Some are good some are not. They can be really rude and not listen or care about what you have to say.

I have been bringing my children here since 2010. Dr Collins, Dr Morris, Joy Murphy, NP and Andrea Branch, NP has always went above and beyond to take care of both of my children. As far as for myself Ive seen Dr Brett Brown Joy Murphy and Andrea Branch once again they have went above and beyond as well. Nurses and front desk staff are always friendly to my children and I both. They have always treated us like family. I would highly recommend this clinic for adult or children for there well/sick visits.

I highly recommend this clinic. Both of my kids see Dr. Collins and Andrea Branch, NP and they have always gave them the best care. The friendly office staff and nurses plus the great care received is why I will not go anywhere else.

We will not be taking our children here anymore.1. We have waited extreme amounts of time to go leave the waiting room because the front desk staff forgot to tell anyone we were waiting for an appointment.2. On another occasion we were there for our child’s shots and the nurse staff forgot about us in the room because they decided to start eating lunch at 1130 when we had already been in the clinic for an hour. After 30 minutes of sitting there in the room I had to walk outside to find someone so we could finally leave.3. The final straw was a nurse giving my child a double dose of the tetanus shot because she absolutely did not follow any protocol and haphazardly grabbed a syringe and did not verify the contents of the dosage before administering it to our toddler. She said sorry I just grabbed the syringe from the spot where it is supposed to be, and it was the wrong one. Wow, I wish there was was information on the syringe you can read in literally seconds to verify the contents before you administer them to a toddler or anyone for that matter.The lack of accountability and management of the clinic itself is a reason to find somewhere else to go. Customer service is a thing. So are procedures in place to make sure people don’t make dangerous mistakes like double dosing a child with Tetanus who weighs 25lbs.

This is the best clinic ever.. Friendly staff, great providers and and all around good clinic.. I would definitely recommend for adult and pediatric care

The pediatricians are great! They are friendly and helpful! The reason for the low rating is due to the rudeness of the nurses. They act like we are disturbing them! The lady at the check out counter for new appointments is beyond rude! It took about everything I had not to raise my voice and tell her how I felt about the treatment she was giving us! That lady needs to learn to respect the patients that walk through those doors or another job. If I go in one more time and it’s like that I will find another clinic and find someone to correct the issue!

Always have the best visits with Joy Murphy for my daughter, and Andrea Branch for myself. Nurses have always been wonderful.

My 8 month old daughter is a patient of Dr. Morris. Dr. Morris is a great dr and gives really good care but her staff is horrible. My baby was diagnosed with RSV and took a round of antibiotics. She then developed a rash all over her body. I was concerned about this and called the after hours line due to it being the weekend. Lindsey Johnson is the on call nurse. She answered the phone this morning eating throughout the entire phone call where she told me it was normal and not to take my baby to the E.R. because I would be exposing her to the flu. The rash seems as if it has gotten worse and my poor baby is very fussy so I called back tonight and she refused to get on the phone telling the answering service she was in the bed, when I told the young lady I was very unhappy and I really need her to take my call, she called her again and this time she told her to tell me to just take her to the E.R. LINDSEY JOHNSON IS VERY COLD AND CALLOUSED PERSON AND SHOULD NOT BE A NURSE!!! SHES THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!

Excellent doctors for pediatrics, unknown internal medicine quality. 4 stars for the exceptionally long wait times that we have experienced, even when scheduling early morning appointments.
