Am so disappointed ☹️I came with my 2 kids for appointments, I had my 3 year old son I couldn’t be seen because he wasn’t aloud inside, he haves a telephone appointment at 3:00pm , I thought they could be seen together, I don’t have nobody to take care of my son. am even more disappointed in the staff the supervisor MARIA came out and no help at all .i trued to explain for her to do something about me being seen , I grab her shoulder and said don’t touch me , very rude am taking all my kids out of this Craby clinic !

I have been going to this pediatrician office for over 20+ years with my son and now with my grandbabies. I have NEVER been to a better pediatrician ever!! Proud to know them.

Dr. Chavis was my pediatrician in the 1980s and also for my 3 children who are now 12,9, and 4. I moved out of state but I definitely miss her professionalism and helpfulness. I have yet to meet a physician like her. The entire team of physicians are wonderful. Keep up the great work!

Doctors are good. But always takes foreverrrr and they NEVER answer the phone. What’s the point of having a phone people call at 8am 9am 10am no answer!!! How are you supposed to make appointments? Nurses have attitudes sometimes when you do get a answer.. been going here for 6 years changing my kids plan 1st of February!!! Ridiculous

Doctors are great, but the office and some lady working the front office is lazy and doesnt do her job correctly. My son had a appointment and when we went to take him the lady said his doctor changed and wouldnt even let us go through with the apt...when we left and went to St.Johns the lady there said my sons GP was still at this place- the st.Johns lady explained that she didnt check his insurance correctly or at all so that whole time he couldve been seen but because she didnt do her job and wasted not only or time but my son was sick and needed to be seen. So we switch to St.Johns and their office is much much better and actually check insurances correctly! ( Id like to mention that I even called myself after St.Johns to confirm that his doctor did NOT change)When I got a call about his shots from this place I was confused if his doctor supposedly switched to a different GP then why are they calling me to let me know about needing to make a shots apt? I called back explaining Id switch GPs to St.Johns because of the incident that happened that day in April- and the other office lady was trying to stick up for the other saying Ive been switched since April... Yes because thats the day and month this whole situation happened. St. Johns immediately took us (same day horrible office lady said gp switched) the same day. The office lady at st. Johns even stated the Horrible other office lady did not even bother checking twice to see if she was correct, which she wasnt. So not only did we not get to go to out SCHEDULED APT but she didnt even check it right and wasted our time. I wont go here honestly, youll need aspirin for a awful headache the office ladies give you.

Worse customer service ever!I have to call more than 10 times to get an answer if Im lucky enough and if they dont put me on hold and then hang up or answer with attitude. Never get any calls back when Im supposed to. Ive called to check on my babys results and their answer is we do not know how do you not know It has been 4 weeks! The Doctors are great and very wise and have attended my baby since she was a newborn, it just sucks that I have to start taking my baby to another pediatrician because the staff is not doing what theyre supposed to be doing.

The doctor is good but calls dont get answered Ive been calling for 15minutes and the voice says its closed to calm back during regular business hours 🤨

I have been going to this clinic since i was in elementary. I am 21 years old now and now i take my daughter to this clinic. I reccomend it. Sometimes the wait is a bit long but i do believe waiting so see the best doctors i know to take care of my baby girl is worth it. Definetly in good hands.😊👍💯💯💯

A very knowledgeable Dr...Im 48 yrs old, she was my pediatrician many moons ago. Lol 😂

I was planning on taking my child to this clinic but after the horrible comment I heard from a close person I will DEFINETELY NOT be taking my child here anymore. This week, a close person informed me that their child was seen by their doctor. This doctor was very persistent in forcing the child to open their mouth to check throat, due to a bad cough. She insisted so much that she made the child bleed from his lip. While this incident was happening the nurse assisting the doctor was holding the child arms upward over his head. When parent realized how the doctor was hurting the child she furiously urged the doctor to stop and realize what she was doing.THIS IS VERY UNACCEPATABLE!! If you are a doctor and your patients are kids you have to the patience to deal with children. For this reason I will DEFINETELY not be taking my child to this clinic. A doctor like her SHOULDNT be treating children if they are not going to have the patience to do so.

What type of childrens clinic not allow baby strollers? Having to carry your child for an hour can get a bit exhausting. They need more space. Its always extrmely busy. But I will say the Drs do a great job.

Love the Doctors and the staff, I stop going to office in Norwalk, I rather drive to them. No long waits and they are very nice to your kid, even when their acting an a** because shoots scare them lol they talk my daughter thru, and calmed her before giving her shots👍

Dr Chavis is a great Dr. Along with Dr Neely. My children have been patients there since 98. One downside for me, its too far. The reason I travel all that ways is because of Dr Margorie Skinner. She is very informative, concerned and personable. Good work Dr Margorie.

Ive been going to Dr.Chavis office since I was in the womb and they have gave me good service since then . I am now 19 years old and havent had a problem. Only thing I dislike is the people who answer the phone to schedule appointments they always seem to have an attitude.. Otherwise .. Everything is okay .

Very very bad customer service over the phone I have to call maybe like 8 times for them to answer and when they answer they always put me on hold and then they hang up on me. and if I take my son just like that they say I have to call first. Maybe if you would answer the phone instead of chit chatting you would know that I have been calling.
