I’ve been with dr Scarbroughs clinic for many years and hopefully will continue as I trust them completely.

Awesome Dr. and staff! I needed a New Dr. after my move and was fortunate enough to find Dr. Scarbourough. What a wonderful, caring man he is. I can’t say enough about Dr Scarbourough. I checked in with front desk with no issues, the staff, nurses were all very friendly and very welcoming to me. I knew when I met this Dr, I had made a very good choice He is very caring and that’s what I needed! Can’t say enough about Dr. Scarbourough and his staff!

Dr. Scarborough is a good doctor. There was some confusion about the appointment time I was given causing me to have to wait for over an hour to be seen. It is also quite inconvenient that he doesnt do televisits.

Love Dr. Scarborough but went for a well women visit and got charged for an office visit because I had two refills that day. The only discussion that day was “Do you need refills?”and I said yes and I was charged a $45 copay. When I saw the doctor 6 months prior, I was asked the same question and I said no so that didn’t get documented and they wouldn’t refill by phone request. That’s just poor practice. I will make sure in the future I will schedule for BP, reflux and whatever I really need to see the doctor for.

If I could give no stars I would. Three long time patients who will not return because of the front desk. I believe if Dr Scarborough & staff were aware of how rude & inconsiderate these people are he would correct it. If you ever have a scheduling issue expect no help & an absolute don’t care attitude towards your situation. The NPs are exceptional but should look for other opportunities because of the unprofessional manner patients are treated.

I have been seeing them for years. They told me at the beginning of the year that they can’t take my insurance anymore so I had to take myself off of my insurance and pay $100 each visit. Went in today, gave them my $100 for absolutely nothing! Less than 5 mins of their time! They could care less about you and are money hungry. I’ve never been treated so terribly. Not to mention I overheard them speaking about me. Highly DO NOT recommend them.

My wife scheduled an appointment here to see Dr Scarborough. When asked why, she told them she needed a family doctor. Before her appointment date could arrive, she needed a much sooner appointment for a physical so she could be cleared for hand surgery in 10 days.On her arrival, she was refused service. She was told she was prescribed multiple prescriptions for class c narcotics and that there is an opiod crisis going on. If she needed further information that she needs to contact Walgreens.My wife had a meltdown. Shes been in pain with carpal tunnel for 6 years. She also had our son just 1 month ago. Which she was given pain meds. Obviously.Shes seeing a hand doctor for her carpal tunnel and has been prescribed pain meds prior to her surgery to get by as we have a child to care for.I asked them why they couldnt verify she was legitimately prescribed the medication as opposed to turning her down like shes a pill dealer.They said I never said she is a pill dealer. Well, condescending lady, by not giving her the benefit of the doubt or even attempting to verify shes not a pill shopper with other doctors, you are doing just that.When you run for the hills with a patient who is suffering from carpal tunnel, gave birth a month ago, and is just trying to get a physical, you throw patient care under the bus to avoid the opioid crisis.I dont care about your platitudes and this office doesnt care about the patient.

Waiting over an hour now for prescription refill appointment. I’m in a room that looks like a converted closet. This is ridiculous and happens more frequently than not. Your practice has grown. Get more PA’s, get a bigger office and be considerate of other people’s time. I own my own business and will have to work into the night now. I wonder if any of these people will work late ? Not happy at all.

Just tried to make appointment and front desk women is short and kinda rude . This place is a no for me NOT RECOMMENDED, if you don’t have a time slot on day of at least try and offer something else.

Saw me quickly and great personal attention. Love being a patient there.

I love this team!! They are great , but I wish the ladies who answer the phone was a bit more pleasant, this is the 3rd time Ive called and the receptionist was just rude.

Always kind an attentive. However, callback on test results is lacking.
