We live close by. The quality of massage by May and the pricing are what keeps us coming back. No frills massage. Make sure you tell them prior to starting pressure and any sensitive areas.

I would get a massage here every week if I could. This is the best deep tissue massage Ive ever had. Ive had 60 minute and 90 minute massages here, the next time I go, which will hopefully be soon, Im going to get one thats 120 minutes. The location is a bit hidden but once you find it, never forget it. Everyone is friendly and the price is COMPLETELY worth it.

I had my second massage here last weekend. Masseuse Judy was excellent! Firm and deep, but not so deep it hurt. This was so much better than the other local massage places Ive been to (in the Polaris area). I left feeling relaxed and refreshed and will definitely be back.

I have gone to this place many times and the massages have been wonderful. However, now I live 30 minutes away and while I was pulling in for my appointment they called me saying they double booked the time slot and that I would have to wait another hour for a massage which I do not have time to do. This is not the first time they did this but previously when this happened I only lived a few minutes away. Unfortunately I will not be back because I can not afford to waste my time or gas when there is a chance that they will cancel on me 5 minutes beforehand.

Holy Toledo!! Just came back from here this am.They are so good!! I have never felt this way after a massage. most places typically dont push hard enough. If you want a great deep tissue massage, this is the place! They have now gotten a new regular customer.

My girlfriend made me an appointment here. I was skeptical at first but she said that reviews were good. Couldnt agree more. Absolutely wonderful value for the money. My therapist had strength and care. Not for the faint of heart but I feel like a millionaire dollars. Highly recommend!

Wife and I are visiting from Texas and needed a relaxing massage. My wife prefers one for relaxation and I enjoy deep tissue. Let me tell you, this is the best massage I have ever received. The pressure was perfect and my therapist worked the pressure points thst have really been giving me a head time. I did not want to get up or out because I was so relaxed. Ive had massages from 3 of their therapists and they were all very good and very deep. If you want a light massage you have to let them know. I go when I have aches and pain and leave feeling great.[Edit] Just had another massage for a stubborn back pain. The therapist was not good at English, but great at very deep massage. I left feeling great, and she earned the extra tip. [Edit] Ive now had 2 more (with Judy and May), loved them both. Im convinced this is the best massage deal in Columbus!

This was the best massage I have ever had. I get massages often and nothing has compared to the quality of this place. If you are looking for a place to me pampered or impressed with the scenery, this might not be your place, but if you are looking for an amazing massage, I highly recommend Lilys. There was a slight language barrier, however, we were able to make it work with short phrases and context clues. I really dont think I could go anywhere else again, will be back after vacation.

It was one of the top 2 massages Ive had and Ive had massages all over the USA and on several countries. If you like a deep tissue massage thats almost medicinal then youll love it. Just a basic atmosphere but they know the body. Thank you for working out my knots.

Candy is the therapist I go to at Lilys. Her accent is heavy and her smile is big. Although she is able to do Thai massage, I havent gotten past her routine therapeutic massage because I get so much benefit from it. Massages cost about $50 for a full hour (not the 5 minutes you get at most other places). Add what your tip to that. The first time I went, the therapist quoted a price of $55. I didnt realize she was building in her tip. I believe in tipping....I just want to make my own decisions about it.

Very good massages. Decent priced, and either Lilly or Jack will pay extra attention to any area you ask. Been coming here for a couple years, and cannot beat the service and cost. HIGHLY recommend.

Fiancé and I got a couples massage here and it was a great experience. Mai walked on his back and gave a deep tissue, which worked well for his tight neck and back. Judy did a medium to light massage on me, and it was mostly great but hurt just a little at some times because I’m a softie 😝 Great price for a 1 hour full body, great service, just not the exact style of massage I prefer (has deep pushing with fingers)

I took my boyfriends mom hear for her birthday and we both got massages. They put us in the same room, which I thought was odd specially since they didnt ask. Once we started our massage, the two ladies talked the ENTIRE time in a different language, and even answered the phone while she was giving my massage to schedule someone else. Rude! The only reason I gave them two stars is because my boyfriends mother said it was one of the best massages she has ever had, I however left feeling like I needed a massage. Its just bad customer service to sit there and talk about people (making references to their body) while you are giving them a massage. Personally, I will not be returning.Also, they prefer you to not use a Groupon, and to pay cash (there will be no sales tax)....

I really wish there was an option for zero stars. Or negative stars. I cant even believe my experience with this business today. I made an appointment online for a new client with a special rate of $45 for 60 minutes. I arrived early and was told that that rate was only for new clients who had a Groupon, and that rate required a 24 hour advanced scheduling. I apologized for my confusion, and asked if I could do a 30 minute/$30 rate instead, and she agreed. She ked me to a room with another woman and barked at me to get undressed. In front of the woman. The massage was okay I suppose, but she was exceptionally unskilled, hurt me half the time, and got oil all throughout my hair and clothes. I was ready for it to be over early, which never happens. She paused and I understood something about 90 minutes. I declined, repeating 30 minutes only. She stood up and left the room. The original woman returned, saying I wanted an hour. I repeated our earlier conversation, and she said 30 minutes is $40. I told her what we had agreed earlier, 30/$30 and stated thats whats on the website. She said that price was only for making an appointment online. I said I did. She said I made the wrong type of appointment, and the masseuse already did 40 minutes, so she would charge me $40 for the 40 minutes. The masseuse was still trying to get me to stay, but I said I was for and got up from the table and started getting dressed. (I was still mostly nude on the table during the previous argument.) At the register, the masseuse was upset that I wanted to pay with a card, like it was a huge inconvenience. She entered $40,swiped my card, and turned the tablet to me to enter a tip with a big, expectant smile on her face. I clicked the no tip button, signed, submitted, and had the receipt emailed to me. I turned it back to her, and her smile quickly dissipated. I dont know Mandarin, but Im fairly certain she was yelling at me for not leaving a tip. At that point, I was so done, so I left, shocked. It looked very much like she was trying to cancel or edit my charge so she could add a tip. I will be watching my account closely to see if she fraudulently changes my transaction. After everything else that happened, I feel like these shady people will try to do it.Dont waste your time. Its 100% not worth it.

I had an appointment scheduled at 3 p.m. When I arrive they had double booked and started on another couple before us. Then they wanted us to sit in an empty room for an hour until they had another available appointment

They did not honor the Groupon I purchased. I was told to pay for the massage and cancel the Groupon later. Im not sure if they understand how Groupon works. When I called and told them I could not cancel the Groupon I was told I am too busy to take this call and hung up on.

I scheduled online ahead of time and even got a confirmation, but when I showed up I was told they were too busy and I needed to call the number (which was the phone on site) to ask the manager (who was not in) about making an appointment (which I already had).

By far the best massage Ive every had. Thank you.

Massage is good but customer relationship was very bad once i entered they force me to pay tips minimum 15% which is unfair !!They were tough and the it was very cold inside.
