I’ve had a CPAP machine since around 2017. Recently the machine started making a squealing sound. Aerocare said that I needed my ENT to fax an order to have the machine replaced. I called and ask for an order to be sent over since I am supposed to use the machine for the rest of my life. Instead of the order being sent, I was forced to make an appointment, which delayed getting the machine replaced by a few weeks. On my way to this appointment, I had a flat tire. I called immediately (I had about 25 minutes to get to the appointment and was about 15 minutes away) and let them know I was having to change the tire. They called and told me I had a 15 minute grace period. I got there 2 minutes after the grace period. Why the 1-star? I feel as though the appointment was unnecessary. I’ve had plenty of doctors update a prescription over the phone for various medications. This really feels like it falls in that category. In addition, I feel like I should have been given some allowance on the grace period. I called as soon as it happened, and got there only 2 minutes passed the grace period and what I need is an order to replace a failing CPAP machine that I’m supposed to have for the rest of my life. And now I will have to wait another 2-3 weeks for an appointment to get an order to have the machine replaced. I hope this machine holds up through all of this. 😑😕😔not happy at all. It should be people over process.

Took my daughter in for her visit with Dr Cote in the Covington office,. She was scared about the visit. When we first walked in the door the smile on the front girls faces was wonderful to see! They spoke with my daughter and help make her better. They were so nice. The nurse that brought us back explained everything they were about to do and made her feel comfortable! Would recommend Dr Cote to anyone! Thanks

Went to the covington office, have not got in and out of a doctors office so fast in a long time. The front staff was so friendly and helpful. They checked me in with a smile and few questions. NO PAPERWORK! Amazing. Dr Cote answered all my questions and fixed me right up. Wish more offices had staff like this!

Ive been coming here since I was a child, and now my children come here. I love their staff, and their customer service is great. Dr. Cote performed my surgery for my Tonsillectomy. He made me feel comfortable before surgery which helped me to relax. Dr. T had to remove an object out my one year olds nose during an outpatient surgery. I was so nervous, but they all reassured me that it would be a quick procedure an it was. I wouldnt go to any other E.N.T in this county.

The staff at the Covington location was wonderful. Dr Cote fixed my problems and I couldnt be happier! If you are ever in need of an Ear Nose and Throat Doctor and want a friendly helpful staff, THIS IS WHERE YOU NEED TO BE!!

I had a terrible experience with the front office staff, but Dr. Cote himself called and let me know that things would be taken care of he apologized on his staffs behavior. We will be returning to see Dr. Cote in the future.
