My mother has been at Morningside for about 3 months now, and I cant be more grateful for all of the kind people there who have helped make this transition as painless as possible. Ive had tons of questions, but everyone has been so patient in answering them for me. The staff treats my mother with kindness and caring, and I feel very good about her being there. The facility is very nice and homey - who couldnt resist sitting by a lovely fireplace and relaxing! 5 stars!

My and my siblings experience with getting my mother transitioned into Morningside has been nothing but positive from our first visit to Moms move in. The entire staff, from the Executive Director to the Maintenance workers, EVERYONE showed us excellent customer service, love and professionalism. We are certain we made the right choice getting Mom into Morningside and would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking an assisted living facility for a loved one.

What a blessing to have the loving care provided by Morningside. My mother is so happy now and I am so thankful for the happy and helpful staff as well as the bright and cheery decor. A huge change from our previous facility and I would highly recommend this location for your loved one. 5 Stars and 1 is GOLD!

Morningside has been a good fit for my mother in the Memory Care Unit and she has made great improvement since coming here. The staff are patient and kind and together we partner in mothers care. The Director is responsive to my requests and takes a personal interest, by name. with the residents. All facilities do not fit all people and there is no perfect facility. As families we are responsible to know our loved ones needs and seek the best fit for those needs. Mother is more cognizant, healthier, more content and interactive under this environment and care.

My mother has been a resident at Morningside 4yrs and 5months.This is the only long term care facility for my mom.I am so, so glad we came here 1st. I immediately knew this was were my mother would get the level of care in an environment as nice as the home she enjoyed her whole life. The staff is professional, loving and efficient.Morningside is where I would want to go myself if I am blessed with a long life.

Update March 2017 - My mom has lived at Morningside for 10 months now. We are totally pleased with our decision to chose Morningside for her. The staff are very caring and compassionate and make her well-being a priority 24 hours a day. Morningside has been a gift to our family in providing care and support to Mom and our entire family. Five Stars!!June 2015 - We are very pleased with our experience at Morningside of Conyers since my mother moved into her assisted living apartment three weeks ago. Her apartment was cleaned, freshly painted and received new carpet prior to her arrival. The staff has been attentive and professional and made every effort to make her comfortable and content. The leadership team and executive director are responsive to any questions and concerns that arise and have gone out of their way to meet our needs. Her medications are administered on time and as directed by her physician. Some of the other pluses weve experienced since her arrival include well prepared, appealing meals, as well as a wide variety of activities that stimulate social, mental and physical functioning, all in a clean, well-maintained facility. We are very satisfied with our decision to move Mom to Morningside and look forward to working together as a team to provide the best care possible for her. A big Thank You to everyone at Morningside for your care and concern and professional approach. As a result of your care my mother is looking and feeling better than she has in months. Thank you!

Our Mother has been at Morningside in the Bridge to Rediscovery unit for 2+ years. We have found the staff to be professional, friendly, attentive, caring and responsive. No request has gone unfulfilled. Brandon regularly inquires as to whether the level of service being provided is meeting our expectations. The staff is very communicative in keeping us informed on how our mother is doing. The Doctors and Medical personnel that regularly make rounds to Morningside add another level of comfort for our family. We are very happy with the care our Mother continues to receive there.

Our mother Mary Thomas has been at Morningside approximately 5 years. We have found Brandon and his staff are truly caring people. We have witnessed Brandon out conversing with everyone and his staff has treated our mom like she is one of their own. They are quick to contact us if there are any issues with my mother. I feel very Blessed to have our mother in a place that feels like home. We have always recommended Morningside to everyone. I again want to thank Brandon for always taking the time to visit with the people living there as well as all the families like us that always are stopping in to visit. Our Aunt has been a resident of Morningside for six months. It has been a major adjustment for her, but all members of the staff have been extremely helpful and attentive to her needs. The director, Brandon, has gone out of his way to accommodate her eccentricities. Her only complaint to us has been that the evening meals are too heavy for seniors to digest before going to bed. Her apartment is adorable the way she has it fixed up, and she seems to be adjusting well. The facility is always clean and neat, the dining area is set up nicely with a homey feel to it. Her apartment is always clean, which tells us that housekeeping is very good. The staff are continuously stopping by to check on her, which gives us a secure feeling.Jerry Buckner & Betsy Vance

Whoever used my name to write the negative review two weeks ago, please be advised I reported it to Google. My mom has been at Morningside of Conyers for over two years now and loves the place, the management and the staff. Brandon has always gone out of his way to inform me about changes, events and happenings at the place along with the staff. We chose this place over Remington due to room size, and friendliness of the community. I recommend this place to those whose parents prefer a small living community with a hometown type atmosphere.

I really enjoy working at Morningside of Conyers for the last five years, working hands on with our seniors with a team that treat each other like family. Our New Edition Roslyn Jones has been a great asset to our team.

To the staff at morningside Conyers, thank you for the warmth of your hospitality as I toured the facility. When you walk through the glass doors and see how the staff interacts with the Residents, and the Residents smiles bright as the sun, you feel like you are at home.

I toured Moringside last week with a friend who was looking for her mom. The staff was friendly and full of smiles. They greeted my friend by name as if they knew her already. This was by far my favorite of all the others we toured.

My husband and I Went to Atlanta this summer to visit A friend And we attended a function at her place of Morningside And we had such a wonderful time we haven’t danced in years but we did that day Ps Fun

As a Healthcare professional, I have the opportunity to go into different facilities over the metro Atlanta area. One thing everyone should recognize is that the nicest- high end facilities have the same woes as our home base ALF. The community is very fortunate to have a facility like Morningside. One thing that I know for sure about Morningside ALF is that Brandon, Ms. Minnie, The Dietician, Activity Director, Med techs and CNAs work together to ensure that all needs of the patients are met. This is a unified team that goes above and beyond to make each patient feel special. I can say these things because every time I visit, I am greeted with a smile and warm welcome. Compassion flows through the facility. I would recommend this facility to families that are seeking placement for his or her love one.

My Mother is currently residing at Morningside of Conyers, in the Assisted Living Facility. She has been at “Brandon’s House”, as she calls it, for over 15 months. Our Journey began by visiting several facilities in the area in hopes to find a location that would be a good match for her. This was going to be quite the task considering I had to bring her to GA from her much loved home in FL. She was declining in her mental and physical health under private care in her home. I will add that she is a very strong willed, opinionated and outspoken 92-year-old. “She” made the final decision on where she was going after “we” had decided we were placing her in an alternative facility to Morningside. On the afternoon we were preparing for moms transition, we received a phone call from the Morningside Director, Brandon O’Ree. My family believes whole heartedly that this was a “God-thing” intervention. Brandon had no idea we were about to place her somewhere the next day, but made a call to see how she was doing and check in with us. This is when Mom stated she wanted to go to Brandon’s House to stay. We are forever grateful for the one phone call that changed our resident direction in facilities.We started with a two-week Respite Care and she remained afterwards. The facility and staff have become a second home for “us” not just my Mother. The staff and other residents have become members of our family and I can truthfully say they love us and care for us whole heartedly. They have given my mother the kind of care that we could no longer provide, their assistance has been for all of us. Having Morningside staff care for her has allowed me to become her daughter again and not just the care giver.The staff has continuously encouraged mom to join in on activities and socialize with the other residents as well as meet her requests when she wants to stay in her apartment and have her meals. The staff has been on top of her needs both physically and mentally. We have been blessed to have her in a location where her Medical Dr. comes over and does routine house calls.I would like to personally thank a few of the “team members” that have gone over and beyond in caring for Mom’s needs. They have stepped up to the plate and filled the gap during a transitioning time in staff. Compassionate Tammy, the business manager, plays a huge part of caring for Mom. If I call she is usually my first contact and most of the time has already checked on Mom for the day. I find this very comforting in knowing that she makes it a daily priority to check in on her. Ms. Minnie, Ms. Lou and Ms. Ursula are always on top of her needs during the day and very good about communicating concerns, if needed. Mom is a night owl and becomes very alert late in the evening, this is when she wants company and she has her favorites. Moms attitude improves greatly when “her girls” are there - the Michelle’s x 2 and “Little Bit”, Fatima. Every one of these employees go over and beyond in caring for moms entire welfare. We are so blessed to have Mom in such a caring facility, Morningside staff treats her like a Queen.Sincerely Grateful,Kim Patrick

I’ve visited their community several times, always clean. Staff are friendly and seem to be interacting very well with residents.

Both of my grandparent are at the facility. My grandmothers diabetes was finally regulated with the meal plan they provided and constant care of the nurses.Thank you!!
