If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in just needing a quick check of my daughters wrist for tendinitis. Waited 1 hour before the doctor even came into the room. He went to write her a prescription and did not return for another 45 minutes. I will NEVER use this service again!! I always used the Express Care for Cleveland Clinic and was in and out in 20 minutes. It would have been faster for me to drive to the Express Care in Ashtabula and get home at a reasonable hour. The only reason we got out in 1 hour and 45 minutes was because we kept trying to leave and they would not let us go until she was discharged. How could she have been admitted to the hospital for just an office visit to Urgent Care? If I wanted to wait 2 hours then we would have went to the emergency room. Obviously someone is trying to bill our insurance for more time. Absolute disregard to peoples time and money.

I went in to Urgent Care for ear issues I was having.Evidently the doctor covers not only the Urgent Care patients, but also the emergency patients. So there was a wait time involved, but I was only there for about 90 minutes. Compared to the bigger hospitals in Erie, Youngstown, or Cleveland, Im not at all complaining about that for a Saturday.When my turn did roll around, they took very good care of my problem and the entire staff from the doctor, to the nurse, to the receptionist, were very friendly and personable to me.I dont know why this place is rated so lowly. People just need to understand that Conneaut is a small town and this facility is both an urgent care and an emergency hospital. So, everything withstanding, I rate them five stars. Hopefully I dont need them again anytime soon, but if I do, Ill go back.

In and out in less than an hour, including x-rays. Staff was very pleasant and explained everything they were going to do. Doctor was knowledgeable and gave advice with a caring attitude. Would recommend Conneaut Urgent Care!

Went in for a lingering cold. Was seen right away. The doctor was very thorough. Got a diagnosis and prescriptions and was on my way to the drug store in 40 minutes.

After spending almost FOUR hours there with my husband yesterday, I would advise anyone in need of urgent care to go to ACMCs Express Care in the Conneaut Plaza. Their staff assures me that x-ray results are returned in thirty minutes or less.

My husband was having severe back pain. We were there for 2 1/2 hours and nobody came in to check on him or anything. I went out to find a nurse at the desk. One of the women at the front desk was giving another one a back rub and the other was sitting there eating. I understand that people do get breaks. I get that, but you dont just let someone lay there for hours in pain. The one that was eating said that she would go and find the nurse and 20 minutes later still no nurse. He left withoit treatment and went to the hospital in Ashtrabula were he was seen right away and he was treated much better. We will never go there ever again. Do not recommend!!

Come here if you want to be treated like a drug addict. If you get the older female doctor who has a fake face just leave. She is by far the rudest and most condescending doctor I have ever had.

Came in for my sick 6 year old girl. Only one doctor on duity. The doctor hasto cover the urgent Care and the ER. The room was dirty. I had to change the paper on the exam table before I could lay her down. I think I have been here for about an hour. Still waiting for the doctor.

Called to get information rude as hell people!
