Short wait time. Thorough with every exam. This Dr Annaleigh knows her stuff. Her Assistant Jackie makes sure you are comfortable and well informed. Office is clean and well mannered. The professionalism with these two ladies will leave you confident you made the right choice coming to AD. Don’t wait to have your skin checked. Toenails too. Great staff! Exceptionally nice and made me feel comfortable.Experienced the exact opposite with the doctor. He gave me useful information but made me feel like swamp thing-he was very cold and distant-couldnt get away from me fast enough. I had some new freckles&moles on my face only but he made me feel like something was crawling out of my skin. First time visiting a dermatologist. Last time with this one unfortunately.

First time going there and Katherine, Becca and Jill were so incredibly helpful! They explained everything perfectly! Some of the nicest people I’ve ever met! I’m excited to start this journey with them!

My doctor is Doug! He is very patience and informative. He listens when I tell him something doesn’t work and is willing to try something else. My assistant is Becca she is amazing! She makes sure we have everything we need to see results!

Nurse Jackie and Dr. Evans always take good care of me. The front office personnel are very nice too!

Dr. Evans is great. He took care of my skin issues and explained things clearly. The only thing I’ll add is he talks too fast! Jackie was my nurse. She is sweet and knowledgeable. She took good care of me and Dr. Evans too!

I am beyond impressed with Arkansas Dermatology. I relocated to this area just over a year ago and am slowly establishing new relationships for medical care. I can’t say enough about the extreme measures everyone took to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The intake ladies at the front were incredibly pleasant, the Assistant, Alex was a joy to visit with and Katherine McCrady did a phenomenal job of being thorough and taking special care to be attentive to all of my concerns. Worst possible place to go!...husband has a severe intrusion on both legs...nothing we tried seemed to work so we sought out professional help...his legs are now in extreme pain....she gave him a prescription for his legs...it only made it worse!...since then he has broken out in a full painful body rash...second visit, I had to sit in a hot car, as they would not even let me in the waiting room....he came out with zero help,and less hope...

Sara Chandler, the esthetician in the Cabot/LR office was recommended to me for laser treatment. I enjoy being outside, so unfortunately I have some sun damage on my face. I just finished up my third full face laser treatment. My skin looks so much better after these treatments! Sara is very knowledgeable of procedures cosmetic or medical for your face. She has access to wonderful products but won’t push them on you. I have enjoyed getting to know Sara and look forward to using her for future needs!

Got ripped off charged for unnecessary tests 2 test in one week for skin cancer worst part I went for itching

This location is a clean and modern facility staffed with friendly and knowledgeable personnel. My impromptu appt was easy, fast in and quick treatment given by a competent staff.I’ll be returning.

I was able to get in quickly. They were very professional and explained everything very thoroughly. I also received some sample ointments to try so I didnt have to buy anything if it wasnt needed.Great experience. I will definitely continue to go to Arkansas Dermatology as needed.

My daughter never saw an actual doctor after being seen in the Conway and Little Rock clinics for more than 6 months with no resolve. I only saw Physicians Assistants. After seeing PA-Mickers, whom I was referred to, at the Baptist location, she recommended us to Childrens Hospital because the procedure would have been too traumatic in the clinic. Then, she recommended a supplement for my daughter but was unhelpful in finding it and never gave a dosage for it. I will not return to this clinic. Childrens Hospital was much more helpful.

I was satisfied with this clinic for the most part while they were in their old location. Once they moved to their new building their attitudes changed. Unfriendly, uncooperative, unwilling to be helpful. Finally got fed up and moved to another clinic in town. To top it all off AR Derm wanted to charge me $15 for a copy of my own medical records.

I had a great experience here. All of the staff was very friendly and professional. They got me to my exam room promptly, with very little wait time. Ms. Lafargue was thoughtful and very knowledgeable. My family will definitely be back for any future dermatology needs.

I had melanoma surgery 11 years ago, Im doing fine. My regular Dermatologist doesnt take my insurance any longer so I had to find someone else. I really like Dr Clark and his staff they were super. Highly recommend them.

They are the Best !! I have been treated in this clinic approximately 8 years. I have had the Best care from the surgical techs, the nurses the Physician Assistants , the Receptionists the office staff they are all excellent and treat me wonderful. They all take special care to follow up and make sure you are doing great after surgery and treatments which ever I was being treated for They are also very helpful in scheduling appointments that are convenient for your life schedule . If an unexpected change comes up in your treatment or complications should come up they get you right in to see someone to get you the Best follow up treatment. Dr. Osleber is a Caring Excellent Very Skilled Physician and always keeps me in line checking and scheduling follow up appointments to make sure If I may have a area that may be a concern of possible skin cancer. He also has a wonderful caring personality that makes him a very special Physician. This makes you feel confident in the care I am getting. I have many skin cancers in the past and and being treated right now for a squamous cell skin cancer he removed from my finger. I know I’m at the Best clinic . I Highly recommend this Clinic to everyone !!!!!!!!

I loved how quickly I was taken in and the first woman who saw me. Unfortunately, a year later she was on maternity leave and I had to see another woman who refused to remove my growing sunspots from my skin. There wasn’t one person there that day either. I was given a range of reasons for not doing this. First was that it could be cancerous underneath, second was that I should go back to my other doctor who had done this before. She ended up removing a mole but I think it was just to placate me because I felt I had wasted my time by even making the appointment. I wish that the first woman had been there. I immediately left the appointment and went straight to the hospital where they did what she wouldn’t. It’s a shame that they will get paid much for how little they did.

I had a cyst growing on my side. She didnt remove the growth, she just cut what was above the skin. The soreness came back in 2 days and then she claimed that there was nothing that she could do. I shouldve reported them for insurance fraud. Then she tries to send me to another doctor to have it removed.

Its a sad day when Dermatologist are so greedy they dont take self pay patients. Honestly, how much money to make you happy

Horrible patient courtesy. Had an appointment scheduled and was a few minutes late due to road construction. Canceled thinking I wasnt going to make it in time but I showed up. Was willing to sit and wait patiently even if I had to wait until close of business and be the last person. My problem is that they Want you to wait 2-4 MONTHS for new patient scheduling. I called another Dermatologist in Little Rock and was scheduled in for the NEXT WEEK. Ive never experienced this by a medical clinic. Most establishments are understanding and try their best to get you in.

Refuses self pay. So basically they can charge large sums to the insurance company instein of taking a smaller sum in cash. Yes its a business but only taking insurance shows the manipulation of the system to charge large sums for something that costs very little.

They are so nice!

I waited 3 months for an appointment and the Dr. didnt listen to my history or do any tests and blamed me for my condition and when I pointed out his diagnosis couldnt be accurate he refused to consider anything else. I will NOT be going back and will be finding a physician who actually has some sense.

Long wait time. Would give it zero if I could!
