This was the first appointment I have had and it was a wonderful experience. Everyone was very courteous and answered all of my questions. The lobby and the dental procedure room were very clean. All around you have a great bunch of employees! Thank you so much and I look forward to having all of my dental work there.

I had to have a pretty uncomfortable procedure (or sets of procedures) done over a couple days and about 4.5 hours. Short of being fully unconscious, theres really no way to make this event comfortable. However, Monarch did a great job doing everything possible to minimize the discomfort. The doc and hygenist are a fantastic team and did a great job. Theyre very professional and skilled. These two work very well as a team. Theyre also very personable. I like a provider who describes what theyre doing as they go along so that I know where were at in the process. Im very pleased with the end result as well. Id definitely recommend Monarch to anyone.

Spring, the RDA and Dr. Sander are wonderful and really listen. However, Debbie, at the front desk, is the rock star of the place. She is amazingly helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and remarkably kind. I am so glad that I found this place after sadly leaving behind my dentist of over 20 years.

I was a patient at Monarch Dental myself. So when I started having a problem I went right in and to my surprise they told me I had a gum disease and an infection at the root of an implanted post and I had one small cavity too. And to fix all this was going to cost me $4000. Well theres no way I could pay that so I went home to think about it. Then I decided to call my nephew that lives about 2 hours from me and he said he would give me the family discount. Once I got there they started out with that gum disease by cleaning my teeth but I was told right there that I DID NOT HAVE A GUM DISEASE. Then it just got worse because I soon found out all I had was a small cavity in one tooth but it really wasnt soon just to be safe they still removed the crown and replaced it but there was no infection. It makes me wonder just how many people pay for things they dont need in that place. I bet a lot of their patients end up with gum disease. It almost cost me $4000 that I couldnt afford

I have been a patient of theirs for five years never have had a problem I call yesterday and got a appointment for 1030 today I go my wait time was a hour no big deal. Then they took a x ray mind you Im in a whole lot of pain I can feel the crack in my tooth. Well she comes and says that it will need to be pulled ok great we done this before well then a lady comes in and informs me that I have to go all the way to little rock to have it pulled and it wouldnt be today. I asked why they said nothing.they have never done this before I will find a new dentist thats for sure.

Well loved them the first time I went in very nice and they pulled my teeth was great. I had a plate made they made me go a month hurting and trying to get in so the same day appointment is not true been back 4 times trying to get my bottom plate right , still can not eat or wear them seem they dont care to help you when you are in pain and cannot eat been almost 4 months still cannot wear and they will not see me. I guess made them mad l I had to wait one hour in my car before they would see me last time after a month waiting. Still not right trying to get in again wish me luck

I had a fantastic experience with Monarch Dental. They were able to do a same day appointment to fix a serious problem, were much cheaper than my previous dentist, and their in-house financing option is the entire reason I was able to get the procedure I had put off done. The provider was wonderful, as was the rest of the staff. I would encourage anyone to give this office a try and will definitely be returning

I have not been to a dentist in 10+ years due to sub-par past experiences... I was currently in pain from an impacted wisdom tooth that had gone unattended for too long. I woke up on a Friday morning with it swollen, painful, and bleeding in my mouth. I really didnt want to go into the weekend dealing with that, and knew it needed to come out. They got me in on the same day, were extremely accommodating, and explained all procedures and costs prior to performing anything (I did not have insurance and was paying out of pocket). The doctor and assistants made sure I was entirely comfortable to my own satisfaction before removing my tooth. I felt nothing but pressure, no pain as they had promised! I was given postoperative instructions on a handout, but they went over them verbally as well to make sure I fully understood everything and didnt have any questions. There was a bit of a wait before everything was all said and done, but understanding that this is a clinic not an emergency room and I was not the only patient there, I was very pleased that they got me taken care of as well as they did and as pleasantly as they did! I definitely will be returning for my postoperative appointment and for any future routine care for myself and my family.

I visited yesterday and I found the office staff to be so helpful especially Leslie she took the time to help me with my paper work I understand that is her job but she went above and beyond. I sent my daughter here by herself. She is 18 and nervous at the dentist and we can never find a good one. The front desk followed COVID guidelines and took her temperature but they are covered head to toe as well. The dentist and assistants worked hard even though my daughter wasn’t feeling well and was incredibly scared. I know she probably wasn’t easy to work with! Thanks for taking her, despite our wait. I think Leslie and Courtney (or Carla, I don’t remember) were the names my daughter mentioned that stood out as going above and beyond to keep everyone safe.

This was probably the best dental experience Ive had in a very long time. The staff are amazing! Theyre helpful, considerate, and appear to care about their clienteles well being.

First a little rough coming through the door bc now everyone is covid-expose but once u pass that threshold.... Spring (yes thats her name) will flip that frown upside down. I feel like she does care. Looked at my problem tooth and suggested what I was looking for. Very excited to see what happens. For someone who doesnt like the dentist. Everyone was friendly, they got me to the back in a timely manner and I was inform about my service in full detail.

I went in the Conway Ar office to have some teeth removed, a crown and partial. The staff was so amazing and the dental assistant Spring was absolutely a goddess. She took care of me like I was her child. All of my procedures went as planned, my crown looks exactly how it should and my partial fits like new. Such a great of professional people with patience and grace.

Dr Sanford made me feel so comfortable..everyone in the office was extremely nice. The male dental assistant ( sorry forgot his name) was awesome and gentle and explained everything to me! Ty Monarch Dental

Went in for a cleaning, waited 2 hours, dentist came in and said I had gum disease and needed a Deep Cleaning. The Office Manager was right behind him to say it was $2000 and they had payment plans. I said, all I wanted was a cleaning- OM said the hygienist wasnt even in today!!!! So why did they book me for a cleaning?! TOTAL bait and switch! I would NEVER go here! The place looked dirty, music was way too loud to cover up people screaming while having teeth pulled. Horrible place! Walked out! I will be reporting them to the American Dental Association and the BBB as well as the Attorney General of Arkansas. No telling how many senior citizens they have ripped off!

My dental hygienist was phenomenal! A new employee of only 5 months and my best dental experience ever! Great at her job and makes you feel like she has been doing this for 20 plus years! Thank you!!

My dealing with them is just like Stephen mills! I came in for a cleaning, and that person wasn’t there, that day. They ask me if they could do anything else! I ask them about my wisdom teeth. That was a very big mistake! This place is just a con job! I will never ever go back!

I actually had to call this dentist office to see if my mom was still there, 2 and 1/2 hours after her scheduled appointment, for a cleaning, and she was still there. She finally got up and walked out with only having x-rays done. This was a scheduled appointment, not a walk in. They did apologize, said they were waiting to here back from her insurance company. I thought that was suppose to be done before the appointment, which is why you call ahead.

I am real disappointed. I was excited today to come and find a new dentist. My appointment was at 2:30. I came in at 2:00 because I knew I had paperwork to fill. Before 2:30 I was done with my paperwork . I was waiting outside in my car until 3:00. I was seeing people After me coming in and out the building. So I decided to go in Incase they forgot to call me to come in. The front desk lady was on the phone and didn’t let me speak and said “we will call you in a second”.... I went back out and waited another 30 min. I waited a whole hour. I go back in and asked what’s going on and the front desk lady said “Sorry we accidentally called the wrong number” .... I could tell she didn’t give 2 ... about me. I felt like they did this on purpose... I will go back to Little Rock now.

I have yet to see the doctor, because I came in to talk about services, and the manager Courtney was incredibly professional. She greeted me with a smile and told me how long appointments are and answered all of my questions. The last dental office I went to they didn’t even smile, but Courtney and her team are so friendly I’m going to setup appointments for myself, my spouse and our five kids. I know I’ll be able to trust them with our experience and my kid’s teeth as long as they have someone like Courtney leading them. Please give this girl a raise or promotion. I wish all interactions with customer service were like the one with she and her team. If I could give more than five stars if I could. Thank you.

Saturday morning appointment, a well organized and professional staff, minimal waiting time, friendly staff members, competitive pricing for services, great communication. I recommend Monarch especially if you cannot make a regular Mon - Fri appointment.

I absolutely LOVE Monarch Dental . My son has very high anxiety when it comes to the dentist. The staff was amazing with him and made him feel comfortable . One staff member was singing and dancing in the hallway and he laughed at her and told her that she made going to the dentist fun . She hugged him and told him that he made her day and she got a little emotional . I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist .

The office staff is really great, however the dentist is really rude!! He didn’t even look at my mouth then gave me a paper with $3000 worth of dental work, and didn’t explain why I needed any of it, or what it was to help. Then when I asked him if he could recommend a toothpaste or mouthwash he said “no.” If no stars was an option that is what I would have rated him.

I .Had a full upper denture done from the beginning what they call an immediate denture was way oversized ...I did have an over bit and a rare high arch..so the tray was sent from the lab...immediately after pulling all my upper teeth consisting of crowns and a bridge..and some broken back teeth.. they assistant only soft lined the bottom partial immediate denture..do to the improper fit from the top when I bite the bottom one broke in half not one time but twice.It was under warranty so it was aligned..and sent to the lab...I was still promised a hard align on the top denture at that time..but was told I had to wait a year or pay $400... So I chose to wait..now..I am told that my insurance isnt gonna cover it and I am basically out of luck..So if you like being mislead ...then use them if you have Medicaid ...call the dental insurance...before getting your teeth pulled.I could of had other options that were covered but not told about.

Nothing but positive vibes here! My oldest got braces and the Dr was very helpful informing us on the procedure and aftercare. Most of our visits have been with the same assistant, Jessie Wall. She is so personable, friendly and funny! We met Brittany the other day and she had an ingenious way of fixing a broken bracket. Jessie and Brittany are the main two weve had contact with and these two women deserve gold stars for their professionalism, enthusiasm and exceptional care.

I wouldnt recommend anybody to this place. Ive been scheduled wrong 2 times. Show up just to be told Id have to come back a diff day. Been going to the Conway location since October of 2019, hanging onto hope that they could make it right. Last week after they failed me again I told them I was done. Money wasnt a issue. It was all paid up front. The place is a circus. Biggest mistake of my life. I will never go back there. Im letting my lawyer handle it from here. I have major damage to my jaw bone due to monarch dental in conway Arkansas.

As someone who has had issues with other dentists in the past, I found the time I spent at Monarch Dental was very pleasant. The staff there was very knowledgeable and friendly. It was a breath of relief to not feel tense and uneasy while my mouth was being worked on. I plan on returning to this location in the future for any further dental work I need.

They were fast, friendly and did a great job on my teeth. My teeth stay good because of them. {Of course I should work on my habits.}The most recent work was still quick and efficient. The dentist was perceptive to my needs and kept me comfortable while working.

They care and go out their way to make you comfortable. Best cleaning Ive ever had. The dentists are gentle and listen to help ensure you walk out with exactly what you need/want without upsales. The assistants and front desk employees are equally amazing. Overall a great experience.

They are not just after money and if finance is a problem they have financing that works for you. I read dozens of reviews trying to find a dentist here in Conway. I went to the affordable place first, for the free consult. From start to finish, it sucked. A friend at work recommended Monarch. I am SO happy that she told me about them! I had the BEST EXPERIENCE I have ever had a dentist office. Every staff member I had contact with was kind and welcoming! They took the time to explain absolutely everything and answered my questions completely. They have great financing options too! Seriously, you wont find a better team. Im super excited to get this work done now 😁 I will continue to post reviews throughout the process. I have no doubt that I made the right choice chosing Monarch 😎

Very caring/sweet staff

First time here and everyone was really friendly. Dr. Smith is a really layer back and friendly guy who really made me feel comfortable (I am one who has panic attacks when I go to the dentist ). The pricing was reasonable and the payments were affordable. I would definitely recommend Monarch Dental in Pine Bluff to my friends and family.

Was a new patient had a broken tooth that seems to be all they cared about, referred me to an oral surgery they didnt bother to talk about my other needs like setting up plans for fixing or helping with others problems. Will find a more personal dentist.

These people are totally awesome. You can get to them quickly, they work with you with your insurance and have their own financing options. But the dentist and all his employees are just the greatest. Recommend very highly.

Came in as a new patient after not seeing a dentist for several years, was only given an x-ray on a single spot I felt was hurting and saw the doctor less than 5 minutes. No exam or additional x-rays to see if I had any other trouble spots or recommendations for another appointment for cleaning or anything.

The staff is kind and courteous except they have a problem getting patients seen on time. I consistently am forced to wait 45 minutes PAST my scheduled time before I am seen. This is frustrating and disrespectful of my time.

I am pregnant and chose for this to my dentistry of choice, however i was never informed for my very first time going there you have to be 30 minutes early or else they wont see you. The lady told me they would still see me if i mad it by 2:30 (my appointment time) I made it right on time and had to wait at the countwr while she talked to someone. I thought i was being polite and waiting and she finally turns to me i asked if i would still be seen gave her my name and she said no its 2:32 i said i walked in at 2:30 and she said no you literally just walked in the door (mind you you i had my eyes on my clock from the moment i walked in because i really disnt want to miss this appointment) however if this is how this company treats people it is deplorable!!!

I personally think that Monarch Dental acts like a third rate production company.where your diagnosis is just hand to your with very little information and with a outrageous bill for treatment. And if you dare to ask questions regarding the little information you receive. Your likely to be perceived being rude or hostile. Monarch Dental tricks potential patients in the door with cheap examinations. And charge a arm and leg for treatment. And basically refuse to prescribe something as simple as a mouth wash to help ease the discomfort of infected gums. Monarch could use a lesson in explaining things about oral health in detail the they so clearly explain the financial part of things. I am removing all members of my family and would never very visit the Monarch Dental in Conway Arkansas ever again.

Went in earlier this week to have two teeth worked on and the staff we’re courteous and greeted me when I entered, helped me through my paper work and got me in the back fast even with it being right at lunch time. Once I made it to the back the assistants came in got me numbed up well and the rest the visit was a breeze. Definitely my goto for further dental work!!

Dr.Smith is an amazing dentist. Went for tooth extraction and never felt it. The staff is very helpful and polite. They dont judge if you havent seen a dentist in a while either.

Everything is going OK.i just got spacers yesterday and it hurts to chew.that is normal of course but I have been taking ibuprofen every 4 hrs for the pain. Excited about braces..Thats the fun part.will be getting them in exactly two weeks! Thanks monarch dental!Much love- Princess akins

This is the worst dental office Ill been to since being in Conway. We have been in the waiting area for over an hour waiting to see the dentist. I was going to use them for my family but duck that. I see everyone keep talking about how nice the ladys in the front are. They are terrible. I will not be coming back here!!!

Though the staff is always kind , we were very disappointed with the lack of care during our visit. We live in a different town than the dental office which means we drive an hour and a half both ways. Our visits usually last 10 to 20 minutes where the staff asks my daughter if she has noticed any problems with her brace trays, gives her a new set, checks her teeth and bite, and sends us on our way. We do not always see the dentist himself. This visit was even shorter than that. The staff asked her if she was having any problems and then handed her the new trays and sent us on our way. Why am I charged $139 each month for that level of care? Seems to me we could get the same kind of treatment by ordering our trays through the mail and have a lot less travel expense and loss of time during our school day.

I love the friendly atmosphere and fast service. Everyone is always so nice!!! Love the location, so easy to get in and out!.

I had an extreme amount of pain immediately following my removal of two teeth even though I had been antibiotics. I called and Dr. Sevier had me come back immediately and he renumbed for the night. I have had to come back 2 times due to pain and questions and the Dr and staff have been so very supportive and understanding. I am due for more work and hope all goes as well . Thank you Monarch. Having medical issues and a dental team that understands really helps.

My first thoughts was wow your young! And with confidence to reassure me that he had the experience he smiled and told me his dad and uncle both are dentist and he had been around the dental office all of his life, he went on to say that he worked in his dad office every chance he could.Mind you I havent had a tooth pull in over 20 years or longer and after hearing his dental history my heart wasnt racing 90 to nothing anymore.When he start to inject the pain medication he wiggled my jaw to prevent any pain I knew that I was in good hands. He asked if I was ok I gave Dr Smith two thumbs up! He made experience a great one know pain and he extracted the tooth in less than a minute but before doing so he stated that I was doing fine and the worst was over! I will admit I was very nervous about getting my tooth pulled but Im ready to get all my dental work ! Thanks Dr Smith!!! I highly recommend Monarch Dental and Dr RIchard Smith

Went there for an abscess in my gum. Seen the dentist and all she talked about was a long term plan to get all my teeth out. I’m still in an enormous amount of pain and they didn’t even do anything for my problem. Sent me home without draining it or any antibiotics for infection. I am literally sick from this. Will never be going back to that place.

I really enjoyed my visit, it was very quick and easy, and only took about an hour! I went straight from my checkup to my cleaning, which was awesome, since i didnt have to wait!
