Ive been going to the location and seeing Dr. Watson story the last 5 months or so, and shes absolutely amazing. Such a great listener and she genuinely wants to help you with the things that matter toyou. Most importantly, Ive never felt like im just a number or a box to be checked off for the day. She always treats me like a person. I wouldnt want to be seen by anyone else for my primary care needs.

Dr Voung has been my Dr for many years. She listens well and gives great advice about any health issues. I feel I can trust herwith my health. I would give her 6 stars if I could

Dr. Jacquie Watson is a very competent, caring and thorough physician. As a new patient she took the time needed to understand my concerns and thoroughly explain my treatment options. She was very engaging, thorough and pleasant. I feel very comfortable recommending her as a physician.

The staff is so professional. Minimal wait time. Dr. Linda is thorough, listens carefully, takes her time with you, and is compassionate. Quick response from the staff when you reach out via the app. I trust these folks with my care.

Needed quick appt after visit to hospital for possible ovarian torsion (never heard of this). Scheduled with understanding I would get the ultrasound that hospital did not do. Took lunch hour to pay my $45 copay, find out no ultrasound tech worked on Mondays, and never was examined. Literally, they took my vitals and that is all. However, I was provided a wide list of possibilities that may be causing my pain. They scheduled another actual ultrasound at another location next week where I can make another copay. Still in pain and advised to take Motrin if it gets too painful.

We met Linda almost 4 years ago, she stated seeing me and my husband,. She now has our children as well, She is truly the best provider Ive ever had in a very long time. She always listens to me, she stays on top of my health and she never ever forget anything (even though sometimes I wish she would). I wouldnt trade her for anything and her icing is Rachael, I so adore her, She is so kind and i love the relationship we have build together. This is a great office and you will not be disappointed

I like going novant because the doctor and nurses now how to help you and listen to what wrong with you and send you to right doctor. And novant knows how to take care of you. And novant knows what they are talking about.

I went there for my first appointment and the doctor was late and rescheduled me for two weeks later...ok things happen that is fine. I went to urgent care on Saturday and had a COVID-19 test and it was NEGATIVE yet they wouldnt let me in bc I had a cough. Not to mention it took them 2 times to answer when I pulled up. Novant urgent care couldnt help, their ER didnt even have an open seat and now PCP refuses to see me. Ill never use Novant again.

Dr. Vuong Is one of if not the Greatest doctor in the world. If youre lucky enough to be one of her patients then you already know this, if youre thinking about joining her then all I can say; its well worth the wait.For all the crybaby people that are leaving bad reviews all because their doctor is EXTREMELY BUSY first of all theyre not your personal doctor waiting to serve only you... she cant kick other patients out of the office just to accommodate your xxx. So, stop giving her a bad review just because you dont get your way...

Ive been seeing Dr. Vuong for many years, and I used to really like her. As shes gotten more and more popular over the years its gotten harder and harder to get an appointment with her, and wait times are really bad, even early in the morning. Worse, she doesnt seem to listen as well as she used to, talking over me at times. She used to be very cost-conscious when prescribing medications and treatments, but lately shes been really pushy with expensive medications and unnecessary testing. I might have to find a new doctor soon.

Standing here for 5 minutes in a lobby full of sick people with a 3 week old baby while receptionist goes through every possible day for the next 2 months while scheduling an appointment.It’s funny how in a retail setting you take care of the people in front of you, you don’t ignore them for phone calls.Take care of the people standing in front of you, we’re already here giving your business a chance. We can leave, never come back and write reviews to alarm other people of the poor service they will receive should they choose to come here. The guy on the phone may never even step into the building.Poor business management. If you don’t have enough people to take 1 phone call while checking 1 person in then hire more. The healthcare system is broken and you’re making plenty of profits, stop being so greedy.Choose somewhere that ISNT NOVANT - if you can find one.Edit: the Dr we saw (pediatrician) is very nice but the staff is too slow to make it worth it.

Dr. Vuong is amazing doctor . She has been my PCP for 7 years she is absolutely caring and takes her time to know your medical history, its the best switch I ever made. Her staff and Linda her PA makes a wonderful team . I have recommended her to my friends and family they absolutely love her. The best doctor around!!!!!!!! We have chosen Dr. Vuong for our baby to be her pediatrician because she seemed like she truly cared. We have been seeing Dr. Vuong and Linda Hoang for many times now and are very happy. We are confident that our baby is in good hands. They both are attentive to details and take time to listen and make sure our little one is good. One downside is waiting time but it can be at any physicians office. Great job!!
