I have had a few body work/healing sessions with Roxy at Embracing Wellness. Roxy had a very intuitive and soothing touch. She was able to release tension in my hips and feet so I had better mobility.

Roxy has been helping me through integrative massage therapy and at this point she knows my body even better than I know it. I was getting massage for stress and to release knots that build up after many workouts. Im not sure how Roxy knows where to look but she has an intuitive way to find and ease tension, and she herself is filled with warmth and joy. Im so happy I found a massage therapist who isnt just doing generic back to front, top to bottom work, but really providing individualized care, tailoring her therapy for what each person needs. Got a 90min CBD massage from Roxy. She is very meticulous in her massage process. She moves from one problem area to the next, detecting knots and issues and meticulously working them out. Found and relaxed areas I did not know were tight. Very relaxing and pleasant time. Definitely not just your average massage but much more.

Roxy is an excellent massage therapist. When I first started seeing her, it was to help release tension in the shoulders that built up due to work stress. She was always able to release the muscles and after a few visits they were less and less tight to start with. Later Roxy helped me during pregnancy. She was able to greatly reduce tension in my hips and lower back. She is also a very caring person and helped me deal with some pregnancy hormonal emotions. After a visit with Roxy, I feel physically and emotionally relaxed. I highly recommend her!

I’m 36 weeks pregnant and my back has been killing me. I got a prenatal massage with Roxy and it was amazing. She was able to pinpoint the areas in my back that were causing the problem and worked hard to release the tension in those areas. I felt much better after my massage!
