I have thick eyebrows so threading was always a better option then getting them waxed & they do a great job here.😁They are doing their best service. Terrible experience 2 weeks ago. I have been coming to them for months. I told the lady (don’t know her name but not the owner) beforehand, PLEASE keep my eyebrows the same shape(just clean it up- please don’t have it be thin) and she said she understood. As soon as she is done, one eyebrow looks good but the other is thin, uneven and not the same shape. I told them I was not happy about it and then they both said it looks “pretty”. After I told them are they not seeing what I am seeing they admitted it did look uneven and apologized. And then tried to say lets fix the other one. I told them I don’t want them touching my eyebrows again. I still paid(i should have not) and they accepted it which you would think they would not. I took pictures of it and have to wait until they grow out for months to get them done again. Yeah a mistake happened but don’t go about it by saying “it looks pretty” when you see the customer super upset. Own up to it. Will definitely never come here again and my friends who I referred won’t either. I regret paying and should have been refunded even if it’s just $8.Also, my friend and I came there 2 months ago to get henna done for $20 each- it lasted for 2 days.Advice: listen to your customers request and if you make a mistake, don’t let the customer pay.

I was unable to get to my brow lady due to traffic. It literally takes me 45 minutes to get there. I decided to take a chance at a place that was 7 mins from my house. This place has great reviews. I walked in and asked that they keep my brows as thick as possible and explained that I’m trusting them. 🤣 The First Lady that greeted me said she understood and not to worry. She said she would get the boss to do them first and she would watch to make sure she saw how to do them and she would take care of me next time. She wanted to make sure she got them right. The boss was eating but stopped to come and do my brows when the other young lady asked. I thought this was awesome because you know how we are about our brows. When she was done, I looked in the mirror and was blown away. Truth be told, she did better than my original lady. I was impressed! I will certainly be back.

Today I went to go get my eyebrows done. They weren’t busy I was the only one there. I went around 6:47pm. When ever I go they always do my eyebrows good but this time they didn’t. The lady who did my eyebrows literally left a slit on my eyebrows leaving no hairs. They were also uneven. So disappointed.

I come here all the time now i’m a regular lol. My original eyebrow threading place was just way too far from my house to be sitting in traffic. I tell them exactly how I want them no arch, just clean them up and they never fail me. I love getting my eyebrows threaded it leaves a clean look that last longer than getting them waxed.

Me and my female family members followed the owner from her previous job to here. This place is absolutely amazing from the service to the comfortable seating area.

The ladies do a great job doesnt matter who you go to. I get my eyebrows threaded regularly and every time they do a great job . I have gotten them tinted and filled in and every time they are on point. The ladies have great customer service skills and are very nice and friendly.

Terrible service, the lady who did my eyebrows left me with an eyebrow slit on the front area of my brow. After I explained how upset I was she denied doing it, claiming I already had that when you could clearly tell that my eyebrow hairs were cut. Afterwards the owner came and “tinted” my brows. The tint was unevenly put and didn’t even last a day.

I feel like my brows were rushed and I was also disappointed to find out that it was $10 instead of $8 because I was using my card.**Response to owner** Notice should be given ahead of time of extra charge not at end of service. Sign outside door says $8 which was my issue. Like I stated I felt my eyebrows were rushed and even waited till my second visit to leave a review, to see if it was just a one time occurrence which was not the case**

I get my eyebrows threaded here. Doesn’t matter who you see, they all do a really good job.Everyone complaining in the negative reviews just needs to learn to speak up because if you say “can you take a little more off the bottom/top here/there” they will do what you ask. If you are trying to get your eyebrows thicker, tell them so they don’t take off too much. They are not mind readers.

I HAVE SO MANY FAMILY MEMBERS & FRIENDS THAT HAVE BEEN GETTING THEM DONE FROM THE OWNER FOR MANY MANY YEARS! THIS LOCATION JUST OPENED A FEW MONTHS AGO AND ITS SO NICE AND THEY DO SO MANY SERVICES!! THE OWNER IS A SWEETHEART AND SHE GOES OUT AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE YOU WALK OUT OF THAT PLACE HAPPY!!! :) HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SALON AND GIVE IT A BIG BIG THUMBS UP!!

L et me just say one staff member seemed to have favorites, because I came before a couple and told her Ill be back. But she served them before me. Then she wiped the chair when a client leaved. But did not wipe the chair when it was my turn. I told her about it.

Theres no nice way to put this. My eyebrows are destroyed. The woman that did my eye brows today is not the one who normally does them. The owner usually does mine and she does awesome! The younger lady that did them today took over 10 mins and I can see why because I barley have any hair left! Im highly disappointed and will not be coming back.

She didnt provided the black henna that I asked for like the commerial outside in the front of store. She kept convincing me to let my daughters hand to get henna, and she said, It will get dark when it dry off. In one hour later, her henna was drying off, and it is orange. My daughter and I came back that we arent satisfied with it. She said, I will not return your money. I took a picture of her store and told her that Im gonna writing down the reviewing what she has done to us. She changed her mind and returned 1/2 price. Thats why I gave her two stars. But I wasnt happy with how she treat the customer. She only wants the money, not customers. She should know better than that since the light henna is no good for the customers with the dark skin complexion. P. S. The commerial image of hand with henna in the front of store outside, is not Hers! That is a lie.

I called to schedule an appointment....a lady answered and said “hello”......(I was expecting hello this is such and such or at least the name of the business.) I said, “hello, who’s speaking?” She said, “you called me!” I politely said “Wow, you are so unprofessional and hung up!” I didn’t even make to the salon, first impression says a lot!!!

I normally go here to get my eyebrows threaded but today she made them extremely thin & uneven. When I expressed to Iesha the owner how unhappy I was she said “she did her job & provided the service” she offered to fill in and fix my eyebrows for an additional $20. Poor Custer service I will not be returning

I feel bad about posting this but I dont want anyone to have the same experience I did. I decided to try this new place out because it was nearby and the price for eyebrow threading was good. I had been growing out my eyebrows for the previous 8 months and was seeing good results, but after moving, I had to find a new brow place. I went in for a simple clean-up, which is what I told the lady I wanted multiple times.As she was doing the first brow, I kept asking to see the mirror so I could see what she was doing but either she didnt hear me or...idk. Finally, I insisted to take the mirror as she started my second brow and I was horrified. This lady had me looking like Cruella Deville on one half of my face--like my eyebrow was a VERY thin and very pointed mess on top of my eye. I told her to stop because I would rather walk around with one jacked up eyebrow and one kind of still in tact than to have to messed up eyebrows.The manager of the place apologized and gave me an eyebrow tint for free, which was equally as horrible. She didnt do a gradient to make it look natural (which she told me it would) so my eyebrows looked like they were sharpied in. She also said it was supposed to last two weeks and it lasted 3 days (and I was glad it did). I didnt pay for the tint but if I had I would have been upset that I paid $20+ for a tint that was supposed to last two weeks and only lasted a few days.I went home and cried because your eyebrows frame your face and a dramatic change really changes your face entirely and I was worried my eyebrows werent going to grow back. That was almost four months ago and while theyve grown back a little, theyre still not at the thickness they were before I walked into this place. I walked in with thick, healthy eyebrows and now they just look tired and over-plucked from going here that one time. It is not worth the $8--youre much better off going to the place in Stonecrest Mall and paying $3 more but saving your brows.

I’ve been going to Aysha for yeeaaarrsss even before she had her own shop, and my eyebrows have been perfect every single time. I got my eyebrows messed up one time at the mall and that was it. Rockin with Aysha ever since.

I went in yesterday to get a henna tattoo the lady informed me that she could do it i then showed her a picture I wanted done she told me no she could not do it because it is too much I would have to wait until the other lady come in on a certain day I then asked her what can she do .. she showed me a picture of this pretty black henna design tattoo and said she can do it I told her okayShe then proceeded to do my henna and after it was done it was dark and I asked her how long does it take to dry she said like 15 minutes I said okay she said it will get darker after a while then henna faded to orange from orange to red to red to burgundy BUT NEVER TO BLACK like the picture she told me now because of my skin tone the henna blends in with my skin and looks as if I have a scar I called her the next morning and informed her of this and she hung the phone up in my face highly disrespectful today is my prom and I don’t even have the money to go get it fix
