I went to this Rite Aid for a drive thru Covid test on a Sunday they told me results In 3 to 5 days well its Saturday and Ive still received no email or call so I called them to find out whats going on. No answer from pharmacy so spoke to a store rep. I explained I havent received my results from a test I took and she told me I still havent received mine and I took it about a month ago I said You took it there? She laughed and said yes. I was like why do they keep saying 3 to 5 days there when they know it will not be ready? STOP TAKING PPL COVID TEST TELLING THEM 3 TO 5 DAYS BECAUSE CLEARLY IT IS NOT !

Worst costumer service. Drive thru takes so long they don’t care how much you wait so spam the call button. We waited 40 mins just to get to the window.

Smoothest vaccinations service around. Expect to be treated as a person as opposed to the treatment available at county vaccination sites.

Store hours are stated from 7am to 10pm. Im currently here Sun 2/17/19 and its 7:30am and the store is STILL not open. Doors locked and roll down gate down. Very unprofessional. I didnt think store hours were a suggestion or optional.

Sooo i came to the pharmacy to get my prescription and I was talking to one of the workers there a lady btw and she was being rude and had an attitude with me for no reason so I just walked away like how can peopel be so rude I had to leave or I was going to insult her but overall dont come here to avoid rudeass people who are miserable with there lifes

My experience has been very good .I have my notifications for prescriptions set up for text .also I usually ask for Michael whom I believe is the supervisor when I need to call.he is very knowledgeable and is always willing to assist.

Im a front line worker doing deliveries and the staff wouldnt let me use the restroom. They denied me even tho I had my uniform on and I made it obvious that I had to use the facilities. Either it was poor staff or write it doesnt support front of the line delivery workers.

Beenin line for 10 minutes 3 people have come to the window and said they will be right with us. Yet nobody is at the counter. Then when someone goes to the counter while were waiting they get helped first. As if they dont wanna help us.

They dont answer the phone for questions about a prouduct at this store.

Went to Ride Aid to Purchase Monthly Supplies for the Household Always End Up Spending $300+ a Month at Ride-Aid. Its Been About a Year Since I Moved From Athens over To Compton This Location Has The Worst Service and Always Out of Their Sale Items Thats The Only Reason Why I End Up Going To The Rite-Aid on Imperial and Crenshaw Do To Them Being In Stock and Great Customer Service. Today i Happen to Go In to The One in Compton Cause i Wasnt Feeling The Drive Out There in This Heat. I Was Looking For an Axe Apollo Clear on Deodorant and All They Had Was The White Roll On. So I Decided to Ask For Help and Ask an Associate. I Bumped Into Veronica and Asked Her For What I was Looking For and She Told Me That They Never Carried It. When I Had Bought It There Before In Different Occassions....LIER! That Was My Thought. So I Mentioned It to Her That I Had Bought It There Before,So Then She Changed Her Story to We Are Not Going To Carry It No More. So I Asked In All Ride-Aids Veronica Told Me No Just In This Location....I Said To my Self You Dam Fool. So I Told My Mother Lets Just GO And Get Our Stuff From Wal-Mart Im Pretty Sure Theyll Have It In Stock and Well Just End Up getting The Rest of The Stuff There As Well. THEYRE $$$$ LOST FOR HIRING PEOPLE LIKE VERONICA. I WONT BE COMING TO THIS RITE AID NOT EVEN FOR ICE CREAM.

Rite aid besides being incompetent,when you call they rarely answer their phone,several times I had to drive up their and waste gas and time,for them to tell me,prescriptions arent ready till next day,something I couldve been informed about if theyd only answer their phone,and when they answer the phone theirRudeeven in person you have to catch their attention cause their so busy gossiping instead of doing their job right.. so no star for you guys..
