The stuffs are very friendly and try to help as much as they can. The doctors are great.

Horrid Customer Service and incompetent clerical staff. I was assigned to Dr. Anita Bhat via my insurance. I intially scheduled an appointment online, however never received a confirmation. Weeks later, submitted another email appointment request with no response. When I then phoned, to make an appointment, the receptionist could not spell my name right after going back and forth with her 7 times. I finally asked to speak to the office manager and she refused to forward me to her. She again repeated her request for me to spell my last name and repeated it back incorrectly another 3 times! I finally just hung up and had to call my insurance to assign me a new PCP.

Everyone at Allergy and Weight Loss Center is great. Dr. Anita has been my doctor for several years and she has taken good care of me. Now I am seeing Kristi Elliott NP. Shes been wonderful. The office staff is always friendly and helpful..

Dr. Bhat is personable and didnt waste time or money with my longtime hypothyroidism condition. She also gives a cash discount to patients without insurance. Easiest and best endocrinology care Ive received from a private practice. I even lost weight the 1st year as she adjusted my medication to proper levels. I have a awesome doctor Dr.Anita Bhat, her Dad and sister are amazing too.. When I went through my anxiety moments Dr. Anita was there to let me know this too shall pass.. One thing about these doctors they don’t just put you on all kinds of medications, and guessing what you need.. All doctors in there are knowledgeable, and they have a good Weightloss program along with B12shots w/lipo which is good for energy.. The whole staff is helpful, but Daisy I’ve known for yrs has done an outstanding job getting situations handled for me with no problem.. I drive from Solano County here and will continue.. Dr Bhat is wonderful. I have been going here for multiple years and you couldnt ask for a better option. They have helped me lose weight, helped with allergies, and helped with insulin resistance all under one roof. The staff is friendly and easy to deal with. This is a family business and that shows in their care.

I recently went to this clinic, and I did lose a few pounds. The father Bhat and his wife are sweet people and interested in your progress and overall health.The son-in-law well not very caring he is just a matter of fact doctor who could care less personally.Their staff is mostly young immature interns. Each time I went in they were trying to get extra money from me. And always in the amount of $75. I guess they round everything to thatamount.I was given a device for a home sleep study. It was my bad because I did not read it thoroughly and there were late fees attached if it wasnt returned in 48 hours. No one brought this to myattention. They did not speak of it the one time they called n asked when was I returning it. After I returned it and my visit was over one of the girls said loud enough for anyone and everyone in the office to hear that I owed $75 for late fees then proceeded to argue with me about it. They were rude, unprofessional, and insensitive. I havent heard them treat everyone like that. But I am a black Male. I will not return to these people again. Maybe if it was just the father Bhat and his wife I would. But not with his son in law and a rotating immature children for staff.Add photos

I went for allergies. I liked the doctors there and signed up for a weight loss program. I was incidentally diagnosed with diabetes and sleep apnea by Dr. Bhat. His daughter was nice and handled my diabetes. Both doctors were knowledgeable and supportive. I lost8 lbs so far and now I feel more energetic.

I have been a patient of Dr. Meaghan Saint for some years here, after being diagnosed with Hashimotos disease. I feel that she gives me the best care out there, & the office staff is very supportive.

These doctors are great. They caught my sleep apnea!! They may have saved my life. And Ive lost 28 pounds.

The parking is a problem but people are always coming and going so I only ever have to wait a few minutes to find someone leaving.I have read the other reviews but I do not agree. If you do not have a PPO insurance then yes it will become expensive paying for the appointment and medications. They do have a Groupon if you want to check them out.Initial visit was march 12 2019 I saw the Physicians Assistant Julie Wylie who I thought was very knowledgeable and compassionate and answered all my questions. The first check in was two weeks later, lost 6 lbs. My next two week check in is coming up in a few days and Im already down total 13 lbs. I am over 300 lbs and I want to get under 250 and eventually to 180 or to the healthiest I can. I am fairly active but I have bad eating habits and very bad sometimes what I felt were uncontrolable cravings for sugar and carbs. I have borderline high blood pressure and my primary care physician says Im becoming insulin resistant. All this can be eased with diet and weight loss but I felt like I needed help. I neened a kick start so I came here.So as far as medications I only take half the dose of Phentermine a day for appetite suppression, lipo vitamins, fish oil, and for cravings were trying 2 tabs (25mg each) Topriamate. I take one in the morning and one at night. Now Topiramate has a bunch of side effects and I recommend you do the research before taking any drug, and I did feel a few at the beginning like slow thinking and a little trembling but they seemed to subside by week 2. The benefits however, no cravings and I mean none. I managed to detox from sugar and soda and now I eat very clean. It also helped with my headaches.The downside is that when I did go out to eat for my birthday recently we decided to do burgers and nothing looked appetizing anymore... I got a salad.. Lol boo. Also when you do drink beer or soda it might taste off.But I am doing well on the program, last week I started adding weight training to my cardio regimine to burn more fat. I feel stronger, leaner and 13 lbs lighter.

This is a very good endocrinology clinic under the care of a new Dr after Linfoot moved out of the area. Dr Bhat is very professional and caring.

Personal, professional and competent medical service of a type rare to find in Northern California

I have eosinophilic esophagitis, along with a few other related conditions, and nobody on the planet knows what the cause or best treatment is. Regardless of this fact, Ive had the whole family (all three Dr. Bhats) holding a mini round-table discussion of what would be the best course of action for me. I know of few doctors who would take the time to do that. It shows that they really do care about their patients. Ive since moved out of the area but would highly recommend them.

This doctor is unprofessional and his office setting is really just a front to prescribe diet pills. Everything in the office is super old and gross. This guy is a big scam and so is his daughter

I have bed rash after op. The doctor was very attentive.

The Doctor there is horrible. He is in such a rush he doesnt care about actually helping the patient and at least acting like he truly cared for the health and well being of the people helping feed his kids and pay his mortgage. The front office staff and nurses are very nice they did their job a lot better than that doctor did. Only upside is you dont need an appt.
