My family and I have been devote patients of Gentle Touch Dental for more than a decade. The staff is experienced, professional and accommodating. I was once laid off and didnt have coverage, I explained my situation and they allowed me to make payments for the service I received, for which I was truly greatful and will never forget. It should be noted that they knew where I lived. Now that I am once again, gainfully employed, I wont go anywhere else. They were loyal to me and so I am now loyal to them. Thank you Gentle Touch Dental for being there through thick and tin. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Gentle Touch Dental is the best dentistry in the area! They are so professional and calming. I was nervous to have my dental work done, but from the time I walked into the door to the time I let, I felt completely at ease and in good hands. I definitely recommend!

The entire team is very professional, helpful and welcoming. The office has a warm family feeling. I was very pleased with the work done by Dr. Inniss. He is very gentle, patient with faint-hearted, takes time to answer questions, explain in laymans terms and offer treatment suggestions (not just those that cost the most money). Dr. Inniss is also a perfectionist who cares about doing great work. I highly recommend Gentle Touch Dental to anyone -young and old!

Traumatize by a dental experience early in age I only visited the dentist when it was too late. After walking away from an disappointing dental appointment at another major dental center I still needed an extraction and found Gentle Touch online and was able to see them the same day I called. I walked away after my visit at Gentle Touch in disbelief. There is truth in the name, Gentle Touch, and I am now ready to take care of long over due needed dental work. My fear of dental visits has been lifted. First time I have ever left a dental office smiling, after an tooth extraction. My total experience was pleasant. I have already recommended Dr. Inniss and Gentle Touch Dental.

I love Dr. Innis and his staff. It started with an emergency, I am afraid of the dentist and hadnt been in several years. I woke up with extreme pain and started calling emergency dentists Dr. Innis was the only one that got me in the same day. He was kind and gentle. After a round of anti bionics, I returned in 3 days to have 2 abscessed broke teeth to be removed, After a bad experience with an Army dentist in Iraq, I can tell you this was a dream! Im a reformed fearful dental patient! He takes the time to answer all your questions and the staff in very pleasant.

My only problem was they couldnt do the extraction or root canal at the location and each person they referred me to didnt take my insurance. Each dentist they referred me to had to do the first visit all over again i ended up paying 3 times for the same information. Not helpful and still in pain😒😭. Staff was friendly and dr innis explained everything very well.

Staff was friendly, but scratched my gums very badly!
