Absolutely LOVED it. My cousin and I went for massages and pedicures. They were friendly and the massages were amazing! My pedicure was great and lasted a while also. I can’t wait to go back

Well, 2nd attempt to get lashes done. First time I was told the lady who does the lashes is going out of town. Ok. So tried another date and told the lady who answered the phone that I was calling from my work # and she said she was busy so couldnt take my cell #. I drive to the appointment and was told I was left a vm on my work #. Again I explained thats my work # and the lady said Yea, I remember you said that but I couldnt take your # yesterday. The excuse I was given was they had no glue for the lashes. Well, will never try again at this place.

If I could give 10 stars instead of 5, I definitely would because the service and staff here is absolutely amazing! Today will be my second time visiting Autumn’s day Spa and I am in love; Olivia has been my masseuse both times and she is truly fabulous, so sweet, and attentive. Everyone is so welcoming and inviting that it feels like I have been patronizing them for months. I am so obsessed with this place and the people, thank you all!!

I have been there twice in the last three weeks and later today again. All I can say is if you want to pamper yourself this is the place. Relaxation and rejuvenation at its best. I refuse to try anywhere else after finding this GEM. LOVE THIS PLACE and the staff

I have visited Autumn’s Day Spa many times and each time the staff and management have always been very inviting and interested in providing the best service to me. I have experienced a true relaxing experience each time I visit. I would recommend a full body massage or a facial. The staff is very pleasant and treats their customers with a feeling of family. I will return soon.

The only reason why I gave this place a one star is because I couldn’t leave zero stars this place is horrible the worst spa I have ever been to in my life,I went in because my face started breaking out a little bit and I wanted to get a facial I had maybe one or two little under the skin blackheads that you could not even really see at all on my four head The technician/owner that provided the service on my face ended up using a blackhead remover tool and put so much pressure and so much force on my face when I left the business my face was all bruised up swollen and red so I thought maybe once the swelling go down everything will be OK! But it was not OK! my face ended up being SCARED and the SCARS did not go away for months till this day I still have the SCARS on my four head that’s how bad she messed up my face, The only thing is that the scarring is a little bit lighter now that I’ve been using some treatments from a dermatologist that I had to go see because of what this lady has done to my face....... SO PLEASE!! PLEASE!! PLEASE!! DO NOT GO TO THIS SPA YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!!!!!.

My husband and I went here for our first couple massage to celebrate 30 years of marriage. He has never had a massage before and he thoroughly enjoyed it. The technicians were great and the atmosphere was nice and calming. I recommend Autumn s Day spa it was a wonderful experience you wont regret it.

Great hotel .the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen and easy ride to the local grocery stores. I will definitely be back.

Got my eyelashes done and they look amazing. They don’t feel heavy and they look so natural. I love how full my lashes look without looking so fake.

Stephanie did a great job on my hair cut! I highly recommend her for your hair care needs. She is very efficient and gives you exactly what you want.

After 2 days of a stress headache, I walked in here desperate for relief and a break from all the Advil. Phoenix worked me right in and was awesome, in the quick 30 minutes I had she worked out some kinks and gave me a great tension massage. Friendly staff, beautiful space and reasonable prices. I will go back soon!

I just left Autumns Day Spa for a deep tissue massage and here is my experience. First off, I get massages regularly and whenever I go, no matter where I go, no matter what state, Ive always filled out some sort of form for the massage therapist to know what my problem area is or where I may need the most attention. I did not fill out anything here and the therapist did not ask.The next unpleasant events took place after my massage started. First, the music was so low that I could barely here it.... then it went off after about 10 minutes.Then the phone rang and the therapist answered it and actually discussed a session and price with a client before booking them, all while having one hand on my back.The first ten minutes was spent rubbing a ton of oil on my back and arms with elbows and no pressure. I asked for pressure and the therapist applied pressure by digging her elbows un and down my spinal cord. I tried to remain positive, so I asked politely for her to use her hands to work out my back tension and knots. She said thats not a deep tissue and it may hurt her hands but shell try (she was not rude or anything with her response).After a few more minutes of her just rubbing in the oil, I asked to end the session. I assured her that I was not upset, I just wasnt satisfied and that she could keep the $40 for the time she spent on my back, but I requested a refund for the remaining $35. She stated that I could only get a credit for future services, but I told her that was not acceptable because I didnt want to return. She tried to call the owner but no answer, she asked me to return tomorrow to speak with the owner personally. Hopefully they can sort this out.UPDATE: The owner was very polite and apologetic about my experience. She refunded me the $35 with no issue. She did also mention that since alexa was not running properly that was the reason for no music and that is out of their control. I was also told that since there was no one else to answer the phones, that the employee was correct to pick up and schedule appointments during my session because they cant loose business.

I walk in on a Saturday and was told the hair stylist out for the day and the other ladies were in a meeting. So I said told to come back the following saturday. When I went back (mind you Ive done waited a whole week.) So I went back the next saturday. And then was told she wasnt there again only to find out she was sick. When Im ready to get my haircut i want it done then and there. I dont want to wait another 3 weeks. Well they just lost a customer because of it.

Terrible! Google maps said this place was open until 9:30pm so I rushed up there because I found out that I have to go to a funeral in the morning, upon arriving I found that I was misinformed and the place looked like a ghost town! Thx a lot for getting my hopes up & then slamming them to the ground!!! Lee press on nails here I come, unfortunately.

Autumn’s Day Spa and Salon is a great place to relax and unwind with a massage . I recommend the full body massage .The employees are great at what they do and the experience is something to remember.
