They take too long I was in the lobby for 1 hr then they just bring you inside for whatever reason your here take your blood pressure weight and urine samples after that it’s another 1 hr wait in the room waiting for the doctor

I went a year ago for a physical for my CDL. Doctor and staff was very polite and helpful. DMV received my physical with no issues, everyone here is very professional. Also, I walked in with no appointment and was in and out within a hour.Thank you

Worst so-called, Primary Care Physician, ever....!!! The absurd difference between those with medical coverage,and those without. Felt as though I were some street thug, Instead of a suffering patient seeking medical attention for on going and persisting condition.The worst part is the Doctor, patient relationship that one would think prevalent in the medical profession, is missing, or hampered is some way or another by some bureaucratic wind fall that limits, the ability to properly diagnose, treat, and perhaps remedy desperately needy patient conditions with the best care possible.In all, felt as I have to search for another primary care doctor that i am not receiving the professionalism that should ever abound in the medical profession and beyond.One star is overrated.

I would give negative stars if I can. Never been to a place like this. Do not take any insurance, so expensive, Worst Doctor Ever. I wanted a letter from him and he said it’s $45 FOR A LETTER.Do not know how they charge, but not fair price for sure. Will never go again.

The front desk does not tell you that you need to fill out paperwork before they will call you, all they have is something to sign in and sit down, do that like youre supposed to and they just ignore you. Once youre taken back, the girl that helps you and does the testing on you is seriously not friendly. She has no expression on her face, not one smile, no friendly tone to her voice whatsoever. She takes a while setting up different tests, giving you minimal instructions so youre standing there thinking where am I supposed to go? Whats going on? When the doctor comes to see you he seems very nice, he is the only good thing about this office. The office staff, besides the doctor, seem to seriously dislike their jobs.And I forgot to mention the whole place just feels dirty, like they never clean the testing area between patients 😬

This is the dirtiest medical clinic ive ever been to and ants are everywhere. The wait is over 2 hours even if they dont have the medical equipment to do your test. Husband had to go back twice because of lack of medical equipment and then was told it wouldnt be more than a 15 min wait but waited an hour. The worst medical clinic ever and if this is owned by a doctor, he needs to do something about the filthy chairs and maybe mop the front waiting room. The girls at the front are dumber than rocks and the manager is just the same. My 2yr old could manage the office better.

I took my mum to see Dr. Douglas.His service was outstanding and excellent. The staff was so passionate and acted professionally.

This clinic is a nightmare! I was here last year for a physical and now for an annual - nothing has changed. Nobody is available in the front desk to welcome patients. When you do ask them, they have major attitude. The wait time is approximately 2 hours minimum. They should have at least a radio or tv in the waiting area for entertainment or AT LEAST good functioning seats because i almost fell off it twice so be careful. The nurses/staff are like robots, they just go thru the motion of this horrendous place. Smh

Wish if I can give it zero stars. spent more than 2 hours just for physical exam and xray, all of them should be done within 5 minutes. Worst one ever.

This is the worst Dr. office ever. there is only Mexicans that work in there and they dont help no one it that them almost 3 weeks to place a ref request in.

It took 2 hours so they can get me in just for a random drug test for my company. They have a list where you sign in but they help who ever they want to.

I have been going here for years they have my history and they always know my problem they treat patients like family this is so hard to find in the medical industry if you want to be taken care of and treated like family this is the office for you
