My first experience with this location was amazing. Everyone was nice, professional and caring. My blood pressure was very high and they were really concern. They waited a little bit to see if my pressure would go down then we did the procedure. I would recommend Dr. Miller and her staff to everyone. Too bad they are not here in Decatur because I would go to them. Great people and great place.

These doctors and their staff are simply amazing. I have tried other pain clinics before finding this one and Im so happy I found them. My doctor, Dr. Miller, is thorough and truly cares about her patients and my P.A Mara is the same. They really take the time to listen to everything you have to say. Ive never felt rushed. I read in anothers comment about the drug testing. Its part of the process and its government mandated that they do one at least every 60 days. Just like they cant give refills on narcotics. Plus theyre not hidden charges, they have you sign a paper giving permission for them to do the test, its not done without your consent. If youre on narcotic medication they do this test to make sure that youre in the therapeutic range for whatever it is youre taking. Its a very in depth and detailed test, its not the same test that the employers do when screening for illegal drugs. Anyway, I love my doctor and all the staff there. They have given me my life back. I spent five years of my life in bed overly medicated before I found Dr. Miller and I cant thank her enough. If youre in pain and need help getting your life back I highly recommend these doctors.

Dr Adam has always been understanding and responsive to my needs. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Like all reputable pain clinics they do have rules that must be followed, do that and you will have a good experience.

Long wait time. Extremely cold in facility. Most of the staff is friendly with the exception of front desk clerk. In my opinion cold with no personality. I found the same lack of luster and robotic personality from the nurse assistant name Destiny.The nurse anesthetists Paula was very warm and welcoming. Dr. Adam is nice as well but over worked and overbooked.

DR. NECKMAN👍 HAS DONE ME A GREAT SERVICE . THE NURSE I HAD AND STAFF WAS GREAT TO MY WIFE AND I . DR. NECKMAN MADE THE PAIN IN MY LOWER BACK GO AWAY FOR THE FIRST TIME AND HIS SERVICE MADE ME FEEL VERY GOOD . I THINK DR. NECKMAN IS A VERY GREAT DOCTOR HE TAKES TIME AND EXPLAIN THE PROCEDURE TO ME . FOR LOWER BACK PAIN I RECOMMEND DR. NECKMAN AT ALLIANCE SPINE AND PAIN CENTER TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS HELP .

What a terrible place. Not only did we have to fill out 20 pages of patient history and info, only to have a nurse ask the EXACT same questions for the next 45 minutes, but then the doctor was rude, snippy and REFUSED to offer any relief or refill for my long standing pain medication! And charged me $40 for NOTHING!!! So much for a helpful doctors ofice. What a scam!!!!

Before seeing Dr Epps I couldnt do any chores and was afraid I might not be able to continue working with the pain I was inin. Thank you for giving me my life back !

I was told that i could not come back because i would not accept any more injection i refuse because the injection put to much weight on me im almost 300lbs and the steriod injection just keep adding weight so they refuse to give me pain meds and i suffer with lupus and arthritis im always in pain but they just kick me out anyway😢 and kelly the doctor asst. Had me in tears she refuse to let me talk to my doctor and she told me not to come bk because they are not pain management clinic but look at the web and it say spine and pain management so why i was treated unfairly 😢

They were always nice their . The last three times I have gone They have made take a drug test. I did not know the test was 600$ each and now I have to pay 700$ out of my money for this.I think they did this to run up my bill. I dont do any drugs. I will be righting reviews anywere I can. I think you WAY OVERCHARGED for this.

Lied about drug screening.

The worst doctors office was lied to told that doctor wasnt in spot was cancelled would hate to be in real bad pain they do not care treat you like a drug addict would not recommend
