Dr. Crosby has been treating my foot since March. He has taken great care of me. I would recommend him to anyone that is needing foot surgery. His bedside manner is exemplary. His office staff and nurses are some of the best. Thank you Dr. Crosby

I had an MRI scheduled 1pm, 8/9/21. A med assistant called 20 min before my apt re: a car accident 34 yrs ago. I said Ive had 2 MRIs since then. I asked her to verify the address (new here from Texas) she tells me to go by the Burger King and BB&T Bank. I asked dont you have an address, my GPS doesnt recognize. No. I Google those 2 places, I arrive with my broken foot 4 minutes late and staff refuses to see me. I said ,You gave me backroad directions!!!. Dr Crosby might be great but the staff has been challenging and very unprofessional. Some kindness and caring goes a long way. BTW The MRI address is 235 Singleton Ridge Rd ConwayId fire Jamie.

Dr Crosby does a great job treats you with respect also knows what he’s talking about and makes you feel comfortable .would definitely recommend him to anyone. Thanks Dr for your help with my ankle problem.

I saw Dr Crosby for the first time on Feb 11, 2020. He recommended surgery for my broken foot but did not explain the urgency of having it done asap. I wanted to check with my insurance company and told him i would call to set up the surgery. When I got home and thought about what he had said, I had two questions. I left a message on that same day. Never heard back. Called again and left a message the following day and never heard back. Received a call late on Weds the 13th, she took a message and said she would relay to the Dr when he came in on Thursday. Never heard back. Called again to leave a message on March 2nd and still have not heard back. Do I really want this uncaring Dr to operate on my foot? I think not!

I saw Dr. Crosby at 10 a.m. this morning and, as a new patient, was so disappointed in his behavior. He definitely is not patient friendly and gave me 2 or 3 word answers to my questions. He walked out of the room saying nothing so I didnt know if he was finished or not. I left my chair to go ask someone am I ready to leave. Was told no and to go back to my room. There is absolutely no way this Doctor would ever operate on my foot....he needs a lesson on how to treat patients and particularly new patients.

Good first experience. Found out I have a stress fracture in my left foot. They fitted me with a soft walking boot. The problem is the difference in height between the boot and a normal shoe puts stress on your lower back and hip. I ordered a special lift for my other foot that is worn over a regular shoe. These should be offered to purchase at the same time, I dont expect insurance to pay for them. It would make wearing the boot much more tolerable.
