The staff is very helpful during a stressful time in a persons life. My mom has stayed at Heritage a few times for rehab after a hospital stay and she always comes out in better shape than when she went in.I dont like to call and pester people while they try to go about their job, but every time I call with a question, I get an answer in a timely manner. The past year and a half has been hard on people in this industry and they deserve a little praise now and then.

I think this place is fantastic. The facility is very well kept and smells very clean. All of the staff i met was very friendly and caring. The food was actually pretty nice as well as the dining area. I would definitely recommend this place!

Blessed to work at Heritage House. It is true you become family. Through the pandemic we have all put our heads together, put different hats on and thought outside the box many times. I am so proud of the many obstacles we have been faced with but we kept pushing through for the residents and to provide them with the best quality of life they deserve.

My father was in for rehab. I loved the place. Was clean. The people working were very nice. Helped my father. If I have to put him in a nursing home I would pick Herritage house to keep my father.

My mother has been at Heritage House in Connersville for approximately 18 months. She, and we, love the facility and staff. I admit being concerned about mom transitioning into a facility but those concerns were quickly erased. We are so pleased with the care she receives and how well she’s treated. The staff are excellent.

I was very impressed with this facility. Its super clean and all of the staff was very kind and understanding. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a home for your loved one.

Heritage house is a wonderful facility. Their cottage is beautiful. Its a wonderful place to work I greatly enjoy being the activity director and doing activities with the residents. Its an absolutely beautiful facility.

Heritage House is an amazing nursing home. It is clean. The staff truly tries to go above and beyond for their residents. They are always trying to be proactive and prevent future illnesses, and issues. I have had several loved ones in this facility over the years and have always been extremely happy with the care that they have received. Quality of life and treating the residents with dignity and respect has always been a feature that I have always admired about this facility.

My grandpa was a rehab to home patient at Heritage House in Connersville. The OT staff was amazing. If any issues came up the staff was on top of it to resolve said issue. Caring aides. The best part about Heritage was when you walked through the doors for the first time it smelled clean.

The staff have been here for a while, that is something you do not see much anymore. Staff are willing to help you and talk with you. You become part of a family with the residents and even the families.

A nice facility!

Heritage House is the nicest nursing home in Connersville. The staff truly cares about their patients and the therapy department is second to none.

The people are friendly and the place is clean!

The employees are super nice to the people who are in here. Its also an really cool place.

Rude staff, understaffed and only concern for them is the way they look. Start over first with your management then your other staff! And maybe then you’ll have a 5 start facility!
