I needed a new therapist since I am new to the area. I did research on which therapist would be best for me. I set an appointment with their secretary and they texted me to remind me when my appointment was. First off, I had difficulty finding the actual place it self. No big deal. What really irritated me was the fact that I tried to open the office door and it was locked. I called the office and left a message after waiting 15 minutes. No answer, no call back. I waited 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Luckily I’m stable and not going through anything too difficult right now, but I’m sure someone who has anxiety, depression, or abandonment issues would be triggered at the unprofessionalism of this establishment. To this day I have never received an apology or response, so do yourself a favor and find some place else.
