Super awesome experience here! I know its never a good thing when you have to get a tooth extracted but this place accommodated my situation to the best of their ability.

I had 4 wisdom teeth removed on 10/14/2020The surgery went beautifully even with my bottom wisdom teeth growing in completely sideways! the staff are so sweet and actually listen to your concerns. I would recommend Dr. Dwyer and the staff to anyone!!

My primary dentist referred me to Dr. Dwyer for a complicated wisdom tooth extraction. The entire staff, from the front office to the financial office to the nurses to the assistants to Dr. Dwyer were absolutely amazing. I have never encountered a more polite or professional medical staff anywhere. Dr. Dwyer explained everything I could expect in detail. The surgical assistants took great care of me and made sure I understood every aspect of the procedure and my recovery instructions. Oral surgery is not something I hope to ever have to experience again, but, if I do, I will definitely return to Dr. Dwyer and Northwest Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

I absolutely LOVE this place! I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Liska. I had virtually no pain after the procedure. The BEST part about this place is the staff is AWESOME! They are very pleasant and have great attitudes. They make me want to find reasons to come back! I definitely recommend them to any one who needs any of the services they offer!

I had Dr. Dwyer for my wisdom teeth removal, his staff and himself were very informative about how the entire procedure would go. I was not nervous at all the day of surgery! Everyone in the office always have a smile on their faces and look forward to treating you with the best of their ability. After the surgery I had virtually no pain and feel great! Much appreciated Dr. Dwyer!!

My extraction was done on Monday, 10/7/19. Dr. Dwyer and his dental staff were wonderful. They couldnt have been more personable or affable on any level to be honest. The extraction itself was quick, Dr. Dwyer himself was as caring and attentive as his staff, I was impressed, and would genuinely suggest him to anyone in need of oral/dental care.On a side note: My initial irritation with the front office staff was handled quickly by their practice manager, who reached out to me within 24 hours, never asked me to retract or update my review, listened to me intently, and was genuinely open and receptive to my thoughts and feelings.Word of mouth matters when it comes to dentistry more than any other discipline in the medical field because were all inherently terrified of dental work to the point of avoidance. So as a patient I will say this: Northwest Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery gets my seal of approval all the way around.Thank you Dr. Dwyer and attending staff for making my wisdom tooth removal a painless (and even pleasant) experience.

Having a tooth pulled is never fun but Dr. Dwyer and his staff were all amazing and made the experience much better. Cannot say enough good things about them!

They are EXTREMELY friendly, bubbly, and make you feel like family! I was a bit nervous, but they take away all the negativity and literally lift you up. Dr Stephen Dwyer, isnt an ordinary non caring surgeon. He is CONFIDENT which made me feel so much better. My experience with him and the amazing staff was INCREDIBLE!!! He even called to check on me after the surgery, which meant alot to me. I couldnt ask for anything more... If I could rate above 5 stars I would give them an extra 5 more!!!

I cant say enough good things about my entire experience. The facility, the support staff and especially Dr. Liska are all outstanding. My visits were all pain free and each time everyone and everything were top notch. I highly recommend this Center.

We had just changed insurance prior to my daughter getting her wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Repa was on our list of in-network providers so we made an appt. Both he and his nurse were extremely competent. Their bedside manner was wonderful. And my daughters recovery was absolutely without incident. If that were not enough, Dr. Repa called her 3 days later to check on her. Dr. Repa will be our first choice of oral surgeons as long as we live in Houston. Our experience here was exceptional.

The surgeon was great! My wisdom teeth healed wonderfully. However the office staff was very rude, hateful and hard to deal with. Seems like all they care about is money. They want all the money up front. They wont work with you on payments. I will not be returning here, nor will I be recommending this place to anyone I know!!!

I got all four of my wisdom teeth taken out here and I was terrified because it was my first surgery ever. Dr. Dwyer and his staff were so kind about my nervousness and made me feel absolutely comfortable. The process was easy and as painless as it could be!

I cant express how thankful I am to Northwest Oral, I was down in Conroe for a week of business meetings, and had just recently gotten my wisdom teeth pulled out. Long story short, I had an awful infection and was in so much pain. I called Northwest Oral and even though it was a hectic surgery day they slipped me in, and gave me the help I so desperately needed. Dr. Liska was amazing, along with his nurse, they took good care of me. It is because of Northwest Oral that I was able to finish my meetings and had relief from the pain. I am so thankful to them. There is truly no practice like Northwest Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery!

Every single person that works at this location is absolutely amazing! I have been to this office for two different times in the last year, each time arriving in a pain that can not be described in words. Each time I arrived I immediately felt so special and very well taken care of from the moment I walked in the door, to the time I left! The staff and the doctors are the most genuine and gentle souls I have ever met. Dr. Dwyers assistant is the most precious woman I have ever met and she immediately made me feel so calm and very safe! She is absolutely incredible and a true asset to this wonderful team! Both Dr. Dwyer and Dr. Liske set the bar to a whole different level and are so professional, kind, and gentle which is so very important when you are in such extreme pain and are truly terrified about going to have any procedure done in their care! The receptionist, the young ladies that assist you with your payments, and work diligently to help you with a payment plan, are second to none! Every single person that works in this office are true professionals that are so compassionate and extremely talented at what they do everyday! I will never go to anyone else!!

First let me start by telling you that I sent out a request to my friends on FaceBook to recommend a great oral surgeon. All of the responses that came back were all doctors in the Northwest group. I selected Dr. Dwyer as highly recommended by several friends. We took my son in for a consultation so that he would know exactly what to expect. They were very detailed about just what would take place before, during and after the procedure. Dr. Dwyer and his staff took their time with us and answered all of our questions. I appreciate that Dr. Dwyer has a relaxed but professional personality. This and the rapport that Dr. Dwyer quickly established with my son helped ease my sons mind. They also sent us home with a brochure to further remind us of what would happen.We showed up the day of the procedure (removal of 4 wisdom teeth) and were taken back to the room. It was comfortable for my son as it was the same room in which we had had the consultation. The nurse prepped my son and put him at ease. I was able to stay with him until they put him under anesthesia. The procedure we were told would take about an hour and I was back talking to my son in an hours time. He did not feel anything and woke up feeling good and ready to go home. He was eating the same day. This was more than I thought would occur.My son had only slight swelling on one side and no pain past the day of the procedure. We followed all of the guidelines provided to the letter and it worked. My son was back to playing his band instrument within a week.I am very impressed with our experience and highly recommend Dr. Dwyer and his staff to everyone! I have already passed his name out to friends. When it comes time for my other child to need his wisdom teeth out or any other oral surgical needs in the family, we will be calling Dr. Dwyer!
