I have been a patient here for over ten years and Dr. Leticia Seay, Miriam and Faith have been a constant source of stability in my life. This office has always offered a safe environment and excellent customer service!!! Honestly could never think of going anywhere else... EVER. They have always met my needs with compassion and excellent service. I work in dentistry as a hygienist and have always referred my patients here because I feel like they treat me like a family member and not just a patient. I appreciate everything they have done for me and anyone I have referred.

I have been with Affiliates of Family medicine for more than 20 years, my Doctor isElena Garcia. She took such good care of my Husband for many years before his passing.And I Love her and her nurse Dorinda , they both take good care of me & their patient portal is so good , you get your Questions answered promptly.Every staff member and Doctor in that office is Awesome!!!

I have been a patient at Affiliates in Spring since it’s opening. The staff; including doctors, PA’s, nurses, Front desk , et. Al. Have been outstanding. Dr. Rambarran is knowledge, mindful, considerate, and caring. Jedd, PA is equally as qualified to handle all medical areas. I have never waited more than 24 hrs for an appt. Nurse Wendy is amazing great bedside manners!!!! Answered all my questions and gave me relief called me within three days of my results

I have been going to this Doctors office for years. During Covid’s original outbreak and amidst the closures I requested prescription refills. 45 day later still no response from the Doctor or Nurse. I setup an appointment, reluctant to even go near one at the time, I was then given refills after experiencing negative affects from not having medication. Just last week my Doctor decided to with no notice reduce my prescriptions after having a lengthy discussion about the adverse effects of not having the medication. I was advised to continue ie taking the meds with no change in the future. During my time without meds I began taking CBD Oil. This helped tremendously, however, a positive result for THC was found. I had been taking a high dose to eliminate pain as I wear a prosthetic and have pain daily and no meds. I warn anyone who dares to visit this office that your well being is not in the interest of these Doctors. They took my money and now have told me to deal with the change which was abrupt giving no time to wain oneself off of medication gradually. These were the exact reasons I went to the doctor in the first place was to deal and make the pain manageable. I am now being ostracized for finding an alternative remedy while the Doctor blatantly disregarded my previous attempts to gain refills. Take this message as you will, find a Doctor that will listen and cares about your health and well-being. This socialist mentality of me not being able to make or be a part of my medical well being has occurred with this office.

BEWARE OF EXTRANEOUS CHARGES. Scheduled an appointment because my husband had a cold, at check out they slap on a $40 mental health charge. A simple dr.s visit for a cold turns into a $75 visit, with insurance! When asked about the charge, their response is the doctor asked questions about how youre feeling. Never returning to this scam.

Awful. They wasted a month of my time and never helped at all. Staff became rude when I asked them to correct errors. They didnt return phone calls and they didnt care that my issues were time sensitive.

Dr. Koshy is amazing! Was nervous when I was waiting but once she came in all nerves left. She made me feel safe and cared for. She took time took explain and never made me feel like she was just doing her job.She made me feel as if she was there to make me feel better!

My family has been patients with then since 2008. My husband left them when Dr. Henson left. I continued to use them for myself and my kids. My son was in Friday to see Jamie Hogan and diagnosed with Bronchitis. He received a steroid shot and z pack. She told me if he was not better I should contact her. I called today as he was sent home from school again. I called at 9:30 this morning again at 12:30 and also at 3pm. I was directed to the nurses voicemail and left messages each time. It is now 4 and I still have not received a call back. I will be changing Dr. Tomorrow.

The some of office staff are rude. The people running the billing department have no idea what in the world they are doing. Gave them my debit card info over a month ago to clear a bill they never ran the card. Now telling me they have called me several times and left messages. I have no message. This is not first time this has happened with this dept. I love Dr. Koshy, but I think I will be looking for another doctor. My mom is about to do the same.

Such a hassle to get some simple results back! I could have something deadly and could die the next day and they won’t tell me anything on time since ever time I call I get sent to voicemail!!!! Definitely changing doctor!!!!

Have called multiple times to get results, always immediately forwarded to the nurses voicemail, I have left voicemails with still no returned phone call with my results. On the verge of driving up there to speak with an actual person. After my results are read to me it will be my final visit. I would not recommend this office to anyone. Dr Koshy is great, but seeing as she is not available at this time, everything has seemed to have gone to hell in a handbasket. Since I have been waiting for serious blood results for at least 3 days, after they tole me it would be next day, I am sure I can not be the only one.

Not sure who is the manager of the office staff, but someone needs to do some spring cleaning. I really dont appreciate the rude staff. Every time; on the phone and in person they act like theyre doing you a huge favor. What happened to customer service skills ? How about some courtesy and less attitude ? BUT if you can put up with all that - doctor Simi Koshy is amazing. She takes time to listen and answer your questions. Every time I visit she is right on point with the diagnosis. She is a wonderful doctor and just a nice human being to be around.

UPDATE: Koshi is no longer there. PA was nice but my experience was horrible. I have anxiety and he failed to take that into consideration when he saw me on my last visit. I had to wait on results for something I didnt need checked. Panic attacks are the worst when i wait- I knew what I had and he thought it was something completely different. I had to wait the weekend to get results. WORST WAIT OF MY LIFE. He ended up treating me for what I thought I had going in since the results came back negative for what he tested. Got stuck with the lab bill since my insurance didnt cover all of it at the lab they use for what he tested.1 year ago- I had given them 5 stars with koshy as my doctor:I have been going to this clinic for a little under two years now and they are great. Their online portal makes it so easy to email with the doctors and nurses.I was having side effects last year with one of my medications and called to speak to the nurse. I was directed to their voicemail. Well i left a message and when i didnt get a call back after a while i called again and left another message. BOO, Right? Please understand they have paperwork to do and other people to attend to- if its not an allergic reaction you can hopefully wait for a call back from the nurse after getting through all the voicemails and call back to the people that called before you. Anywho, I got a call back a few hours later on the same day and was given a solution. The nurse was nice and attentive. I could have been the 100th person she had to work with that day but she was still courteous and wasnt rushing to end the call.There was another time when I used the portal to leave a message for the nurse to see if i could get a sooner appt due to needing an increase in my dose. Dr Koshy messaged me back saying that she had sent a script with the increased dosage to my pharmacy. It was that easy!Staff was a bit dry at first but they have never had an attitude and always did a good job. They are all very nice now. I enjoy my visitmy Doctor has been very good to me. Dr Koshy takes the time to explain things and makes sure i leave with solutions to my issues

Dr Koshy is my doctor there and she has been wonderful. Its my first time in a long time to see a different PCP, so I was pretty nervous. She truly seems to care about my well-being. I am so thankful to have a dr that is able to answer any questions I might have regarding my health, and to offer any suggestions she might haveI wrote this above review 2 years ago when Dr Koshy was still working with this practice. She has left now and this practice, is hard to get in touch with regarding prescription refills, which should be and used to be easy when I was able to be in touch with a dr that seemed to care. I sent a refill request off yesterday and was told it was to soon, even though at my last visit I was asked to submit my refills 3 days ahead of time so I was never without my medication. I was told I would need to wait until tomorrow, ok well tomorrow is here and they close in 45 min. I have emailed several messages hoping that someone will fill it before I go out of town for a week literally in one hour! Definitely do not recommend this practice especially since they continue to loose dr’s. Apparently I’m not the only one with Problems on the way things are run here either!! Poor customer service! I honestly just don’t understand why I am the one being punished for going out of town one day before my prescription is due! It has never posed a problem in the past! I now have to go out of town for two weeks without my medicine! So frustrating!

Staffing rude, unhappy, and unpleasant. nursing unprofessional.

The doctors alternate locations and are not accessible to answer questions. My family and I tried this place due to the close proximity to our home but are greatly dissatisfied with service. The finally issue that we had that changed our minds about ever going back was being charged $5 by the office to write a prescription. I know it is only $5 but it is the principle of the matter!
