Took my little one here due to a fever and cough. I made an appointment online to reserve a spot . Lobby was spacious and clean, front desk was courteous and there was a little coffee bar in the waiting area ( a plus amenity ). Waited for a few minutes then was called back to a patient room. The room was also spacious and clean. Overall good experience.My only recommendation would be for the clinical staff to introduce themselves.I was called back by a very nice gentleman but I didn’t know how to address him or his profession ( MA,Tech,RN ..ext). Then he left the room and someone else came in and again didn’t introduce himself I wasn’t sure if he was an MD, PA or NP or his name. Both gentlemen were very nice and took great care of us. My only recommendation would be for the clinical staff to introduce themselves so the patient or patients family can follow who is caring for them. In addition, no orders were placed . No flu, strep or Covid even though my little one had all the symptoms. He also did not check inside my sons mouth or nose only the ears ( and he did have an ear infection ) . He listened to his heart and lugs and all ok there. I think the symptoms warranted at least a rapid flu or Covid test .

Me and husband were tested positive for Covid 19. Im glad we decided to visit this urgent care, we were really taken care of. Staff were accommodating, friendly and the service was fast. Special thanks to their NP, Ms. TALIN, for really taking good care of us. Shes magnificent, very professional. She is knowledgeable and helped us know and understand what do we need to do with this kind of situation. I recommend to look for her if you will visit this urgent care.

Fast and easy process. They did not charge me anything for COVID test and no appointment needed. The people are friendly too. I recommend them 100%

I almost didn’t come in this time because of the doctor I had last visit in June. I get strep throat a lot and I had a sore throat with early strep symptoms. The doctor right outside my door said loudly,”why does everyone who comes in with a sore throat think they have strep”. Nice compassionate doc, not!!! Wait til you see the patient to judge. This time in October couldn’t have been more different. I had a fantastic nurse practitioner who was compassionate, competent, thorough, respectful, and very knowledgeable.

Always a great experience. You are in and out quickly and all the staff is extremely knowledgeable. The facility is very clean also. I drive 30 minutes to get here instead of going to Urgent cares closer to my house.

I brought my 3 year old here for pink eye and the front desk was so kind along with the nurse and the Nurse Practitioner Talin. Thank you to all of you for helping me and my baby. I was treated with such kindness in a timely manner.

This place did an amazing job with my 7 year old and her testing Im very impressed. They made sure they did everything in her terms and kept asking if she was okay did this or that hurt. The nurses blew me away with how caring they was with her and made sure I understood and explain everything that was going on. Im like wow this place is awesome. No regrets coming here...Everything is super easy and they have very quick appointment and everything is online for you too fill out. I would most definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I dont usually go to urgent care, whenever I am sick. I go to my PCP to be checked. But when I visited this place, staff were friendly, accommodating and fast. A huge thank you to Talin, NP. She did an amazing job. She answered all my questions, explained my medication, give me health teachings. She is awesome. Truly an asset to this hospital

I fell and thought Id broke my ankle. My son called them and they took me in right away. Everyone from the front desk to the xray technician and the Dr who checked me over were very kind. The Dr impressed me by showing real interest in helping me and took his time explaining things to me. I would definitely go there again. Just hoping I wont need to.

This is the best urgent care in town. It’s worth the extra drive for us. The doctors, nurses, and staff are professional and very kind to the little patients. I love that usually there is very little wait. Appointments can easily be made online.

Amazing and convenient to be able to schedule an appointment on a Sunday, and be seen right away at appointment time! Saw room being totally sanitized by staff, all of whom, from the front desk, to PA to MD were kind, caring and professional. I was listened to and given great care. Highly recommend this gem in The Woodlands/Conroe!

Second time at this urgent care and this time the service was great compared to last time. Had a female Doctor, who listened and addressed all of my wife’s concerns. She was down to earth and made my wife feel comfortable. Wish she was my family doctor.

I usually am not a huge fan of urgent cares but was out of options but surprisingly had an amazing experience here! I made an appointment online and got one very quickly. When I arrived I did not have to wait long at all despite it being busy. All the staff was extremely friendly as well and the doctor did an amazing job explaining everything. Would definitely recommend this place!

First off you are treated with the upmost respect soon as you walk in. And they get you back really fast. And the Nurse Practitioner Talin Cusato, who I saw today, Is on point. She is very respectful and listens to everything you say. She would be the person I would like to have as a full time Dr. I know if I need to go somewhere again when I don’t feel good. Doctors Urgent Care is where I’m going. Well done.

Went to this clinic to get a fast COVID test. Scheduling was easy and the staff were very helpful in securing a time. The clinic was very clean and everyone was very professional. I was very impressed for my first time here. Insurance was not an issue at all and paperwork was minimal. I would go again!

The entire staff that I came into contact with from the entrance to the exam rooms were so very kind, thorough and well mannered. I appreciate how quickly I was seen and the care given in my appointment. I would reccomend anyone to give them a try. Thank you to the staff for amazing service!

ABSOLUTELY LOVE this place. We have been here twice, first time we were in and out in one hour. The second was today. My 17 yr old daughter tested positive for covid yesterday and got worse by today, took her here, they evaluated her and got her some medication prescribed. We were in and out in ONE HOUR! All of the staff were so awesome and friendly.

This was my first time to the clinic. They were very professional. Busy…but took the time to visit with me at a relaxed pace. I had the impression it would be a “fast in fast out” operation. I was pleased with the time spent with me.I will go back and would recommend them to my friends.

Went in to have my 12 year old daughter checked due to cold like symptoms. The staff there was friendly and very efficient even though they were swamped with patients. Ended up testing my husband and I as well. Both my husband and daughter were COVID positive, and I was negative. Thanks to their awesome medical staff, the whole process was less than an hour for all 3 of us. Highly recommend this facility.

I went to Doctors Urgent Care for a rash. It was my first time there and right away the lady at the desk was able to help out with all my questions. She was very friendly and helpful along with the rest of the staff. Dr. Wells was very helpful in diagnosing the rash and filling a prescription to tend to my rash what is now known as poison ivy. Goodness not fun at all to have such an itch fest lol. But hopefully it will go away soon now with these prescriptions. Thanks Ladies and Gents! Ill be sure to visit yall for any of my medical needs.

I went to this office for a Covid test. The test was negative, but the doctor prescribed me antibiotics and a Z pack for my symptoms. They did a throat culture and sent it off to the lab. A few days later, I had a missed call and a voicemail saying that they had my results from the throat culture. After calling back several days in a row, multiple times each day, I could not get ahold of anyone. I eventually gave up calling due to being finished with my medication. Days later, I realized that the antibiotics gave me a common side effect that often happens to women who take them. I called and someone finally answered, and I explained the side effect I was experiencing, asking if I could speak with the doctor. She was very rude, and told me to get an over the counter prescription instead (that doesn’t even treat the side effect I mentioned). I explained to her that I wanted to speak to the doctor, in which she responded that I needed to make a new appointment if that’s the case. She then added that I received a message by the office staff that I was supposed to discontinue the antibiotics due to the results of the lab test. This was even more frustrating, because the voicemail I received did not state this information. And, again, I was unable to reach the office for several days after the voicemail was left. The girl said she would give a message to the doctor, but that I can expect the doctor to say the same thing she’s saying. I am super upset by the situation. The girl’s rude attitude and lack of care when I was experiencing a side effect from a medication this urgent care prescribed was definitely sub par and unwarranted.

Even though there little stick nearly poked my brain out, I would say best experience for being afraid of doctors! They made me feel so comfortable and they where patients during the difficult times! All the staff here definitely deserves a thank you

DO NOT GO HERE. I would give zero stars if Google allowed. I took my 4 month old to this facility because he had a fever. The nurse who served us clearly had a cold. When we were in the room with her, she removed her mask, blew her nose, and then put her mask back on. She did not wash her hands. She then proceeded to touch my 4 month old sons feet and hands WITH NO GLOVES. Once I noticed she had no gloves on, I asked her to put on gloves, it was at that time I noticed there were no gloves in the exam room. She had to go into the hallway to get a new pair of gloves. I will NEVER return to this facility. Ive used several other urgent care facilities in the area without incident, please go anywhere else.

There people are doing amazing work. Under very difficult circumstances. The service here is excellent, front desk is amazing and efficient.

First time here and the everyone from the receptionist, nurse, and doctor was extremely nice and caring. The appointment seemed very personable with their attention to detail with me. I really thought it was going to be another “yup you’re sick, here’s some Amoxicillin and nasal spray.” It wasn’t like that and I am happy I went in.

The staff and doctors here are all very genuine and extremely knowledgable. They take time to get to know and fully diagnose their patients and importantly still get you in and out quickly. I highly reccomend Doctors Urgent Care as a top notch emergency clinic and are now my go to clinic for minor emergencys.

I have only used them for covid testing but they are very professional and courteous. The manager was very helpful in getting a billing issue, with my insurance company, cleared up . Most places would have just left it at, you need to contact your insurance company and handle it yourself. Anyway nice staff and friendly. I woukd recommend them to anyone.

I came to this office a few months ago with a cough, sore throat, and other flu like symptoms. I saw nurse practitioner Talin. I was coming in for a rapid Covid test, which was negative. Talin seemed sure that it was strep and tested me for it, which was also negative. At that point she gave up and insisted that it was strep throat and prescribed a full course of antibiotics. Fast forward to now and I actually have strep throat. From that and from my research, I now know that the number one sign that you do not have strep throat is if there is a cough present. So the fact that she insisted that I had strep throat means that she doesn’t understand the symptoms of strep throat. Why she is being allowed to evaluate patients on her own if she can’t even diagnose something as simple and common as strep throat is beyond me but it shouldn’t be happening. She clearly needs supervision. I am very upset because I took a full round of antibiotics which creates resistance in your body for when you actually need them in the future. The infection was most likely viral. It was in the middle of flu season and she didn’t even test me for the flu. Don’t come here, they pass out antibiotics like candy.

I was in town for a wedding. Couldn’t get in to see my family doctor . Talin C. ,nurse practitioner here is a godsend. Hardly no wait time. I got the antibiotics I need and the negative Covid test I was hoping for. Could not be happier with this place. And they took my insurance!!!

Daughter had sore throat and need to see if it was Covid. No wait time, fast test. Thankfully, NO Covid! She had strep throat. Talin, NP on staff was thorough and did not rush like most other clinics. Looked her over, complete with ears, nose and throat check. Did strep test. Positive. Antibiotic and on our way. Good experience from front desk to nurse to Healthcare professional, Talin. She listens and lets you know what to expect. Great with kids. Puts them at ease and makes sure they are involved in process. Big Thumbs UP.

Went here tonight for a rapid covid test and got my results back within about 10-15 minutes after being swabbed. They were the only place I could find that had testing available and I didn’t need to make an appt. I walked in at 7:15pm and left about 5-10 mins after 8pm. Great job to this team. The staff and doctor here were the best I have experienced at an urgent care facility. Knowledgeable and professional care given, I left feeling as if my problem was going to be resolved. Though I am new to the area, I would recommend this office and will return if ever needed again.

First, when I was escorted to a patient room I noticed that no one had names tags. I didnt know if the people talking to me were doctors, RNs, LVNs, or just random people in scrubs, but I looked past this because I wanted answers for my problem. Secondly, they gave me antibiotics (that I was instructed to take in front of them from, which I did) and did not tell me that there might be some uncomfortable sign effects(Ive never taken antibiotics before either ). I was driving home to my grandmothers house when I started getting really hot and my stomach was turning. I thought I was gonna pass out while driving and I was on the freeway and felt too stressed to try to pull over. I started to throw up what I believe to be phlegm and was panting while blowing the A/C on myself to cool down. I kept telling myself that I just need to hurry up and get to my grandmas house. When I arrived at my grandmothers house I apologized to her for not being attentive but I could not sit or stand without feeling discomfort. It wasnt until I told her that the urgent office gave me antibiotics that she asked me if I ate or not. I havent eaten since lunch that day (it was 8/9 pm)but I didnt know I would be taking antibiotics when I walked into the office and after taking them I did know I had to eat something as soon as I left the office. Jumping forward a week or so later I had to return to the office, and when I did I expressed to the receptionist that I had an uncomfortable reaction(I give details of the car ride) to the medicine I received in the office. She started to respond with what I interpreted as a compassionate oh no, the pharmacy is supposed to tell you those things but was interrupted by the doctor I just saw in the patient room. I explained what happened and that I wasnt informed that the medicine could possibly do that to me because Ive never taken antibiotics and I was met with a cold and dismissive Yeah, that happens. Honestly, I would have let it go if the receptionist was the only one I spoke to that day because she gave me great customer service and at least sounded concerned when I informed her about what happened. Instead of feeling heard, I felt dismissed.Im also not even elaborating on how uncomfortable the first visit was for me. The guy I spoke was a physician assistant. I found out was a physician assistant because I asked. I didnt care if he was a physician assistant, NP, or a doctor, just I wanted to know the name and certification of the person I was talking to out of comfort. I dont think that it is unreasonable, right?The whole time I was talking to the Physician Assistant he didnt really make eye contact with me or soon after making eye contact he would divert his eyes very open and widely to the ground or window for the majority of the conversation. We were talking about something quite sensitive and I felt really judged. So, the last experience in the office with the receptionist and the doctor confirmed to me that they didnt really care about me as a person and thats ok. I will not be returning for any other medical concerns I may have but they probably wouldnt care anyway.

My son and I just left after our most recent COVID test. As they like to say in the airline business, We know you have many choices to accommodate your air travel, and we thank you for choosing ________ Airlines. Well, for my family, this is the only choice for our medical needs. Its somewhat out of the way when you consider there are no less than a dozen choices in either direction from our house before you get to The Doctors. But, the staff is professional, courteous, communicative, youre not overwhelmed with volumes of paperwork to complete (there is some, but far less than you find everywhere else), and theyre still real people at the end of the day. Im certain they see hundreds of patients a day, but even after an 80-minute backlog tonight, we still were seen within 15-minutes of arriving. We were handled attentively, and embarrassingly enough, weve been in multiple times and were recognized! Not worries, it made the visit even more comfortable as previous visit details were discussed without the need for hand notes or printouts from which they could read.In short, if you want an old-time feel like when your grandparents could tell you about doctors who made house calls, this is about as close to that level of personalized care youll find in East Montgomery County, and Id go so far as to say the state. If its possible to have a favorite place to be not well in, this is it for me. You really feel genuinely concerned for when youre there, and they thank you for coming by on the way out. Its the Cracker Barrel of urgent care facilities!

Every time me and my Family come to this clinic we always have good service and I love the staff, the place is clean. Dr Reddy very nice Doctor and he listen when i told him my symptom and treated me and also, he even called if the medication works. Nice Doctor and i would recommend them 100%.rona ingalls

This is the second time I have been to this facility.. they are all AMAZING! The front desk is extremely professional while still being friendly, quick and compassionate. The nurses, dr’s and medical staff are also friendly, informative and very caring. Needed a few stitches this morning.. was able to easily book online quickly..Arrived, got checked in, got my stitches, along with a great bit of aftercare information and was on my way in such a timely manner.I hope not to cut myself again😂, however I know exactly the place to go. Great experience once I got in. The person that scheduled me over the phone seemed a little off put that I wouldnt go online and schedule myself. I didnt feel like bothering with it because I felt terrible and just needed an appointment.

Edit: we came here a few more times after our first visit and had a positive experience each time.We were able to be seen after 45 minutes in the waiting room. It feels like a long wait time to me, maybe they are understaffed.

Not impressed with professionalism at all on my visit today.1. Someone entered my room and started asking me questions. I asked are you a nurse, a doctor, what’s your role? She huffed and said I’m the MA. Would have been nice to know up front who I’m discussing personal information with.2. The doctor suggested i establish a relationship with an infectious disease doc since i have HIV.Only one issue with this, i don’t have HIV. Like many LGBT men i take Prep to prevent having HIV.3. He gave me antibiotics for strep. Which was why i was there to begin with. So 2 stars for doing the basics.

I use the VA for healthcare and I learned that Doctors urgent care is a facility covered by the VA. I was able to walk in and get an appointment extremely quick and the staff was great. I will definitely make this my first go-to place should I have the need in the future. Thanks again!

Ive had to get need of COVID test twice. I went there for the first time in July of 2020 after quarantining with my wife who had a mild case of COVID at that time. Was able to get a rapid result test (negative!). Totally covered by insurance. Convenient hours and location. Yesterday, I had an appointment for a drive-by testing at a local CVS, only to be told upon arrival that they had run out of testing supplies. I needed to be tested quickly, so I remembered my previous experience at Doctors Urgent Care. I went in without an appointment. Waited about a 1/2 or so. But at least the chairs were reasonably comfortable in the waiting room. Testing was quick and results ready within 15-30 minutes. Was happy to test negative again. Plus they still had my insurance information on file so there was no mound of paperwork. If you need rapid result COVID testing, this is definitely the place to go. Wish I had chosen this yesterday in the first place instead of wasting energy with CVS.

They were very courteous and attentive to me, as well as quick. No long waiting periods and minimal paperwork. I highly recommend them. The support staff and nurse were great. Dr. Bryan Thompson could not have been more disrespectful and rude. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU GET MIGRAINES!! You will be told to take ibuprofen or Tylenol! I explained I have been treated by neurologists for migraines including botox. I do not have a current one as they have been almost non existent after my 3rd kid. I haven’t needed to go to a doc in years! Recently have been having more, just wanted a refill on my old meds as I am leaving for a trip in a couple of days (neuro was booked). He laughed at what 2 neurologists have prescribed for me for my migraines (and it works!!). He laughed at me and 2 specialists! Will not be back. Thanks for reminding me how much bed side manner matters and listening to patients!!

First time going today. Takes my BC/BS medical insurance. Had an X-Ray performed. I did schedule the appt. online. When I went in, I was seen ASAP. I probably wasn’t there maybe 20 min. Office staff & the Doctor were all great! I really appreciate the quick service!

Took my son here and saw Dr. Thompson on short notice. Everything was great from the front staff to the back staff. I originally called my pcp and they were booked up and we happen to do a google search and came across Doctors Urgent Care. We will likely return in the future and highly recommend them for all your health care needs.

If you have the option to go elsewhere, definitely do so. I would give this facility 0 stars if I could. The disrespect and lack of care for patients starts at the front desk and doesn’t stop there. Really Really Disappointed in this urgent care facility. I visited yesterday after a call with my primary who suggested I went to urgent care because I would possibly need a ultrasound and X-ray. I called this facility specifically asking if they had the technology to do an ultrasound and X-ray before I came in because I didn’t want to spend money going there to be referred somewhere else. I was told on the phone they did. After waiting 30 minutes to get an exam, the MA came in, asked a couple of questions and then the nurse practitioner came in. She came in for a total of probably two minutes, told me what she thought it was and she was referring me out for an ultrasound. She didn’t even give me the time of day to ask about it or even do an examination on me, She stood across the room and spoke to me. Talin Cusato is disrespectful, money hungry and truly does not care about her patients. I complained to the “office manager” *shiela* and requested a refund since I specifically asked if they had the technology for my exam. She said they couldn’t do a refund because I was there for *medical advice* and I had received it. I asked her to reach out to the medical director who then had the audacity to say the same thing apparently but had shiela call me about it. Definitely do not go here. If you’re willing to drive, America’s ER and Urgent care on 2978 has a great bedside manner. Moral of the story, this is a terrible facility and it’s sad considering how much this side of town is growing. I don’t see them open much longer.

Fast service. Very professional and answers all the questions you may have. Only thing that disappointed was the size of the parking lot. Lol

Lindsey is a very caring and funny nurse! The ladies at the front desk are also wonderful! They were efficient, professional and caring. I was in and out in less than an hour after making an appointment online ahead of time.

Everyone was very nice, personable, and professional. Dr. Reddy was thorough. He asked questions I hadnt even thought about which gave a clearer and concise diagnosis. He was caring and really made a difference.This is a great Urgent Care.

The staff at Doctors Urgent Care were the most pleasant and efficient individuals Ive ever been privileged to been treated by with any of the minor emergency clinics Ive ever been to.
