I am kinda picky when it comes to doctors. But my entire family has been seeing Dr Kern for going on 15 years. Great bedside manner. She truly cares about her patients and will go the extra mile.

I have been going to Dr.Kern for many years . This LADY really cares about you . She never rushes your visit . This LADY really cares about what is happening and she does every thing possible to get to the bottom of what is going on . If you are looking for a doctor that really has a HEART AND WILL GO THE EXTRA MILE THIS LADY WILL . Check her out some time .You will be so glad you did . Her staff is as caring and giving as she is . THEY ALL GO THE EXTRA MILE TO MAKE YOU FEEL SPECIAL . GOD BLESS THEM ALL.

Dr. Kern is the best doctor i have had she takes time to make sure your ok. I wish they had 10 stars because i would refer her to anyone. Front staff always say they check me in but never do they guys nurse always make sure im ok and so does the lady.. The front staff isnt a good professional fit when i was getting result on the phone the lady seem like i was getting on her nerves

I saw Dr. Kern for about 7 years. Unfortunately I never felt I was heard. As a person Dr. Kern is nice, just not a good communicator as my PC Physician. On occasion I would need to call the office since my password didn’t seem to work on the Portal and it was never dealt with. The staff seemed frustrated to have to answer questions. I gave it an honest try, it just didn’t work out for me.

Everyone in the office is so nice. From the time you step through the doors into the office, you are treated wonderfully. Dr Kern and her staff have wonderful bedside manners.

Dr. Kern is one of the best physicians in the area. I have know her for over 10 years and have to say she and her staff do a great job looking out for me.

Dr. Kern herself is AMAZING, but some of the staff there cannot get the job done. Every month I call in to get my prescription refilled and it literally takes a week for it to get done. I call and leave messages on the nurses voicemail and follow all the prompts and nothing ever gets done. Only after I lose all my patience that I call the receptionist and she gets it take on care of. I know I have to call every month based on what I take but it shouldn’t be this hard to get a call back and get my prescription sent over to my pharmacy.

As a retired physician myself I can be somewhat picky in my healthcare team. Dr. Kern and her staff have exceeded my expectations at every turn. She is thorough, compassionate, unhurried and very knowledgeable. She has no problem seeing her patients as a partner in their own healthcare. I highly recommend her as family practitioner.

Dr Kern had been our family doctor since 2005. We have always received amazing, compassionate care.
