Staff is extremely laid back and friendly, the spa has a very welcoming atmosphere. I’ve used it twice now for a deep tissue massage and both times the massage was great and helped get out some of the damage and lactic acid from working out. Why did I wait so long! Yesterday I had the 4 hour Deluxe package and it was the BEST thing Ive done for myself. I was ready for another 4 hours when it ended. If you havent tried one of their packages...I highly recommend it!! I been going here for years and they never fail when it comes to good customer service. I called to see if they had any opening for today for a massage. They got me in 40 minutes later. The staff is very friendly and helpful and did an amazing job!

My husband has purchased 2 gifts certificates from this place. 1st time I went to get it scheduled was such a hassle. I went to my appt and it was very nice. But the pedicure wasn’t and nail area was dirty.This second certificate between Covid and working home I left them a voicemail and they never called back. Whenever you call it just rings and rings. Called and the receptionist was very rude asked to be transferred to the manager and for my surprise it was the owner Amanda. She states that she couldn’t assure me they reached out but my certificate was expired. I explained to her I had called and she said she can honor half. This certificate was $260.00 knowing with Covid they were closed and again never reached out back to us. She was very short and surprisingly didn’t care about the circumstances or good customer service. Very disappointed specially when you try to support local businesses.

I went for my facial and I really enjoyed my experience. The atmosphere was so calming as well. I wish they offered intimate bleaching services to keep me from going to Atlanta. Other than that, I’ll suggest Caravail’s to anyone. :)

I was given a gift certificate by a dear friend and oh my goodness what a blessing it was! Becky was my skilled, professional therapist for a 90 minute therapeutic massage followed by Christina who gave me an awesome facial that included a hot towel foot press. Jennifer put the icing on my toes with a wonderful spa pedicure that had me so relaxed I almost fell asleep! All of these beautiful and talented women are amazing so definitely treat yourself to some self-care with them a.s.a.p. Best. Spa. Experience. Ever.

Last week I was able to use the gift certificate my husband gave me for our anniversary and WOW, what a wonderful experience! From the moment you walk in the door, breathe in the scents of aromatherapy, and are greeted by a sweet staff member, you start to relax. While waiting in the beautifully decorated ‘quiet rom’, I was able to have a cup of hot tea and decompress. If hot tea isn’t your thing, there is coffee, water, and I’m sure other drinks that I just can’t remember at the moment. With the serene music and professional staff, you know you’re in good hands from the start. And speaking of hands…Ms. Gerald (Geraldine), who I was fortunate enough to get for my massage, was amazing! She made sure that I was comfortable the entire time, and her skilled work on my wound up and anxious self was a God-send!! Word to the wise…don’t attempt anything productive afterwards - go straight home! Lol, I tried to go grocery shopping and was completely useless! I’ve had other services as well, including facials and spray tans by Amanda, and they were perfection! Get your GLOW ON my friends, and go see Amanda or any of the other staff! Caravail’s is the absolute best day spa in Columbus, and you will not be disappointed!

I used half of the amount of a gift certificate i had received last year and enjoyed my massage. It expired at the end of March this year, but I was not able to use the remainder. Covid-19 hit and I felt uncomfortable going into any public setting due to health related issues. Most businesses shut down during this time period as well, and I had assumed they were shut down too, only to be informed they were closed for only a couple of weeks. Now that I am comfortable going in public, I tried to redeem the $60 I had left on the certificate, but they said it was void and now $60 is down the drain. I understand the policy of expiring after 1 year, but with all the circumstances going on there should be some sort of leniency. The staff is generally very nice but in this instance, extremely poor customer service.

My boyfriend, Brian Kennedy treated us to a couples massage Friday and we had an amazing experience as this was a first for us or me at least. Becky did my massage and was absolutely amazing! I think Brian had Beth and he said she was great! After our massage I was treated to a facial by Carissa and it too was amazing! Everyone there truly made me feel special and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it!

I’m currently 30 weeks pregnant and started seeing Holly for my prenatal massages when I was around 18 weeks. I see her every 4 weeks now and it is worth every single penny! Holly is so professional and listens to what problem areas I share with her and she makes sure to focus on those areas longer for me. I always leave feeling better. I would highly recommend her for your prenatal massages!

I had a facial last month at old location. I loved it and thought the lady who did it was awesome. So I booked one at their new location for this month with the same lady. That was today. New location is very nice. But my appointment was not with who I had asked for. I walked in at 10:45 and I was dressed, had paid and was calling my husband for pick up at 11: 48. That does not sound like a 60 minute FACIAL. Also when I asked why she did not include extractions she said my face did not need it. Well the room was dark and she never used the lighted magnifying glass to look. So over all just ok. I am sorry because the first one was great and was what I expected for $95 plus tip.

I just had a massage and facial at Caravail. My massage was with Beth. It was so relaxing. I really appreciated her silent relaxation technique. As a mom of two in a very loud home, that alone was marvelous!Amanda did my facial. It was the best! I feel like a new woman!

I just had my first ever spa experience at Caravails and it was fabulous. My husband surprised me with it for mothers day! I wasnt sure what to expect however everyone was so courteous and extremely polite. They answered my questions and double checked that the products they use would not give me an allergic reaction. Came here for my birthday with my two sisters , and honestly it was the best facial Ive ever had!! The atmosphere is quiet and so peaceful . The facial was absolutely amazing . I called to redeem a gift card that i had found recently after having misplaced it. The gift card was issued on 12-24-18 and i called on 1-2-2020. The gift card had apparently expired 9 days ago with their policy of one year expiration which i did not realize. They refused to accept the gift card for a one hour massage or give any type of credit on the grounds that the business had changed hands in April and anything over one year had been removed from their system. i have used them many times before and the excuse of being under new management and new system seems bad for business, but when I mentioned that i was told that they had a different name and that the new owner did not receive any money for my gift certificate when it was purchased back in December. So i just wanted to write this review to make people aware that customer service has apparently changed since it was sold in April.

Such a fantastic experience! My dad booked me and my best friend massages and pedicures for my birthday, and it was wonderful! I had Bethany for my massage and Jennifer for my pedicure and they both made this a phenomenal experience, will definitely be back!

She addressed my concerns, and went over the allotted 45 min so I could experience the overall grow I wanted. She gave me tips and product I could buy to maintain this beautiful youthful glow. I had a deep tissue massage with Edlyn. She was super sweet! The massage was amazing and really relaxing. Then, I had a Purity facial with Jessica. She walked me through the facial beforehand and was very knowledgeable. She gave me some tips to help maintain great skin at home and recommended some of their product. The spa was beautifully decorated and smelled great (via aromatherapy candles) The girl at the front desk, Brittany, was really nice too. She had me sign up for their email list to receive info on their upcoming sales and specials.

First and foremost, be aware of the reviews that you are reading because they are coercing these people with free bath bombs just to leave a good review. If you are African American or a person of color, I wouldn’t recommend you going here. They don’t do well with your skin and for the price you could go somewhere better.

My wife and I are new to town and were skeptical at first because we are from West Palm Beach and obviously have visited some 5 star spas. With the exception of not having a separate locker room, this spa was perfect breath taken and definitely a 5 star. I cant say enough, from the welcome feeling just walking in the door, the relaxing atmosphere and the amazing, most professional group of women that we have ever experienced in a spa. I am used to going to Carissa but she has her own spot now with no access to spray tanning at the moment. So I used Holly at caravails. My hands and feet look so bad. There are literally brown spots all over.

So my spouse and I spent over $400 dollars in this place on the 8th of May for a birthday gift for me and it was not worth it. The massage felt like it was done by inexperienced hands, there was no real pressure and it felt like she was just rubbing lotion on me. The facial was the WORST it was not tailored to my skin needs and then the next day I broke out really bad bumps on my chin and skin was so dehydrated and my spouses face was even worse its still peeling 7 days later. The rooms were extremely hot....the only nice thing was the receptionist at the front....please stay away from here, I truly just want my money back.

I love this Spa. Tabitha has been my esthetician for over 4 years now and I wouldnt trade her for anyone else. I started taking my acne/blackhead issues more serious last year and she has been so amazing throughout the entire process. My skin is so clear now and I dont even have to wear makeup everyday like I used to. She also did my first wax and Ill never use a razor ever again. Shes awesome.
