I’m not sure where to start, other than to shout out an emphatic THANK YOU to Michelle at Concord Center Acupuncture! I’ve been dealing with chronic migraine for the last 4 years and was prescribed (by a neurologist) multiple different preventative migraine meds. Unfortunately the migraines persisted, so at the recommendation of a dear friend, I went to Concord Center Acupuncture. It was the BEST decision. Michelle is simply amazing; super knowledgeable, gentle with the needles, and is a great listener. Her acupuncture treatments, along with herbal supplements, have truly alleviated my pain. I’ve been going regularly for the last 8 months and this is the first time in 4 years that I’ve been migraine/headache free for over a stretch of 2 months. Remarkable!! The office is also a beautiful, serene & comfortable space and I always leave feeling rejuvenated after treatment. If you have chronic pain, need to re-charge or just want utter relaxation, head to Concord Center Acupuncture. I only wish I had gone sooner.

My experience with Bhaird from Concord Center for Acupuncture was great. I have a strained tendon in my right foot, and received treatment over the course of 5 weeks. The pain has reduced and mobility improved. What struck me most was how relaxing each treatment was. I left each session feeling like Id taken a week-long nap - so refreshing and rejuvenating. Definitely recommend!

I visited the Center looking for relief for chronic nerve pain associated with a herniated disk in the my neck. A friend had suggested acupuncture at the Center after having a positive experience. With no real prior exposure to this sort of treatment, I was uncertain what to expect. Most fundamentally, I experienced improvement in my pain with each visit and complete relief in only a handful of visits. While every situation is different, I can only report that acupuncture at the Center relieved my pain. I would also say that the staff is excellent to work with and made the whole experience positive and eye opening as to the options available for pain relief.

I started acupuncture with some skepticism and the possibility that if you believe it works, it will. I am still going for weekly treatments. The Concord Center is a spacious, light, quiet and professional setting-–no crystals or incantations. Bhaird Campbell, co-owner and practitioner, is knowledgeable about western medicine as well as the benefits of acupuncture, diet, herbs and exercise. He is an unusually caring person as well as a genuinely nice human being.

I wish I had come to Concord Center Acupuncture sooner. In just 5 short weeks I no longer have pain in my body and am much happier and calmer when faced with different challenges. I am able to fully relax in their clean, quiet, and peaceful setting.

Michelle and Bhaird were instrumental in educating me and relieving the progression of migraines, allergies, and several other health issues including eliminating severe heal pain after 1 session! I really enjoyed going to Concord center Accupuncture. The place is clean and relaxing. I went for herbal remedy for health issues and I was willing to try the accupuncture since I heard of its benefits. Michelle listened carefully to my health concerns and made me an adjusted herbal formula that helped me a lot. She kept monitoring the changes and how my body responded and tuned it. I have been seeing Michelle for my chronic asthma. Since seeing her for treatments and herbs, my recovery time from asthma flare-ups have dramatically improved. My doctor recommended acupuncture for asthma and inflamation control and I am so happy with my results. I have been getting allergy shots for over 2 years, but it has never really improved my asthma recovery time like acupuncture is doing. The office is peaceful and along with being excellent practitioners, both Michelle and Bhaird are very personable and acommodating.

Michelle is a wonderful acupuncturist. I came with two specific issues and both have cleared up. One problem was with an aggravated nerve in my left foot at the base of my 4th toe. Every step I took hurt, pinched. This had been going on for 10 months. The podiatrist had given two cortisone injections; his next suggestion was surgery to remove part of the nerve! Thats when I looked for alternatives. Its a great relief that working with Michelle and acupuncture the pain in my foot has totally cleared up. I dont even think about it anymore. I also learned more about yin and yang energy. I decided to go twice a week for a month. After that I did one session for the next six weeks. Altogether about 14-15 sessions. Ive also been taking some herbs in pill form and will continue those. For now Ill take a break from the acupuncture sessions, even though I loved them, (because finances) but I know Ill be back when I need support with my health.

I started acupuncture to help with migraines, which were verging on chronic when I first met with Bhaird. I started out somewhat anxious about the technique, but by my second treatment, I found it deeply relaxing. My experience with Michelle from Concord Center Acupuncture has been wonderful! My first visits were for help with neck/shoulder/upper arm pain and also some pain in my big toe (arthritis?) I’d had neck issues for some time, but the shoulder and upper arm pain had developed in the past several months, starting with pain when I did certain weight training and then, after a while, continuing even when I wasn’t exercising. Michelle administered acupuncture treatments twice a week for 3 weeks and during that time, the toe pain disappeared and the other pain lessened greatly. Also during that time, Michelle mentioned to me that she noticed that I had some postural mis-alignment which could be the root cause of my pain, so she referred me out for some postural therapy, which also helped greatly. The acupuncture certainly brought much relief, but if I didn’t correct the root cause, it would just continue to return time and again. I was really grateful that Michelle’s only interest was to get to the bottom of my problem and solve it and not to keep me coming to acupuncture for flare-ups forever.Michelle has also offered insight into diet and supplement information and is always really nice! The office is very peaceful and I find my treatments to be so relaxing — I always feel rejuvenated afterwards. In a time when it seems that conventional medicine’s main answer to chronic pain or discomfort is to prescribe drugs, I’m so happy to have found Traditional Chinese Medicine which has a wonderful, holistic approach. And I’m also very happy to have found a wonderful practitioner who I enjoy visiting and have confidence in, based on such positive experience!

I went to Michelle with debilitating pain in my neck and back although I had never tried acupuncture before. I got immediate relief from the very first treatment and now the pain is entirely gone. With such remarkable results I asked Michelle if she could treat the chronic pain from osteoarthritis in my hip. I had a hip replacement on the other side several years ago and was dreading another surgery. Through acupuncture and herbal remedies my hip pain has been greatly reduced. I highly recommend this treatment.
