Called my primary care to see if they could call in a prescription for a steroid for my poison ivy -now it’s 3:40 in the afternoon on Sunday 1 hour away from an urgent care Or Hospital. I waited 3 hours for Dr. Ransmeier to call me back only to tell me that I should get evaluated. Evaluated for poison ivy?. What a DB. Never once sympathize or had a conversation with me except to tell me he can’t help me. Why be on call ? Why be a Dr. with Covid lurking behind every corner and after explaining my husband is sick and is getting a biopsy on Tuesday and not wanting to expose me or chance bringing home germs and the fact that it’s Sunday and even if I drove the hour one way the pharmacy would be closed - he was terrible. Thank god he’s not my Dr and I feelBad for people paying for his services. Terrible.

Dr. Ransmeier listened to my concerns, asked good questions and worked with me to determine the best course of treatment. I like a physician that counsels on what they recommend but ultimately knows that its the patients decision in the end. Good amount of time spent on this appointment, scheduled same day, no bums rush.

Was talked down to, doesnt understand that they can make suggestions but not requirements. Got angry and upset that I did not want to follow their requirement.Does not appear to be capable of tending to patient needs. Every single issue was farmed out to someone else because he didnt deal with that particular problem. Not sure what he did deal with since he didnt actually do anything himself.
