My wife went here for a procedure. I cant speak for the medical side, but front office/insurance verifier for this place are horrible. Front office is rude as well as condescending. The person who verifies insurance coverage had to be walked through the process by my wife, NEVER called her and is just plain terrible at her job. When we arrived we were told we had to pay $560 for some reason and we would have left if the prep had not already been done. If you are using insurance here, good luck.

I had a procedure done on March 2018 at this facility. Well A YEAR AND A HALF LATER- 2 weeks ago I received a bill from the anesthesiologist for 3k!! It would have been nice if this facility had let me know that the anesthesiologist they work with was out of network with my insurance. I ALWAYS make sure that I am in network wherever I go, so I know I asked if the doctor and the facility we’re IN NETWORK, please let your patients know if one of your providers is out of network. Now I know before I get any anesthesia to ask if they are in network with my insurance, y’all see patients everyday and I’m sure people ask please inform us when your anesthesiologist is out of network! Can’t trust anybody!To ALL patients make sure you ask if even the nurse is in network, because you might get a medical bill that you were not expecting!

Just had a procedure here last week and loved the staff!! I will see them next year for my follow up!

Had an endoscopy done a couple weeks ago and I was super nervous but they helped with my nerves. Everybody was so nice and comforting! It was nice knowing that especially considering that I didnt get much sleep the night before because my nerves was just about shot I was so nervous about this procedure. Wasnt as bad as I thought. Dr Shahzad was amazing

As noted by others had a procedure at the facility over 18 months ago, but just last week received a bill for $3,000 from the anesthesiologist who is out of network. Extremely disappointed in Parkside surgeries choice of a anesthesiologist company that would do something like this.

Had my EGD on the Suite 130 office. Amazing staff and the nurses are freaking incredible. Highly recommend anyone going for an EGD to schedule it with DR Shahzad. In and out fast. Anesthesiologist was amazing as well. Love these ladies
