Needed a replacement adapter for my hose/mask. Rachelle got me the part that I needed. She was very professional, and answered all of my questions. She reviewed my resupply schedule, and updated my info to make it even easier to reorder when needed. Went into the store desperately needing a new head gear thing for my machine as the plastic piece that holds the tubing and nose pad broke. They were close to closing and Rachelle helped me quickly. Joann was very knowledgeable about the differences in the machines and knew what was covered by my insurance, and the difference in cost if I wanted to upgrade. She also offered certain features such as auto replenishment of tubing., etc without being rude or pushy. I have dealt with C-PAP Central in the past, for supplies for my old machine, and everyone there have always been very friendly & knowledgeable about the supplies. I highly recommend this store!

Although the situation is incredibly frustrating Megan was able to talk me through the process and actually teach meto use my machine in a different way without the humidifier. Im new user and they had the exact same nasal cushions used during my CPaP titration study. And that made me more comfortable with my choice. Laura helped me with my selection process. She explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. She was even observant of my need to be done by a certain time and not once made me feel like an inconvenience. A word of advice: PAY FOR EVERY UPGRADE YOU CAN! Because it makes a huge difference in your comfort and experience during use.

I just went in for my yearly C-PAP supplies, but this year I needed a new machine after using my last machine for 11 years. I had an appointment with Laura and she was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She explained my options with the different machines and the costs associated with each. She also clearly explained what was and was not covered by insurance. I felt I was in good hands and had a very positive experience.

I can write a book about how grateful I am for Laura and Rachelle. From speaking on the phone till the moment I stepped into the building, I was greeted with warm smiles and positive energy. Rachelle was very pleasant over the phone and knew exactly who I was when I stepped in the building. Laura on the other hand was horrible at everything lol. Just joking 😂😂. Laura’s sense of humor and comedic timing was definitely needed. She made me feel comfortable and kept me in stitches during the whole transaction. I honestly didn’t want to leave 😂😂. Had to come in because I had some questions about my apnea and mask and stuff. Rachelle was a delight! I was frustrated with my health issues and she shared some of her own with me. Her story was inspiring and left me feeling hopeful about my own issues. She was so lovely and I cant recommend her and this place enough. Most Healthcare facilities now a days are cold and you are just another body to diagnose, get payment and send you out the door. Not this place and not Rachelle!

I received the rudest customer service I have ever experienced at this store while trying to find a product to buy. Their prices are also significantly higher than the same equipment if you purchase it online. They also charge and upgrade fee for better equipment. I bought the same equipment elsewhere without any such fee for half what they were asking.I called ahead to see if I could come in and try on some masks. After a polite chat with a sales floor worker, she said I should talk to the respiratory therapist there. The respiratory therapist there was extremely rude and seemed to be annoyed that I was there. She would barely even speak to me or answer my questions. She told me I couldnt try on any masks. When I said that was the reason why I had come and that I had called ahead, she was visibly annoyed and only would let me try on two masks, both of which were too small, but I wasnt allowed to try on any other size. She and one of the other women working there were both visibly upset when I said that I had purchased my CPAP machine online. Since there were unwilling to help me (a potential lifetime customer due to my condition who was hoping to find a local business to purchase from) I went back to the website I purchased my machine from and ordered my masks at half the price of CPAP Central, where I have was able to get friendly service and advice.There are a lot of reviews here that site this therapist as an issue and the companys poor treatment of customers. This is a business to avoid.C-PAP Central could have politely helped and I would have been more than happy to give them my money and walk out with a product. Instead they choose to treat a potential customer looking to improve their health with new equipment as an annoyance. Save yourself time, frustration, and money and shop elsewhere. Youll be glad you did.

Very happy with my experience here, Laura personally walked me through my machine, and gave me more insight to my OSA than the doctor that diagnosed me.EDIT: 07/20/2021My experience in store was amazing, since it has been hell. The online portal does not correctly show how much money I owe, the call center that fields calls is most certainly not located in this country, as 99.9% of the call center workers do not understand me. There are times where I will call twice in a row and get two different answers as far as how much i owe.Run far, far away from this company as 350 spread over 6 months very quickly turned into close to an 800 dollar expense. Whats worse is the web portal is so dilapidated that I cant even figure out what I truly owe.So I have a web portal that cant give me straight answers,A call center that can barely understand me, and no one really is around to take responsibility.Cpap central better really enjoy the money they get from me, because it will be the last they ever get from me.

I recently went into the Cpap central location in Polaris fir a new mask. I was helped by an associate and they explained their 30 day return policy. I tried my new mask but over the weekend it just wasn’t a good fit. I went in and Colin helped me and he was awesome. He told me my options and helped me pick out what I’m more used to. He then gave me two masks to try on to make sure I would have a good fit. I brought my new mask home and that night I loved it. Thanks again Colin!

I went into CPAP Central for my fiancé to get a few things done that needed done. We moved from Canton to Powell Ohio. Boardman Medical which we are patients at was going to charge us for the download from CPAP machine to fax for employment. Megan at CPAP Central was amazing! She not only helped me but didnt charge because we are patients at their location. She also advised me that the dreamstation CPAP has a recall on it and our other provider couldnt even let us know! She lead me to the back room and was so kind and helpful explaining everything from how insurance works, set up of machine, and fitting for a mask. I chose CPAP Central because of the convenient location and their focus on CPAP. Also, a friend of mine, who is very hard to please, is a happy customer. I’ve had bad experiences with other DME companies in the past. Laura did a great job explaining my options and the costs involved.I tried CPAP therapy a few years ago, and gave up. The new machine I have is extremely quiet, and I like all of the automatic features.So far, after only a week, I am very pleased with the machine and mask I selected. I feel confident that I can stay on my CPAP therapy this time.
