Manchester Court was there for me at one of the most difficult times in my life. I felt inadequately equipped and alone in my search to find memory care for my mom. When I found Manchester Court and the team worked to onboard my mom, her life was saved and my peace was restored. Without any support, I was unable to provide the level of care my mom needed. The staff has taken care of my mother and I sincerely appreciate them all.

Terrible experience dealing with Manchester Court Assistant living. I would not recommend anyone doing business with this company. Debbie Brown who is currently the director, does not answer calls or emails. She owes our company $350 and refuses to pay. Never experienced a place like Manchester Court Assistant Living before. If we do not get paid the $350 that is owed we will be pursuing legal action and we will let more people know about this place. It is a terrible place to do business with. If you are reading this, you have been warned. Do not and I repeat do not do business with MANCHESTER COURT ASSISTANT LIVING in Conyers Georgia.

We have dealt with thousands of establishments but this establishment has absolutely been the worst to deal with. If you are reading this be very careful dealing with this establishment. We will be contacting the better business bureau and our lawyer soon if they do not fix the mistake that they made on there end.

Such an amazing place! The staff is very knowledgeable, caring, and respectful to their clients needs. I highly recommend checking this place out for anyone looking for exceptional care.

Entire staff is Exceptional! All are caring, loving, and professional. Staff is consistently responsive to all my questions or concerns. Activities Director gives 110%. My loved one is Excelling in this environment. I now have Peace of Mind knowing my loved one is in good hands 24/7. I am very pleased to be involved with the Manchester Court Family.

For anyone in search of assisted living and care for an aging parent or loved one it is not easy. I searched and searched then finally I learned about Manchester Court. My mom doesn’t interact much, and has been in her bed for years. Since she has been at this facility she is looking healthier, smiling, and engaging with others. The staff is amazing, and you can tell they truly care and love what they do. I can rest easy knowing that my mother is safe, comfortable, happy, and loved.

This place is AMAZING!!! The last thing my mother wanted to do was go to assisted living. Kathleen and her exceptional staff have changed her mind. My mother looks better and feels better.She gets stronger everyday. I couldnt be happier.

Better than Expected! We move my 85 year old mother into Bristol Village after an extensive search of assisted living facilities in the greater Atlanta area. The facility is always clean and welcoming. Family members are respected and residents can move freely about the facility which is safe and secure. I even had occasion to go into the kitchen a few times and every time is was immaculate. I even commented on it to the staff who never made me feel like I was interfering or imposing. The director of the facility when mother was admitted gave us a fair price that was affordable compared to other facilities. The new directors transition was smooth and seamless. Unfortunately, mother passed a couple weeks ago, but the love, care and concern for her in her final weeks was absolutely amazing! I would recommend this facility 100%!

Worst place ever

Great place!! The management and staff are Amazing! I was nervous about putting my Mother inlaw in a facility. She loves it! It is like home away from home. Very Friendly and knowledgeable staff!! Thank you all for everything!

The community is absolutely wonderful, took a tour to see where I would like to place my father and they also allowed me to bring him on the tour, he saw the different activities and they even have a sitting area where birds are that the residents can feed and have care for. Everyone there was very helpful this is a place I could definitely see him living

The staffing are very friendly, the place is clean and orderly with plenty of activities to keep the residents active. I especially appreicate the updates given about my love one. Each times ive visit there is always staffs present and interacting with the clients, and im always greeted by the director depending on the time, and others with smiling faces. Even the residents seems happy with thumbs up. I could not have pick a better place and would highly recommend this facility for your dear love one. Oh! I forgot the food is great!!!

This is the nicest place. Everyone is very nice and my elderly mother is well taken care of there. Its clean, the food is good and the residents are treated well.
