They do such a great job. I was looking for a place that could do mixed hair for my daughter. They did a wash, deep conditioning, trim, and straightened it out for her. She was so happy. We plan to go again for their other services.

Maritza was a great stylist. The shampoo service was terrible. It was if the girl did not know how to wash hair. Then, as my hair was wet, she began yanking the tangles out of my hair instead of detangling the hair. She put it up on rollers and sat me under the dryer. As I said, Maritza was great but I feel like the shampoo is one of the most important services and it was a huge disappointment. This is what I receieved as a “silk press”.

They were amazing and so sweet... ive been natural for 3 years and I went to them for a deep conditioning, blow out, trim and a silk press, for the first time..... im loving my hair. It looks so healthy, shiny and straight. I keep slangin my hair every few mins.... they have gained a regular customer with me 🖤 but if you are natural do NOT continuously get a silk press it will damage your curl pattern, every few months is good.

I love this place my experience was awesome. I went there with myself until my children. They were packed and they worked their clients in perfectly. I wish I could have gave a bigger tip.

Nice salon. Lot of stylists so even on a Saturday with about 15 people being serviced, I was in and out in less than 3 hours.

My family and I have been supporting Mrs. Maritza for several years. Since 2008 , I believe. She is the owner and very humble. She is truly amazing. We always ask for her. We have recommended her to several people. Her service is always warm and welcoming. Throughout the years she remained the same and never changed.

During this pandemic the owner has taken several measures to ensure herself and the clients are safe. She goes by appointments and if not busy and the space allows, Ive seen a few walk ins. This shop is clean and sanitized. My hair was in need of repair as I expressed in my previous review. Ive been going here for a year now. My hair is healthy and we even cut all the perm out without doing a big chop. I highly recommend this salon for getting and managing healthy hair.

Great first time experience. Im now going every 2 weeks to get my hair back healthy after wearing weave for years. They did a good job on my blow out and it took less than 2 hrs. Make sure to call before you go to see if its busy.

I called an hour before I walked in. I was seen immediately, the salon was quite and the stylist worked quickly. I have long thick hair and they washed and curled it beautifully also their pricing was very affordable. I will be back

I could not wait to support a black business. However, when I called to inquire about getting my hair done and explained the occasion, the person who answered was rude. She just cut me off and sharply asked was I coming or not. I hung up and decided I would NEVER give business to them. I guess their business is thriving and they dont need new and consistent customers. Whelp! Good luck!

I walked in at 9:30am my daughter got washed at 10:45 an sat under the dryer from 10:50-3pm because they were busy.. Never had a timer on the dryer. So if u want to sit in a salon for a whole 8 hour work shift then by all means this is the place to go. The ladies seem nice but wait time is entire too long. They may need to put a “Now Hiring” sign out ASAP.

Every Dominican salon I’ve been to in Georgia hasn’t given me the results I’ve been looking for but this salon. I’m glad I found them and well continue to go there. My hair was pressed out and lasted me about 3 weeks in Georgia heat. They were very friendly and gentle. Thy reminded me of the salons I went to back in New York.

I simply love these ladies who do such an amazing job from customer service to caring for and treating your hair. The are amazing and they work diligently to get you in and out. No Drama zone! My experience is always good getting my hair done at this salon. The stylist name Rocky.. is one of the best for natural hair care.

They were super fast and very inexpensive! I have natural 4b/4c and my washer was super gentle when washing it and when she blew my hair out at the end the heat didn’t bother me. They did an overall good job and I will be coming back.

I moved here to Georgia in 2015...I did not know anyone here and I am very particular in who touches my hair, it is hard for me to find a hairdresser that wants to just cut off my hair when I just want a trim, I found this place, it literally right up the street from my job and I have been coming here ever since, I just moved to Atlanta and I continue to come here...Love their service, they do get busy at times but they do an awesome job, I have had haircuts (from long to a very short bob) to even coloring it and love it!!!!! I will continue to come here even if that means I have to drive 45 mins to get to the salon, it it worth the drive!!!

While visiting from Chicago, I was referred to Marissa. My friend has been a long-time client of Marissa and I am very selective with who touches my hair and prefer a man. So I came in for a shampoo/set. Now let me tell you, I am EXTREMELY TENDERHEADED, and Marissa did great while combing the conditioner through my hair...no pain at all. You see people, products are important. You must use professional products on your hair/scalp to yield the best results. My hair is really long (3 below my bra strap), and tangles easily, but the conditioner used made it less tangled and manageable to comb through. I sat under the dryer 2.5 hours and once all of the rollers were removed, I had beautiful, shiny, bouncy curls. Now to maintain my curls until the next shampoo, Ill roll my hair using medium sized sponge rollers...OH NO, you say, NOT SPONGE ROLLERS!. Yes, sponge rollers beccause I like a tight curl and because my hair is so long, it will fall throughout the day.This salon offers professional, friendly, down to earth staff, professional products, quick service and nice decor, I will definitely frequent this salon whenever Im in the A.

Ladies. If you are looking for a professional Dominican salon in the Conyers area, then Ashaali salon is where you need to go for great hair care services. I am in the process of going from relaxed to natural and this salon has been very influential in that transition. Rosy and Sharika are my favorites but every stylist there are excellent. I am a frequent client and I will continue to do business with them.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT COME HERE! I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Unless you want horrible heat damage avoid this place at all costs. I am natural and have been for about 5 years. I came here to get a trim and a straightening. The trim was more so like a cut. I washed my hair and my curl pattern and texture is completely diffferent with a lot of my hair it curling at all. It looks like I have a perm. My hair is breaking off badly and yours will do the same if you come here.

Im a breast cancer survivor of 3 years. Since getting my hair back, I found that I cant use everything on my head now. I have no reaction to their product and my hair keep growing. Staff is very professional and down to earth.

They got me in and out very fast. My hair is transitioning from perm to natural so its been hard trying to maintain. I forgot the lady who did my hair but she was very professional and had my hair flowing with the wind!

Always get the best results. Every other Dominica salon I go to can never get my hair as straight as these lady’s.
