I just moved to Conway recently, and was concerned about having continuity of my medical (dental, vision, etc.) care. The caring staff of Arkansas Dental Center put me at ease immediately. Im looking forward to future appointments for cleaning and preventative care.

I had 3 cavities filled here. The staff are very professional and friendly. They took great care in making sure I was taken care of with the nitrous gas. I barely felt the numbing shot at all. I have never felt so mentally and physically good. I barely felt them do the procedure. They did a great job.

I was so happy I could be seen the same day as needed. The assistant was so nice. And meeting the dentist she was wonderful. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone. They take the time to explain every procedure that needs to be done. Again I cant thank them enough for getting me in.

The staff was incredible. I just loved the energy. I look forward to returning to the office..

I’ve been looking for a dentist close to home for a while now. Looks like I found it at East Oak Dental. Alyssa was amazing as a dental hygienist, she explained everything throughout the whole visit so clearly. I had to get a whole set of X-rays, which I dread, but she was so quick and made me feel comfortable. She was gentle yet thorough with my cleaning! I 100% recommended!!

Everyone there is very friendly and they get you in and out in a timely manner. Asked about Invisalign and they were very informative and helpful with all my questions.

Wait times are short. Staff is very friendly and personable. My children and I are always comfortable and at ease for cleanings and fillings. When my youngest recently fell and had trauma to her top teeth, I was able to schedule same day appt for consulation and promptly referred to an oral surgeon for same day treatment. I really appreciate the genuine care they have consistently showed us over the past few years.

Great experience. Let’s just say it’s been a WHILE since I’ve been to a dentist. But I felt very welcome and not judged at all. They got me an appointment very quickly and fixed me right up.

Very professional, thorough exam in a clean and friendly healthcare facility.

It was a great visit! They opened at 8am I got there at about 7:55 by 8am they had me in the chair and we discussed and older filling that had popped out. I have TMJ and grind my teeth and clench my jaw by 8:30 the new filling was in and we were talking about getting a bite guard. She recommended one at the store and they were going to also check my insurance to see what my coverage would be to get me a professional one made. I was home by 8:45.

I loved the ladies here. They are so sweet. I was a new patient, but you couldnt tell by the atmosphere. I went as a person scared of the dentist, and now this is home!

I love how friendly all the staff at East Oak Dental are and can’t complain about the care I get when I go in to get work done as far as fillings etc. My gums are a Bit sore from the sharp claw hook tool used to get plaque or whatever off of teeth but it happens from time to time. I’m sure with a little more experience the hygienist will be better at avoiding the gums when using that tool. Not saying anybody’s name in particular because I was happy with this persons overall job that they did. I just felt maybe thus post will be read and taken as a good review with a little advice on the gum poking. I recommend going to their dental office you won’t be disappointed!

I know they will take care of my needs & Dr. Woods is an honest, family oriented gentlemen. He takes time to listen and explain everything. When doing procedures he doesn’t hesitate to ask “ are you okay?” consistently to ensure I wasn’t an any pain! An added plus is they are also available via text after hours during normal business days. THANK YOU TO THE ENTIRE STAFF!!

Im not one for reviews unless I turly fill they are deserved. With this office I feel they truly deserve it. Being a parent you want your childen to have a good experience with the dentist and they took very good care of them. The staff was informative of their overall oral hygiene and addressed minor cavity issues the same day. I highly recommend this office for both adults and kids.

The staff and Dr. Beck at East Oak Dental are wonderful. I have never had a problem getting an appointment and we are a large family. They are even wonderful about scheduling our appointments as close together as possible to limit the amount of work and school days missed. There is a friendly almost family type atmosphere and we have always been greeted with a smile. My children excitedly look forward to their appointments, and not just their routine cleanings. Carrie at the front desk was so nice and amazing. I called on Wednesday and asked for an emergency appointment as soon as possible and she was able to get me in first thing Friday morning. When the dentist look at my back tooth and I spoke to Carrie about an extraction she was able to get me in to get it poured in an hour. The dentist was amazing the staff was amazing and Carrie also gave me prices on a ton of different procedures I needed I have never had such an amazing dental experience in my life and rarely is there ever such an amazing customer service experience like that
