Ive used this location when they were Hometown Oxygen. Ive never had an issue. I recently had to reach out again for supplies. Donley was so kind and patient with me. I called him more than I wanted to and he treated me like it was my first time calling him. I never felt like I was getting on his nerves. There was another gentleman there that helped me with my oxygen tanks that was very helpful as well. Thank you both for everything.

Beware. They do not file claims or bill in a timely manner. Then there is no one ever available on the phone for customer service nor do they return phone calls. We received a bill more than a year after the time of service and then we were sent to collection. We take our credit seriously and pay our bills. We will never do business with a company with such poor customer service again.

Carolinas Hometown Respiratory saved our vacation!We came to Concord to visit family and I decided it was a good time to put a new nose cushion and headgear on my CPAP machine. I was in a rush, so I just put the new pieces in the bag. Last night, being dog-tired from driving all day, I went to put the CPAP together so I could sleep. Thats when I found out that my usual CPAP supply company sent me THE WRONG NOSE CUSHION AND HEADGEAR!!!I spent the night in a recliner and did not sleep well. :-(This morning, I googled local CPAP supply vendors and found Carolinas Hometown Respiratory. When I went to the store, Karen helped me sort out what I needed and got me squared away! She was very helpful and friendly and I got the impression that she really cared about me as a person, not just a customer (especially since she knew that this was a one-time visit)!Thank you, Karen and Carolinas Hometown Respiratory! I can sleep comfortably tonight!!! :-)

I visited this company a few weeks ago to get my CPAP, they were phenomenal. Explained the process every step of the way. The assistant that did my set up was amazing. Very helpful. Even though I received the same CPAP I had before, just a newer one, I still learned more things about the CPAP that I never knew it did. The new mask of choice is sooo comfortable. Everyone I spoke to and dealt with was so very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Crooks. I set up a payment plan then they also billed my insurance as well. They will not answer the phone no matter what time or day you call. Go somewhere else.

They depend on you not doing any homework and buying whatever they suggest. I was told they contacted by insurance company. They did not. I was told I had a $3000. deductible. I do not. I was told my insurance would only pay for a lease package. What? Who leases a CPAP machine? They use high pressure sales tactics and called virtually every day until I called them out on their little scheme. Do your homework. Contact your insurance company before making any decision. In my case, Im free to purchase the machine from anywhere and it may be the case for you as well. Dont be pressured into paying waaay too much from this company.

I got my first c-pap from Hometown in 2007. It finally wore out. I got a new machine, the Resmed Airsense 10, a couple of weeks ago. It cuts off when I go to the restroom and then automatically cuts back on when I put the mask back on. My sleeping has been greatly enhanced by this machine. Jay Krestar helped me set it up and I am deeply appreciative of Hometown’s expertise and great service. Hometown gets my highest recommendation.Sincerely,Doug Agnew

Carolinas Hometown Respiratory business is a mess! I was referred to them for my CPAP setup. They overbilled me for it by almost $600 by having me pay with a credit card and then seeking reimbursement for the same $600 from my insurance company. Now they have been paid twice and cant make a refund to me or the insurance. Customer service is a joke - you get routed to somewhere overseas, Im guessing The Philippines based on accents.I would recommend staying away from this business at all cost. There are much more reputable businesses that offer these services.

Unfortunately this shop seems disorganized and very dated. Ive tried reordering cpap supplies multiple times, and still havent received the items even though I continue to be charged.They use extremely dated systems and you can only re-order supplies by phone. If you miss a call from them, dont ever expect them to try again and call you back.
