My dad was transferred here today.. and i can say im not very happy with the way he is already being treated... i go visit today bc he is there for rehab and he tells me no one had been in to check on him since he arrived at all... he is a fall risk they have nothing in place for this either... and when I was there he had to go to the bathroom so i pushed his call light and it took them over 30 minutes to even come amd by that time he had done went on himself and they still didnt show up for 25 min after that... and when the nurse finally came she was very rude...

We placed my mother in law around a year ago and was very skeptical in the beginning as we had my grandmother in the facility many, many years ago and at that time it was not the best. However with my mother in law dealing with Dementia our choices were limited as timing for her placement was crucial. We weren’t able to tour the facility because of Covid but was very excited to know that they were getting ready to open a whole newly remodeled memory care unit. We have waited for that to open and as of next week that will be happening and we are so excited as it is absolutely a beautiful unit! Along with that being said my mother in law has done exceptionally well! The facilitator has helped give her exactly the care that she has needed and made her transition far better than we could have ever expected!! We love the facility and the team that is in charge currently and would highly recommend it! Years ago there is no way, but times have changed and so has Majestic Care! Thank you to the wonderful and dedicated staff we appreciate you all!

My father has been a resident here twice and has rehabed to home successfully both times. Could not be happier with the care he recieved. They did such a great job with my Dad that my father in law came for rehab as well.

HORRIBLE Facility. My grandmother was here for 5 months. Went in for rehab on her legs and her health declined rapidly. Visited often and called everyday to check on her. The nurses were never on the same page, her charts were never up to date, they didnt clean her regularly, they didnt help feed her when she couldnt herself. I witnessed one of them mock her, while I was there! My grandmother passed away here and I truly believe they are the sole reason! I will forever regret her being there.

The staff are awesome but there arent enough of them.

RUN AWAY!RUN FAST!
