I cant say enough about Keene Medical. I was really up a creek for service on a stair lift installed by a company that is since out of business. Once I got to Keene Medical rep, Chuck, he couldnt have been nicer. Stopped by, diagnosed issue and it was working once again. Dealing with a local company with excellent service makes life so much easier! We all know at some point well need these services but I now know I have an excellent company to turn to.

Keene Medical handles our CPAP machine and supplies. Their training session for equipment use was very informative and they handle coordinating how often supplies can be reordered based on Medicare restrictions. So easy to let them handle all that for us! Would highly recommend them!

Michelle at the Keene Medical Concord Store is an excellent customer service person. She listened to what my wife told her happened at another Keene Medical Store and looked into what she was charged for and what she actually received. Michelle agreed my wifes order was not handled correctly and she is currently following through to see that my wife will receive what she ordered. I see that Michelle has got other great reviews - add this one to positive reviews, as she deserves it. Thank you Michelle!

Read the reviews. This company does uncommon practices such as billing you before your insurance. Also experienced losing your records or changes, and some (not all) rude staff in the last year. (Always confirm with your insurance when seeing the bills!) If you have other options with better feed back, it may be best to go there unless you want to spend quite a bit of personal time untangling the messes.

I have been using Keene Medical for compression supplies for the past two years. There have been some issues with billing and ordering, which is why I can’t give them a five star review. However, Michelle is terrific at what she does and has been an enormous help to me. I am grateful to have her as part of my care team! I give her five stars for her knowledge, advice, and customer service. I don’t know what I’d do without her assistance!

I have medical issues that bring me to Keene Medical in Concord fairly regularly. Michelle Griffin is my go to lady. She understands my medical needs completely. She is very good at her job. I rely on her and she never fails me. Mary is also another one of my favorites there. Shes always smiling, very attentive and knowledgeable. Actually, Ive never had a bad experience at Keene Medical in Concord. The employees are all very helpful and kind. Their products are top notch and if I ever have a problem, they stay on top of it and make it right!

Every year my Drs office does not fill the paperwork for my shoes out correctly. Since Mary has been their to help me with the process it takes less time for me to get my shoes. She gets on the phone with my Drs office and gets them to complete the paperwork correctly. I am very happy that you have someone like Mary that will get involved and move the process along.

This is the worst company to work with. I had a sleep study done in April which determined I needed a CPAP. I unfortunately elected to use Keene Medical Supply for my order. I reached out at the beginning of May as I heard nothing from KMS. I was told I need a face to face with my Dr and the sleep study was not enough. Fine. May 14th I had my appointment and heard nothing from KMS. I called again and was told they would call me back. Nothing. I called again and I talked to Jessica that said they were so sorry that they missed the update from my doctor and would work on it now. July 16th I get an email confirmation that it oder was processing and confirmed and someone would reach out. Nothing. I called today 8/9 and was told my order was discarded. WHAT? I was then told that was incorrect and that there was a recall and I wouldnt be getting a CPAP. NO ONE EVER CALLED ME TO TELL ME . This company is a joke and does not have customer service or medical needs in mind. Please please please choose somewhere else. And the reason you cant find my name is because the last name is Gilbert.

Beware of this company. They recently fitted me for a CPAP mask. I paid over $200 for the mask due to it not being covered by insurance. I wore it for 3 nights and experienced headaches each night due to it not fitting properly. I called to rectify the situation and was asked if they could call me back. I agreed and never received a call. I contacted them again to get things taken care of and was told they wont take it back because it was taken out of the box. I didnt go there and tell them I need this size mask. They fitted me for it. Shameless! The fact that I have to click on 1 star to post this is ridiculous! Zero stars!

Since I left this review the owner responded here that the branch manager would try to reach out to me, he hasnt tried. I spoke to Michelle, their fitter, who took time with me and offered suggestions and explained what I needed and how my own desire to get something the same day that I was there resulted in a less satisfactory fit. Michelle was very informed about products and shared her knowledge and experience with me.. She didnt just try, she went the extra mile for me. The branch manager should thank her.Original post.I amvery dissatisfied with my experience at Keene medical products. I paid over $50 for compression stockings that were a measured prescription. After about 2 hours they started rolling down and cutting off the circulation in my legs. Although when I was there they told me I could call with any issues when I did call back and report this I was told that the socks are non returnable. I didnt think they would want the socks back but I was sold with a subpar pair with no recourse. Local businesses are my first choice but this time for them is my last.

Zero help when it comes to customer service and billing. They gave me incorrect information and told me I had to pay for 12 months. My insurance was correct and said only 10. I could hear the girl on the other end laughing while I was asking questions. That is incredibly unprofessional. They need to get it together over there on many levels.

If I could give zero stars , I would. I had these clowns as my cpap supply vendor for 2 years. Every and I mean every exchange I had with them was always questions about the billing. They are the shadiest company I have dealt with in my 55 years alive. They should be investigated. I switched to Home Care Specialists a couple years ago and have had zero issues. Stay away from Keene !!

If I could give negative stars I would. These people are an absolute nightmare to deal with. Getting someone on the phone that knows what they are doing is a nightmare. Getting CPAP orders right is a nightmare. Getting someone to return your calls in a timely fashion will not happen. I’ve called corporate and they admit there are issues but never fix them. If you have another resource for your supplies I implore you to seek them out. You will have the Groundhog Day of nightmares with this company.In follow up I just got a call about my review before this edit. The gentleman was clueless on how to address my concerns and confirmed how clueless these people truly are. It was through responding to my review that I found out they had botched another order, an order I placed with an operations manager that assured me that my order was placed. They are going to research it only delaying my order that much longer. We are not people being served. We are just numbers to them. The end of my conversation with the review follow up was an okey-doke.

They are very bad, they are very irresponsible in sending my babys milk, you call to place the orders they tell you that it is ready and they do not do anything, you always have to call several times, I have run out of milk for my baby because of the bad service tha they provide

If I could give you a minus number I would. I called and left a message that I needed to place an order and no response so 2 days later called again. Joe told me that he couldnt take my order as I moved out of NE and the compensation was lower in the state that I moved to from my insurance company. I have ordered before from NC and have approval from BCBS to order from Keene. I now need to find a new company and get them approved which takes time.If you want to be greedy vs being an advocate for your clients so be it but to wait until a person needs more supplies and then cut them off is unconscionable.They only are looking out for their profit margin not for you

It took 3 weeks to purchase a Cpap machine. They dont return calls promptly and I felt they are less than straightforward in providing information. I had to use someone for the insurance to cover part of the equipment cost, and these types of companies seem to all be about the same. Poor at making you feel like a valued customer. Update Aug 29, 2020: After 6 months I started receiving additional bills out of the blue. Not sure why as we paid the upfront amount and are paying a small monthly charge for 10 months. I called 4 times to find out what they were for and it took a month to finally speak to someone who could tell me something. The explanation did not completely make sense, and I was told instead of owing money on 2 invoices, we had a negative balance on the account. We had also been getting weekly calls about missed payments. Its so frustrating dealing with people who complicate the insurance process further, and cant seem to answer questions straightforwardly. My advice is to buy your equipment online, pay a fix price and move on. No wonder these small businesses are struggling. Many of them dont know how to treat customers. As a previous owner of a small business, Im appalled at the lack of customer service.

I would like to extend a 5 star review to Tyler Waters, a respiratory therapist at the concord office.I had been feeling very frustrated with the service I had been receiving at that office. My physician had faxed over new orders for change in settings for my cpap machine mid June, and even after repeated calls to the office by me, this remote change was not made until August when Tyler came on board to this office. My physician also made a change in the mask, and that also required follow up calls by me. They finally sent me the mask in the mail, but no one followed through to find out how it was working.I have been working with Tyler for better then a week now. He has been amazing. I hope he will be at the concord office as long as I need their services.Thank you so much Tyler for all your help and follow up. You are truly an asset to this office.

THIS STORE DESERVES NO STARS. IT IS NOT ORGANIZED AND THEY DO NOT KNOW THE THE FULL SERVICE OF WHAT THEY SELL. EXAMPLE NEW HEAD GEAR. YOUR NOT ENTITLED TOLL DEC. YOUR LAST ORDER WAS APRIL THAT IS 6 MO. NO THAT IS 8 MONTHS DO THE MATH. I RECEIVED A HOSE THAT I DISCOVERED A HOLE IN IT. All these negative reviews I find surprising. I went their once to get fitted for my machine. It was perfect service, professional and very friendly. I needed replacement parts after three months. They contacted me, I confirmed the order. I received it at my house shortly thereafter. Part of my equipment ripped one day. I called and they had the new part ready for me to pick up in 15 minutes. Maybe the other stores are horrible, but I have dealt with Concord three times and all three times it was a perfect transaction.

I needed a new cpap machine, so I called Keene medical products. They said they would help. After more than a week, I still hadnt heard from them. So I called. I was told that I needed a prior authorization from my insurance company and that they were waiting. I called my insurance provider, and found out that not only did they not require any prior authorization, but that Keene medical had not even contacted them. Even tho I was lied to by the person at Keene, I still needed a cpap machine. I had an appt today to speak with a therapist, and the first form I was required to fill out was a blanket credit card form. Yeah, like I was gonna give a lying, incompetent organization my credit card info just in case they wanted to charge me for something. Didnt happen... Now looking for a reputable cpap supply company.

I was paying a monthly service fee $18 for my cpap “management”, several months into my plan I noticed a charge on my HSA card for $500, when I called they stated that they were unable to submit the claims to the insurance company correctly, instead they charged my card without authorization, I have called them several times to have them refund my money and file the claim with the insurance company and still no response. It’s cheaper to buy your supplies online at cpap dot com.without my authorization

It has been nothing but a hassle in dealing with KMP. Missed or screwed up orders has been the norm for me. I have had to call twice asking were my order is only to be told there was never one put in, all my order info with someone somehow got...lost. These things should be routine refills every three months, I should not be starting over from square one every time.In short it seems like an extremely disorganized and poorly run company.

What a nightmare! I was given two incorrect products after a month of fighting the portsmouth office, treated rudely...this was for a simple product my insurence covers. I explained my needs and, the product I was using paying out of pocket from a dif supplier. My doctors script was very specific about my needs in the product yet, I was sent a letter stating I could pay with a credit card despite breaking medicaide/medicare rules by trying to force me to pay for a coverable product. Told they dont provide products they do, refused the product I had to google in the company of the product they carry. I had to call my doctor daily who faxed them daily new and more detailed info only for me to get a letter in the mail refusing service asking for my credit card number! They ignored the doctors script to save money providing a cheaper unusable product to save the company money. hours of hard work from so many professionals (doctors, her staff, insurance company, myself googling) rude, staff from this place misunderstands their own product line. Glad to move on, only had to deal with for two weeks...am so tired, they didnt need renewed scripts, kept demanding them. Am so relieved this is done and I can move on. A big sigh of relief!

I am awaiting my hose after talks with a local Keene representative and clerical staff. It does seem like a long, drawn out experience to await o.k. from my doctor and then for her to send hose requests to Keene Medical, then talk to a Keene rep again . Then to await the arrival of the hose. It seems like this process could be shortened considerably as it is not customer oriented for us customers. The people Ive dealt with are friendly but not the process.
