Amazing facility, Amazing Staff from the receptionist to the dental assistants. And of course the Dentist is by far the BEST! That is why we take the drive to this dentist office.My daughter was once afraid to go to the dentist. But everyone made her feel special! And now she’s not afraid.We LOVE IT HERE!If you ate searching for a Dentist! Give them a try! I guarantee you will have a great experience.No long waiting, and all 3 of my kids were cleaned together in an area where they could look outside. And not in an uncomfortable smug dark room.We love the vibrant and fun colors in all the rooms and of course the huge movie screen!10/10 highly recommend!

They have changed my childs appointment time at least minute 3 times.... Wait time is long and require a mask. I dont wear a mask anywhere...my right as a United States of America citizen. So will find a new dentist....

We just moved to the area and haven’t had a chance to find a new dentist for my children. Well my daughter had chipped off one of her front teeth and I had to call to make an appt. I call this place first since it was minutes from us. They told me they could squeeze us in at 4pm. We go and after an X-ray and a quick visit with the Dr they say they can’t do it today and they can probably squeeze us in the next morning to fix it. I go to see the receptionist and she tells me first available is July 29th and it was June 30th. I proceed to say I can’t have my daughter in pain like this that long and basically was told that was the best they could do. Unacceptable. Definitely not going back. Obviously they have too many patients and can’t find any time to assist an emergency situation. Beyond furious.

The Conroe office is very unprofessional and the director Melina is even worse. It took nearly 2 months of me constantly calling their office for them to contact my sons insurance to get preauthorizations. They dropped the ball several times. Then when I call to find out how much insurance is going to pay and how much out of pocket I would be, nobody answered all morning, which was a day they were open. I called the directors on call cell number and got excuses that they were short staffed and someone would be in soon. They completely changed the prices they originally quoted me for liquid sedation to almost a hundred dollars more, and then I ask the director to email me a copy of the estimate. She says sure thing, but I never got it. The next day I called and spoke to a girl named Michelle, she said yes Ill email it to you now. 2 hours later, I never got it so I called again and she said oh Im sorry Ill send that right now. so a few minutes after I got off the phone with Michelle, and Melina the director called and said they will not be seeing my son. Apparently my frustration for them not following through with anything they tell me they are going to do was no reason to be upset. Not to mention last year, when they put silver caps on my sons teeth, he was in severe pain for a few days, and I finally brought him back in, and they said it wasnt fitted right on his tooth So they had to put another one on. I thought ok, no big deal mistakes happen. Well I should have never went back. I wouldnt even give this place a 1 star. The lobby is disgusting where you are to sit and wait for your appt (which is kinda like bleachers). I do not recommend this place to anyone I know or care about.

I was referred here by another office because I was looking for a pediatric dentistry in Conroe for my daughter. She didn’t do well at her last appointment and I needed someone to help her like the dentist. She did great. This place is very good with kids. My daughter went back by herself and got her teeth cleaned/checkup with 0 issues. Even had two cavities done. Super quick and in and out.

This place is extremely unprofessional. We were referred here by our primary dentist for my daughter so she can get sedation for extractions. We called them and they gave us a 3:00pm appointment on a Friday. They suggested this time. We said okay, and moved things around to be able to make it. This was a week in advance. Less than 2 hours before the appointment they called us seeing if we could come in earlier; we couldnt. This place closes at 5pm, and our appointment that they recommended was for 3pm. It was obvious that we were the last appointment for the day and they were trying to push ours up so they could leave early for the weekend.A lot of unprofessional, greedy, and unempathetic places do this. Ive delt with this before, and after speaking with them, knew exactly why they wanted to push our appointment up. They were going to let us keep our original appointment, but I already know that they were going to rush my daughters procedure due to how unprofessional they are. I wouldnt let this place brush my daughters teeth, let alone do sedation and an extraction.I decided to look up reviews, and of course other people have had terrible experiences here with being rushed, and their children being basically tortured. Canceled the appointment, and I would recommend no one come here if you actually care about your childrens well being. My family and I will also no longer be going to my primary dentist for recommending this awful establishment disguised as a dentist office. Some one else said they had a sign on their door saying that if you leave a review you get a gift. Which is not surprising, unprofessional places have this kind of practice. Its the kind of technique scummy amazon sellers use to get positive reviews they wouldnt get otherwise. Get you and your family a better gift and go to an actual dentist.

Beautiful facility staff is great with children I only gave it four stars because you aren’t able to see your children after they’ve been sedated before the procedure begins!!! Just a mom who loves her kids!!

My daughter has been going to them for awhile now. They took care of us before we got there,while we were here, and afterwards. Couldnt ask for a better Dentist, my daughter loves coming here as well, thats saying a lot because she hates going to the dentist. I wanted to thank all of the staff for going the extra mile for us.

Unfortunately my children needed a lot of work done but I could not afford the conscience sedation. The dentist refused to proceed unless I paid for the conscience sedation and offered no other means to address the issue, such as stretching out the services over several visits or offering nitrous in place.

They cancelled my kids appointment twice due to the dentist being on maternity leave. I cannot understand why a professional healthcare facility lacks a plan to deal with this in advance. They literally had 9 months. Maybe get coverage from a colleague??? They have multiple locations throughout Houston.

READ PLEASE. First of all, I think the only reason this dentist office has so many good reviews is because they have a sign in their office saying “Write a review, receive a gift”.... That should just tell you something already. But here is my long review. Read it if you want. I wish I could honestly rate this with 0 stars. 1st time I called to make an appointment for my 2 kids the receptionist or who ever answered the phone was super rude. After the call, I decided not to go here. After a couple of months trying to find a dentist office that accepts Medicaid Community Health Choice, I decided to just call back and make an appointment because I couldn’t find anyone else in the area (Conroe-Woodlands area). 2nd time I called and scheduled the appointments the receptionist sounded a little bit nicer (yay, right?) Well, we finally go to our appointment and I felt RUSHED. Mind you I have a 1 year old and a 3 year old. Both called back at the same time which is fine, but they took my 3 year old to get x-rays by herself. I didn’t like that. I don’t like for my child to not be in my view. I couldn’t see her. I was with my 1 year old doing his cleaning while they took her to a different area where I couldn’t see her. I didn’t like that at all. Also, because of COVID only 1 parent was allowed. Dad couldn’t come. I get it, oh well. Then, they tell me my 3 year old has a cavity. So, they say they are going to have to put her to sleep. The reason I felt rushed was because they were trying to work on both kids at the same time. So, we schedule that appointment a few weeks later. Today, we had her cavity taken care of, and it was horrible. They gave her some medicine in a cup to drink, and it was suppose to make her go to sleep, but it didn’t. I heard her screaming and crying the whole time she was back there. Horrible and very traumatic. Also, when I asked what symptoms will she have when she’s done the front desk didn’t know anything. Very unknowledgeable.

The entire front desk staff here are incredibly rude. You cannot operate a business treating your patients as if they are below you. Absolutely awful experience!

Best dentist all 3 of my children have came to! Staff was amazing! Dr. Was very informative and exceptional. The inside was fit for kids with a big theater screen and a ball pit! Love love love and recommend to anyone!

We were referred to this dentistry from our dentist for sedation never again they have horrible staff and the director malina does not provide help just belittles you after being provided information that shows they lied and tried to cover it up. If your looking for kind courteous and professional staff this is not a pediatic dentistry for you.

This was me and my sons first time visiting this office and we already love it! The office itself is super kid friendly which immediately made my son feel much more calm about the experience. In the waiting room they have a fun little ball pit, a movie projector, and vending machine that dispenses toys for the kiddos. They staff are all super nice and helpful! We look forward to coming back!

Every time I have been to this office it has been a disaster! The 1st time the receptionist had a very bad attitude and argued with me about COVID rules and restrictions when she wasn’t even wearing a mask! The 2nd time I was told to be there at 8:30am when my child appt wasn’t till 9:30 and they still didn’t call us back till 9:30! They were supposed to do one of my son’s treatment while we wait on my other son sedation to kick in and at the last minute decide that they would inconvenience another 30 min and do it after! I just wish they would communicate better with parents and when they have a plan they stick to it! Will not return!

This office has no follow through . For them to be dealing with children they lack the care and compassion needed to make the child and the parent feel comfortable. My child needed dental work done and they constantly put my child on hold and pushed her to the side because my child is very afraid of any kind of procedure. Because we did not agree to let them give her anesthesia in office that we would have to pay out of pocket for and instead opted for her to have her procedure done in a hospital where treatment was covered my child never received treatment. Every time you call the office either no one knows anything or they push you off to someone else ! Very poor communication skills and very poor patient care . I would expect a lot more from people who are caring for children . Wouldn’t recommend this dentist office to a dog ! If you love your kids , don’t bring them here !

We will never go back!Today was the 2nd time visiting this pediatric dentist and it will be the last. Dr. Luu was smug and recommended unnecessary procedures. Then she pulled my son’s file and there were pictures of another child which had totally different needs. (We were only there for a small filling.) After the dental exam and x-rays she confirmed he only needed fillings. When it was time to go over the the procedures/ price breakdown there were still additional items. Dr Luu refused to do his fillings without sedation and nitrous. Although for a minor filling procedure nitrous would have been sufficient and saved $250 on anesthesia. Then I was told that they could split the balance into 3 payments. I agreed so that we could be done and my son could receive treatment. Then I was told to apply for some type of medical credit that they offer. By this time I’m frustrated my son has already fasted so that he could receive treatment today. He missed school and wasn’t even treated.Not to mention there was a child being treated while we were going over our plan. He was in a room screaming and crying. His grandma stood in the waiting room crying, until she eventually went outside so that she wouldn’t be able to hear. (she was panicking because he had anesthesia and was told he wouldn’t feel anything)Finally, we just left and will happily go to another dentist for treatment. The office looks new with bright inviting colors but the atmosphere was the opposite.1 out of 10 I would not recommend !!!!

Very accommodating and efficient! I was able to schedule all 5 of my kids at the same time. I was in and out of there within a hour. They were kind, knowledgeable and the place was clean. The location is also very convenient.

They charged me the wrong copay and when I called to discuss it with them they told me they had not yet gotten to my daughters file and they would call me back when they had the chance. I called them back at 4:30 my daughters appointment was at 1:30 and when I called them they said they would call me the next day to discuss it further. I told them that they can discuss it with me today because I was very unsatisfied with their service. Then they told me they charged over my copay for charges they did not discuss with me. I do not trust a place that do not discuss all charges with me before performing a service added to the fact that they had poor customer service I will not be returning !

First time here and staff was amazing very will be coming back.

I wanted a quote for my 8yr old, they were about 200 extra than other place, even that did’t included the drink for sedation that helps after the surgery, that’s not cover with insurance.(I did regretted no getting it, she was in tears) Any ways, I decided to have the procedure there since they were willing to do it that day, and I wanted to get it over with, they did a great job. Wish they will not overprice that much.

Location is great, dental staff is fantastic, I had a few issues with scheduling and communication but overall I would recommend.

Terrible experience. Dentist there has lacking bedside manner. I wont go into every detail but my son was traumatized and two of the horrible statements made to us were: And I quote...We know whats best for your child more than the parents doIts time to stop breastfeeding her because the milk will rot her teeth (my daughter is one).I hope no one else has to go through what we did.

I should have known better than going here, given I had to leave 3 voicemails (during regular business hours) to get a call back. I wanted to give this place a try because they are close to the house and looked like a “fun” place. The day of our appointment we waited 45 minutes before finally walking out. There were chemicals and bags full of trash within grabbing distance the kids. They’ve been open for over a month and there are still metal shavings from the construction , loose tile in the middle of the floor (where I assume they plan on putting more chairs). There was only one other customer there when we arrived and still we waited 45 minutes after our appointment time, with the staff not even addressing that we were there. All the while the dentist is sitting in the receptionist area playing on Facebook! Absolutely horrible, don’t waste your time or money!

I would give this office a million starts if i could. I have a 7 year old boy and a 5 month old boy. When i entered the office today i was greeted immediately and given the paper work to fill out. My first impression of all the bright colors, huge projection screen tv, and ball pit was mind blowing! Especially how clean everything was, it was spotless! I was like a kid in a candy store! I wanted to play lol! My 7 year old had his first appointment at this new location. The Dentist Dr Linh Luu was extraordinary like no other we have been too before and we have been to a several, she was so friendly and very informative, my son immediately was comfortable with her! (He liked that he got really cool sunglasses to wear while his teeth were being cleaned). I do not know where to begin with her staff Ms. Melina the Practice Manager was exceptional she made the billing, paperwork, and checkout a breeze. And last but definitely not least Ms. Simmons, the RDA was amazing she helped my son feel comfortable during his x-rays and while getting his teeth cleaned. I am blessed to have found these wonder ladies and this office may i just say that my expectations were beyond exceeded. I definitely recommend giving this office a try if you want somewhere that will treat your babies like their own.
