Made an appointment, gave them the proper information including type of insurance only to discover that they dont accept the insurance provided. When we got there they quoted us almost $200 for the visit. They wasted our time due to their incompetence. Will do everything I can to avoid this place in the future.

Had to find a new Dr after moving to conroe. I have seen a few drs (Laura and Gwen) from this facility and have high respect for them. The waiting room is always spotless, the receptionists are kind and friendly but prompt to get you seen. During this time of COVID, I can see the precautions in place to help their patients. I also enjoy they have almost anything you could need in house. Blood work is done right there, any specialist is also in house and come highly recommended. I plan to continue coming back, and thank everyone here for their service during this pandemic! Definitely recommended for all ages.

They dont care. They dont care about you, about your family, about the health of you or your family. They just plain dont care. Find a different facility because these people just dont care.

Went in to new Willis office Thursday Week before Christmas for 2nd appt was one of the first visits that day. Waited 45 min in room before Dr even came in Dr said need to get x rays and see Surgeon said nurse will set up appt she said will try her best to set something up by end of day. I called at end of day and she said she hasn’t scheduled anything yet. I got call Tuesday to say they got X-raysAnd need to see surgeon. I asked if they got me an appt and was told she will call you. As of 1/15/2021 still have NOT heard from ANYONE FROM THAT OFFICE. BUT I GOT A BILL.

Dr Morrow is wonderful. He’s the only reason I continue to go here. Kind, patient, tentative and truly seems to care. A real rarity these days. I don’t know how they found him but I really hope he doesn’t go anywhere. And if you call, ask for Dee up front to speak to. You won’t have much luck with the others.

I was there for an appointment this morning and ended up walking out.People were going to the desk to check in wearing their masks under their noses, then they would take them off while sitting in the waiting room. The receptionists said nothing to them. In fact one of the receptionists didnt put her mask on until halfway through her conversation with a man that wasnt wearing one correctly.Perhaps there is no mask mandate in Montgomery County, but doctors offices should require them.

2021 UPDATE: Office staff has been very kind both on the phone and in the office. I feel welcomed and valued which I really, really appreciate. I highly recommend this office.2020 UPDATE: The office staff was very courteous the last time through. Not at all snappy or terse. I’m hopeful this amicable trend continues.LAST REVIEW: I absolutely love the doctors and nurses and PA’s at this clinic. BUT-the office staff is rude, short on the phone, and talk to me like I set their lawn on fire then kicked their dog. Essentially, they make me feel like trash. Every time I call, and it’s been many, many times, it’s exactly the same no matter who answers the phone. And they are no different in person when I check in at the clinic. Teaching public school, I would never dream of talking down to any student the way that they’ve talked down to me. If it weren’t for Dr. Koshi or Josh Dubose, I would go scorched earth on this clinic simply because of the office staff.

Amazingly warm and friendly staff. I’ve never felt so comfortable at at doctors office. Everyone from the ladies at the front desk to the nurse practitioners and doctors are all so kind. Evan, the nurse practitioner, is the best. I’d highly recommend him and this office to anyone looking for quality care.

When you walk into the office Dee greets you with a smile and is always kind. Dr. Koshy is extremely knowledgeable and has no problem referring when you need further treatment. I highly recommend.

I have always had a great experience here. Unfortunately there is often miscommunications between them and my pharmacy though. I typically can call and resolve this but Erica that works there was unwilling to help with this today. She is by far the rudest employee there and gave me a different opinion of the office.

Hello my name is Barbara S.R. I was seen on August 14, 2018. At my most recent visit the wait was short and easy. Nursing staff was very friendly and professional. Dr. Laningham was in quickly to care for my needs. He was very friendly and gave me the opportunity to speak as much as I wanted and gave me new exercises to treat my arthritis as well free RX samples. I ended in the lab. Lab staff was great Tabitha never hurts me, she was training a young girl who was kind. I was very pleased will always return here for care.

Wanted to venture out and change PCP providers. I chose this providers office because the reviews were great! I was instantly impressed.I entered the office around 1:33 PM , apt at 1:45 PM (new patient) I already had the paperwork filled out all I had to do was sign them. I’m still sitting here waiting to be called back- I’ve checked with the front desk 3 times now - wondering if their running behind. I was informed they weren’t running behind and that it shouldn’t be too much longer. It’s now 2:19 PM. I don’t mind waiting but when it’s 40 mins past my apt time and I’m still waiting , it’s irritating. Especially on the first visit. Smh .Update: Sitting in the room now - 2.37 PM. No apology for pulling me back late. Back to waiting .

Love the Conroe office staff. Dee always greets us with a smile and kind word. Amber is always thorough in her assessment and notices things I may have forgotten, like it being refill time and Dr Koshy is great. She has the best personality, answers all questions without making you feel like you are wasting her time. I have recommended this offkce to all my friends

Facility is freshly renovated. Easy access for everyone with ample parking, including wheelchair access and a covered drop off/pickup area in case of inclement weather. Format of waiting areas is outstanding.

For years, Conroe Willis Family Medicine has given great care to our family. Thankful for the attentive and personal care I receive from Sydney, Jeremy, and the team.

I have been seeing Dr Jeremy for about 10 years and have been seeing Gwen Dubose for the entire time she has worked here. At first I would see her only when Dr Laningham was not available but now I see her much more than I see him. She is very competent, approachable, and has always had the answers I need for my healthcare concerns. Gwen is a top notch PA and I heartily recommend her for all your healthcare needs!
