She is GREAT at what she does. Theres very few that can help the way she does. If I were still in the area I would go to her on a regular basis

Margot is an amazing person! I went to the center for acupuncture, since I had lots of neck and shoulder tension. A couple of visits dramatically reduced my pain. She is very knowledgeable about trauma and its effect on the body, which is why I will also see her for hypnosis. I left her office with good advice about nutrition, and how I can improve my diet. Margot cares for everyone that she sees, and her passion definitely shows in her work. I am glad to have found her!

Was there about 10years ago went several times. Very white washed acupuncture session nothing compared to authentic acupuncture. Also, I still can get over how she assumed because Im Mexican my family plays soccer 😆 and recommended I play it since in mexican.I cant believe I didnt react out of the shock in the moment. I can’t thank Margot enough for helping my husband and I to conceive naturally. I appreciate her honesty and although I have not gone vegan, I cut back tremendously on my meat intake and decided to stick mostly with fish (it’s a process). 3 weeks into our sessions, I remember feeling something in my lower abdomen (ovaries )area. Unsure I thought to myself , well I guess the needles are stimulating something and didn’t think much about it.The next week my cycle (which is always regular )did not start. Imagine my surprise!! I’m 43 and with with very low AMH levels, and we were able to conceive !

I refuse to give Margot any stars after the way she had treated my wife. The only reason I am giving her one star is because I cant post this without it. My wife has had 4 stroke and Margot decided to treat her like she wasnt worth her time. If she happens to call or message me or my wife, I will truly go off on her!!!

5 stars is an UNDERSTATEMENT! Margot is a literal healer. In every sense of the word! I went to her with SEVERE trauma in the body, and a lot weighing on my mind.. From the first visit I could feel how much space she holds for her clients. She will definitley tell you how it is, so if youre not ready for that- I would suggest doing some work beforehand. But she is seriously so good. I have stored trauma in my hips especially for 20 plus years that after the third visit ( I was doing this and massage as well ) I was able to release some of it- and shocker alert, my hip shrunk in size! Just as she said it would during our initial consultation. We hold onto so much in the body. It doesnt forget- so seeing a physical release on top of the mental I already felt was just even more confirmation of the work. She is a goldmine of knowledge and information. I could talk to her for hours! From my first visit I knew she was the real deal.. She has made me realize things months of therapy couldnt, just from sitting with me and observing my energy. I could go on and on about her practice. But Ill leave with this- trust your intuition. Youre not reading this review for nothing. Give her a call- see if youre not as amazed by the end of your first session! Margot- thank you for all you do!

Margot is an absolute master of her craft. I recently relocated to the area and I could not be more grateful to have found her. I was having issues with vertigo and PTSD that she was able to address and put at ease in just 1 visit!!She’s very thorough in her work and has a wealth of holistic health info that she’s happy to share. Margit is AWESOME went today for the first time and I cant wait to go back. Learnt so much from her in the first session on how to heal and the acupuncture treatment was incredible. Ive been to about 5 different acupuncturists and shes tied for the top spot a good acupuncturist is hard to find you can tell she loves what she does and shes a living example of what she preaches!! I called Margot and left a message Friday evening. I didnt think I would hear from her until Monday. I was wrong. She called me Saturday and talked to me for quite a while. I made an appointment to go in and see her Monday. The wealth of knowledge she shares has given me answers I longed to find for years. I longed for a different way to look at issues and she delivered! I feel like Ive known her for years. My main focus is ridding myself of this nicotine addiction. I not only have faith in Margot, but a newly awakened faith in myself. The self-healing cookbook has opened my eyes to appreciate the seasons of life. I love her. She is a precious soul who cares and wants me to be healthy and happy. Shes my angel on Earth.

Margot will not hold back her opinions. Her whole practice is about using alternative solutions to solve problems. Shes not like many doctors who just tell you what you want to hear and then on to the next patient. Margot cares if her patients improve and her alternative methods are well practiced and effective. I personally had acupuncture on my right shoulder and am feeling so much better after the therapy. She also told me some root causes that may be causing my issue and some were hard to shallow, but it was all for my own good.

I was having excruciating pain in my face due to a problematic trigeminal nerve. I was beginning to think that nothing would help and someone suggested trying acupuncture. I had no idea what to expect but gave Margot a call and she got me in that day. I only went for 3 sessions and it has been almost a year and I have not had one bit of pain since! I found her wonderful, caring, understanding and highly knowledgeable....not to mention a sense of humor! Margot was awesome, she helped me with my sinus issues, migraines and foot pain. I got instant relief after receiving acupuncture. I have fought sinus issues and migraines for the last 13 years and also had sinus surgery and never had relief up until she preformed acupuncture! Feeling better already!I have a bulging disc in my neck and spent way too much for steroid/anti-inflammation shots from OrthoCarolina that did not help with numbness in my arm and hand, making it hard to work the clutch on my bike.After one session of acupuncture the discomfort and numbness are greatly reduced! I went to Margot several weeks ago because I kept getting sick and couldnt seem to get totally healthy before I started getting sick again. My migraines had also gotten very frequent.Margot was very thorough and really took her time to assess my background and diet. She offered suggestions for changes in my diet in addition to my acupuncture. I left the office feeling better than I had felt in months. I havent been sick or had a headache since. In fact, Ive had more energy than Ive had in a long time. The dietary shifts have also helped in that I feel like my body is working more efficiently, more the way it was designed to.I have suggested her to several friends and I know Ill be back to see her again.

I also did not come for a therapy session. I have been with an integrative physician for years and have had acupuncture along with other modalities. I have never experienced quite a storm like that visit. My son who went with me, actually like her; but she was so rude to me, that he got in the car and said, Shes crazy. Public Health Jr. at ECU. As a nurse of over 23 years, I would steer clear from anyone who thinks they know the answer to all of someones history in knowing them for 10 minutes. I agree with some of her points, but she goes so far over board with food and mothering that when you leave, (even though the acupuncture itself is good;) you are thinking, Did I just pay for someone to tell me to sue a bunch of doctors about a diet that I did not even have a chance to fully explain to her? Really? Youre telling a nurse (let alone anyone) to sue doctors? I think I should email MY doctor and have him sue her for slander. Thanks for being open on Saturdays, but no thanks. I have 2 sick parents and a depressed college kid on my hands. The last thing I needed was some more stress. Draw a line in the sand, sister. Or go back to California. You are waaaay off about mothering. My guess is that you are not one.

I have seen Margot several times for acupuncture and she is a wealth of knowledge, I alway have a great experience. I recently went to see her for sudden panic attacks I have been having. She performed hypnotherapy on me and it was truly a blessing, I feel that it helped greatly. I was nervous at first but she has a way of calming your fears and explaing everything. I will definitely be back.

Never tried before couldnt walk on right foot for months working and standing on cement. WOW fixed it. a month later still no issues. Highly recommend. Nice lady. And no it doesnt hurt at all.

I have been dealing with Vertigo for many years. I went through the normal channels of western medicine for relief but to no avail, so thats when I decided to try acupuncture. Margot has been the only one to provide relief for my Vertigo. What a difference this has made in my life! She also discussed in detail how food can affect my body. Eating a more plant-based diet has alleviated many other symptoms I was experiencing as well. Ive learned so much from Margot and feel I am a much healthier person because of her. Unsure about acupuncture at first but after one visit saw results for exactly what I was looking for and more! Margo is excellent and knowledgeable, she even gave me a cookbook to heal myself from what I put into my body. Results immediate, went back 3 times before we moved away and I miss her!

I went for an acupuncture session due to chemo induced neuropathy and was told that my breast cancer was caused by an unresolved childhood trauma and dairy. I was also told some other pretty outrageous claims. I dont normally write reviews but felt it necessary to warn others. During my session there were way too many questions about my childhood. I went for acupuncture not a therapy session. Since this was my only session with her I cant speak to the effectiveness of the treatment. I can tell you that I went to a more professional place and the treatment areas were completely different.

Margot has helped me tremendously with my bursitis and my ankle which is full of hardware from a bad break years ago. She is very knowledgeable not only in acupuncture, but in Chinese medicine and diet recommendations for your body to get rid of inflammation which causes pain.

Recently turning 60 years old I decided to give myself a birthday present and stop my 20 plus years of nicotene addiction. One of my coworkers has quit through acupunture but she travelled to Ohio for her treatments. Too far for me to drive. After driving past Margots Whitespire Office going to the YMCA since probably she has been open I decided it is time to step up to the plate and stop in. I went in and asked Margot what her track record was with nicotene addiction. Without hesitation Margot got right to the point. After several treatments Im comfortable enough to say Im free.
