had to have a procedure done, she was super nervous to even go to the consult. But Dr Desir came in and treated her like a person, not just his 11 a clock. He made her smile, asked her about school and explained what needed to happen next. His kindness calmed my daughter to the point where she was ready for her next apt. Today was the day she was a little nervous, but ready. From the moment we arrived we were shown nothing but kindness, from every person we came in contact with. They made a young girls experience with a scary procedure, comfortable and changed her perception of dental work being scary. I had the best experience! I was very nervous having to have my first root canal. Dr. Desir and staff were absolutely wonderful! Dr. Desir is very good at what he does and makes sure you don’t feel a thing! It usually takes multiple shots of lidocaine to get me numb but Dr. Desir was able to do this w less lidocaine and I felt NOTHING the entire procedure. It’s really not bad at all and I was in and out. No pain afterwards either! Thank you Dr. Desir and staff! Hope I never have to have another root canal but if I do, I will definitely be coming back here!

I had a wonderful experience. Here is my list of wonderful things I experienced. Ive been very unfortunate in that Ive had to visit a PLETHORA of dentists throughout my life for cracked teeth, chipped teeth, root canals, fillings, of them all this has been the best experience. Heres why!1.) The inside of this office is an entire vibe! The decor is immaculate.2.) Staff is extremely lovely and friendly.3.) So you know how you have to hold you mouth open during a dental visit? You know how theres all kinds of stuff running down the back of your throat? You know how the light above is blinding? No problem! They give you something to bite down on which allows you to rest your jaw. They have tools that keep whatever is flying all around with the drill from going down your throat AND they put some shades on my face to keep the lights from blinding me. No ONE does that(that I have been too)! It made my experience 100,000 times less painful!4.)Theres quality television neatly rested above you in the ceiling so you have something to look at .So, in closing. If you have to get endodontic care done, take it from me and go here. Thank me later. Wish you all the best and I kinda wish I had another root canal that needed fixing.

The Staff was warm and professional. Getting a double root canal can be a rather intimidating however, the team at CEC was wonderful. From the consult to the actual procedure the entire experience as frankly refreshing. The procedures were explained clearly, answering all of my questions. The day of the root canals the room was clean and the procedure was completed with zero pain. Missy was supporting Dr Desir was very reassuring during the entire time in the chair. Post care was also well executed with follow up calls to check on my overnight status and to offer any support that I would have required. After the procedure I had no pain or swelling. While absolutely no one loves getting a root canal, I can honestly say that this was surprisingly an extremely pain free process (no exaggeration). As a child I was always terrified of dentists, so I go out of my way to take care of my teeth to avoid these types of procedures. However, unfortunately, I needed this root canal after a couple weeks of extreme tooth pain. Dr. Desir and Senoria (spelling may be incorrect) were amazing! My procedure lasted 1hr 15 mins and I felt no pain the entire time, not even when they administered the anesthesia, which I dreaded the most. It is now the morning after my procedure and I still feel no pain. I cannot emphasize how impressed I am not only with Dr. Desir but also his entire staff. I never write reviews but I needed to HIGHLY RECOMMEND this practice to anyone needing Endodontic care. The place (Conyers office) was clean, staff were extremely professional and I felt really safe with all Covid-19 protocols taken.

I had to have a root canal done and this is my second in 3 months (I know, right). I had the first done at another location and said to myself after that procedure, if I ever need another one of those, I’ll just pull the tooth. SO, I chose to give it another shot at Conyers Endodontic Center and BOY was I impressed. 1st off, it was cheaper having it done here. Second thing was the professional staff and how courteous and helpful they were and lastly, the actual procedure. It was a fantastic experience. I had a 10am appt and I swear, I would have let him do another one this afternoon. Missy was his helper and she and Dr Desir both were great. Very caring and concerned throughout the procedure. Everyone was professional, helpful, and had a friendly demeanor. The office is one of the nicest and cleanest I have been in. All of the personnel practiced Cov 19 protection protocol. I was referred to Dr. Rolin Desir by Dr. Michelle Gwyn on June of this year. Both of them had good reviews and not knowing any one personally decided to go to them. Do not think that going to someone having good reviews will keep you from having a bad experience, but thats exactly what happened to me. Since Dr. Michelle never went over my treatment details she just referred me to Dr. Desir. I spent a very short time there and all he did was to tell me I had a cracked tooth and paid $471.00 for their menial acts of just telling me that. Do not have any work done no matter what the reviews says without checking with someone who has personally had dental work done and a pre-treatment form filled out. I requested this with Dr. Desir but he charged me for a consultation that was never given. It took quite awhile for me to make up for the money that was spent on this useless dental office. Do not make the same mistake I made on these people.

My dentist (Dr. Wolf) referred me to Dr. Desir since my tooth issue took a special type of tool due to my back molar having Dilaceration (curved roots). So in one day I was able to get one tooth prepped for a crown and the upper back molar was the one causing the pounding throughout my head (and not to any special song beat either!!). Due to COVID we all took precautions and as I entered the Center there were smiles through the mask and professional ladies to assist (thank you Heather & Christen). Since I had completed my forms online prior to coming in ... things ran so quick ... paperwork done! Senoria then came to take me back and I could hear her singing through her mask to the music softly playing and she too smiled and could tell I was in pain. Professionalism, light music, beautiful people inside and out, all asking the right questions, understanding, acknowledging and then explaining in detail what was coming. Dr. Desir and Senoria were truly blessings with masks!! every step was explained during the procedure and I felt sooo relieved. I asked a zillion questions and details were given to me in layman terms with xrays shared on a huge screen. I have received follow up calls since being home and I could not thank the team and Dr. Desir enough. But I can be honest in this review which I have been -- and again call this office my road to guide me thru pain and a blessing of total relief!!

Dr. Desir, Senoria, and Heather were all exceptional. I highly recommend this practice for Endodontic treatment. They could tell I was nervous because I have never had teeth issues in the past, and the root canal was having to be done as an emergency procedure due to another upcoming surgery. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Yes, it took a little time for the numbness to wear off, but I had immediate relief once the procedure was completed.

Amazing experience. Everyone is super nice and the doctor is super gentle and very attentive and makes sure you are in no pain.

I had a root canal procedure done yesterday (6/25/2020) Hands down The BEST dental experience I’ve had to date. I was treated with positive energy from EVERYONE! Their energy calmed me down a lot. Even scheduling the appointment a breeze. It honestly started here, I was contacted by them to offer me a closer appointment because my original one wasn’t until mid July at another location. I was so happy they went out of their way to contact me with this information.I was terrified because I’ve never had a root canal and I just fear dentist in general. But once Dr. Desir told me it would be a painless procedure, it was just that... painless. He told me “okay, we’re done”!And I wanted to ask... “when did we even start”?I had been having terrible pain up until my visit and I haven’t experienced any pain at all afterwards. Not even tenderness or minor pain. Nothing! It’s like it didn’t even happen and the pain is just gone. I’m still in shock.I received a follow up call today and it just meant the world to me. We’re in the middle of a pandemic and they still took the extra mile to get my procedure done and to check on me. I’m just blown away by my whole experience. I’ve posted this location on my social media because if anyone I know needs a root canal, the must go to Conyers Endodontic Center.Do yourself a favor and get your procedure done here. I was referred to Dr. Desir regarding a month long tooth ache, he and his team assessed the issue and recommended a root canal on the tooth to resolve the issue. I had a root canal yesterday by Dr. Desir...oh my goodness they hit a home run! From speaking with Heather on the phone to schedule my procedure, to the care I received from the Dr. and his assistants, it was over the top. Customer service is a lost art but Conyers Endodontic could teach the course. Their new office in Conyers is beautiful and clean, the employees friendly, compassionate and professional. Dr. Desir and I had met before when my husband had a root canal in his McDonough office and we found we both do missions work so we were already acquainted. But today as I lay in the chair I experienced high quality care and expertise. I highly recommend this office should you find yourself in need of a root canal or something else.God bless you all and thank you for taking such good care of me!

Conyers Endodontic Center is a first class facility with a staff that was very caring and accommodating. I suffered a tooth infection over a weekend and by the time I could get into my dentist it was very painful and needed immediate attention. The endodontist I was referred to couldnt see me for 3 weeks. Fortunately, a Google search found Conyers Endodontic Center that had just opened, having expanded from McDonough Endodontic Center. They fit me in the very next morning for evaluation and Dr. Desir performed the root canal at the end of that day. THANKS EVERYONE!!!

I was referred by my dentist to Dr. Dasir for a root canal. As a physician myself, I value professionalism, experience and excellent bedside manner, all of which Dr. Dasir has. He fully explained the process and was very conscientious and solicitous throughout the procedure. The dental assistant, Missy, also was very good. I highly recommend Dr. Dasir for any invasive Endodontic Surgeries you may require, and the new Conyers site is extremely convenient.

Best experience Ive ever had involving my dental care. From scheduling an appointment to having the procedure done, this was a very pleasant visit. Special thanks to Heather and Farrah at the front desk. Lets be honest, no one wants to visit an endodontic center. But hearing the cheeriness in their voices and seeing it on their faces when I came in definitely put a smile on my face. Another special thanks to Bethea and Dr. Desir for the smoothest procedure I have ever had. Very nice office, and clearly the latest technology also allowed for a easy and painless root canal. Of course I hope it will be my last (haha), but if it isnt I will definitely return to this office. Would definitely recommend.
