Brookdales staff is amazing all the way from the leaders Blake to the maintenance staff and receptionist Jackie and Brenda. They are always showing they genuinely care for my mother and are willing to help me with her. This began on day one when the leader actually assisted me in not only caring in the furniture but setting it up in the room. I really cant say enough about all of them.. They even pleasantly correct me when i do something wrong to protect the patients like walking into the cafeteria to see my mother.. So i know they enforce the new Covid restrictions. They even called me when they notice mom feeling down and maybe i should take her to dinner. That is great observation on their part. I would strongly recommend if you have an elder that needs assisted living location to take a strong look at Brookdale.

Be very Leary putting someone in their facility they did my husband wrong. Things are not as they seemed staff very tight lipped and very cold. If there was a way I could give no stars I would have.

Great Place For Employment... The People Really Take Good Care Of Their Residents...

Employees and staff should not be to allow post reviews, that is bias! patients families should be the only one to place reviews, when a company or facility allows employees and staff to place reviews, it shows bias, I visited many assistant living facilities within 100 miles of my hometown, its is really sad you cant voice your concerns, most of the places are over paid, most people that needs place cannot afford 2,000 plus dollars per month, talk to many staff members, the nurses complain about low wages , I can say my wife works for home health, CNAs are mistreated as some of the patients. Its cheaper to hire a nurse to take care of your love one, a large percentage these places are not great places, I can say ,the truth does not sell, believe me, the way my mom was toss out in the cold streets two years ago like garbage, this place owes her a apology, plus her money back, she cant help what happened, if your a nurse and you dont have thick skin, please find another job, assault on a disabled person is punishable by law, luckily for I was not their, someone would have went to prison, this generation of young people need to remember, they will grow old as well, karma is not so kind to bas people. Really really sad.

Pretty impressive to hear that this facility has been covid free this whole time! Not only is Blake Schooley very nice, you can tell that he really cares about his residents.
