Environment is very welcoming from the moment you walk in. I was greeted by happy faces. Kay walked me through the insurance process. Which made it so much easier for me than trying to figure it out on my own. They are a dynamic team and I was happy that when I got realigned by Dr. McNulty, Ebony is able to then follow through with the next step of my personal plan and keep me where I needed to be. I always leave feeling relax and refreshed. Its definitely worth going.

CARES!!!! Not only are the staff nice people they care about making you better. I went in with lower back pain and pain in my legs. After xrays and a few weeks of therapy we were not making progress. Rather than finishing out my 10 week plan status quo the doctor ordered an MRI which revealed prior fractures that had calcified. He wasn’t going to be able to fix this and got me a surgical consult. I had surgery and now come in for maintenance. His caring enough to take a deeper look put me on a path to health and it was extremely fortunate because of how much worse my back was quickly getting. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

AMAZING! What a super nice practice, and the staff members were really friendly and helpful! I have nothing but great things to say and had an overall awesome experience!! I am an avid runner and developed some CRAZY knots in my right shoulder (the blade and top portion) that didnt cause any pain but major tension and discomfort. I had tried 2 deep tissue massages that did nothing.I have always wanted to try Acupuncture and was assured that fixing knots was their forte and thought Id give it a try. I purchased 3 Acupuncture Sessions and used them within 2 weeks. I was completely blown-away with the results! The needle pain is at most, a mild discomfort, if any! After the first session, the tension was noticeably different-50-60% better!! After todays session, the knots have released and my the tension has subsided about 80-90% in my shoulder/neck region- I CANT BELIEVE IT! Check em out, you wont be disappointed! I recommend them 100%! The entire staff has gone above and beyond to answer my many questions and have exceeded my expectations. Ebony, the physical therapist is amazing and has been very thorough with her recommendations of how to improve my pain and stiffness. Dr. Mcnulty is very effective, professional, and is a genuinely nice guy. Kay is very sweet, as well. The progress correcting my spine and hips has been truly amazing and I just regret not coming sooner!

A big shout out to Ebony (physical therapist) this week! She was able to release a very deep muscular back-shoulder pain that has been there for 15 years! She is brilliant in her field and definitely knows the moves for what what your body needs. Also Dr McNaulty, the decompression machine and acupuncture is helping me so much in my healing. I have to mention Kay also for her always welcoming smile, customer service, and organizational skills! They approach the body as a whole which opens the body healing.

I am so happy that I chose to see Dr. Chris. The treatment I am under going for my spondlyosis has helped tremendously! I thought surgery would be the only option but I was wrong. Health Source in Concord, NC is an Amazing facility I suffered from Headaches for years, after I was in an accident they increased then after a couple visits with Health Source they are all together GONE!!! I was hesitant about going to a chiropractor knowing that I have 4 herniated discs in my back but I was experiencing increased pain and really felt like I was out of alignment. I am so glad that I did decide to see Dr. McNulty! He did a thorough evaluation of me and made a plan of care for me that not only addresses the pain I am having now but also healing/repairing/strengthening my back as much as possible. I was really glad to be getting care that wasnt about taking a pill, but was about making me stronger and better. Everyone at HealthSource is so warm and friendly it is such an encouraging place to go -- they really want to help you! Im only partially through my plan of treatment but I can already tell a difference in how I feel and how much better my posture is!

Have been EXREMELY pleased with the results from Dr Chris. I have had chronic back pain for a long time that was exacerbated by an auto accident. Dr Chris did an X-ray and diagnosed the problem, provided a solution and my back has felt 95% better. I now have an issue with my arm and shoulder and whatever trick he is using on those spots has really made an improvement so far. Kay and Ebony, the staff, are awesome! I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of chiropractic help!

I’ve been going to Dr.Chris for awhile but he doesn’t help me anymore the other health source in PA did my ovaries and dr chris always just says I’ll look into it but does nothing for my pain there he’s a gentle chiropractor that’s the problem half the time he doesn’t get things back where they need to be unfortunately time to look for a new chiropractor 👨🏼‍⚕️

I was nauseous after my first adjustment (because I was so nervous), and they were great to let me lie down, get me water and even do acupuncture to help the nausea. Highly recommend this place! I still see him and I dont get migraines anymore!

They also provide their patients with information on many topics related to health so they can make any necessary adjustments to their diet, water consumption, dietary supplement use, exercise habits, etc. so each patient can have the best quality of life possible. I have suffered from severe debilitating migraine headaches since I was 7 years old. Migraine symptoms that I suffered from were nausea and vomiting, one side of my body went numb from head to toe (much like a stroke patient), my head throbbed so bad for days (I wanted to cut it off), and the auras interfered with my vision (I could forget driving anytime I had one). Migraine headaches would keep me down for a minimum of 2-5 days at a time and as frequent as once or twice a month. After receiving accupuncture and adjustments from Dr. McNulty, I literally cant tell the difference between a migraine and a regular headache. I no longer spend 2-5 days suffering from migraines each month. I will forever be grateful for Dr. McNulty and his amazing staff.

I was absolutely terrified of going to a chiropractor and being adjusted. Awesome group of people. I have needed them twice and got great service both times.

Before I started going to HealthSouce, I was suffering from headaches daily and had been for several years. I had seen an ear, nose and throat, specialist, an allergist, 2 neurologist, and a couple of general practitioners. I had changed my diet, had MRIs and X-rays done, and pretty much took Naproxen daily. There seem to be nothing that anyone could find as to why my head hurt so much-- so much of the time. Enter Dr. McNulty. What can I say? After the first session with him working on my neck, my head felt like someone had popped a balloon in it. The pressure behind my eyes and my ears was relieved. At first, I thoughtwell, that was different and I could not wait to go back. Sure enough, the second session was even better. Now after several weeks, the headaches are almost non- existent and I have honestly not felt this good in years. Who knew? My neck was so messed up that it was causing my head to feel like, at times, that it was going to explode. My neck is not in constant pain anymore and neither are my shoulders. He accepts both Medicare and Medicaid and when that runs out, I will find a way to keep him because there is no way I can go back to where I was, considering how good I feel now. Sweet relief. Ive been to two chiropractors and to see my primary care doctor with no luck of helping my severe back pain. The few short weeks I have been going to Healthsource have changed my life! I have been seeing Dr.McNulty for 3 years, he has helped me get rid of headaches, allergies, digestive issues, and many other symptoms. I had a colonoscopy when i was 19 and nothing was found with that, however when i started getting adjusted all my pain and symptoms went away. if it werent for me getting adjusted regularly i would probably be living with the same pain. The office staff is awesome here, great energy and they really care about their patients!!!
