This is by far my favorite gym. Offers daycare and classes. All the equipment you need, friendly environment. Employees are just lovely to be around.

I had a membership there years ago with my husband. We got orders to Germany and so my husband showed his orders told them to cancel his and my membership. Only to find out while in Germany they sent me and only me to collections for $500. I’ve tried to dispute the charges but they still say I have to pay it. This isn’t the only time I’ve heard of them sending people to collections. Its definitely a money trap. Be careful joining especially being military and moving around. You’d think a gym next to a military post would be more mindful of people moving in and out but I guess not.

While we attended the gym, it was great. We enjoyed the personal trainers and culture of fitness. However, when we attempted to cancel our membership, it took months. This included us visiting the gym, at which we were told we must cancel through the phone or email. We attempted email and recieved little to no help. Almost 15 calls to the cancelations manager on the phone yielded little results, they would not answer the phone, and wouldnt return calls. Canceling is way harder than it should be, and they make little effort to help you cancel. This would be a great gym if they didnt make every effort to stop you from leaving.

Wide range of free weights with adequate number of benches. Large variety of machine weights. LOTS of different modes of traning and group classes. Daycare sometimes available while you workout. Everything is cleaned and sanitized ( sometimes considerate customers sanitize it extra).

IT HAS UP TO 98 DEGREES IN THERE!the floors and machines are wet! It’s dripping from the ceiling!Only one of 4 AC units works during the colder month, in summer this one gives up too.Every single summer. They keep telling us they’re trying to repair them. For 3 years? Every week new parts are ordered? Every staff member tells a different lie?No fresh air gets pumped in the building. You can barely breathe and the air has this disgusting sweet taste from the sweat.. the smell is awfulWhen you keep asking about the issue they tell you ,you can cancel the membership if you don’t like it’ with a fat smile in the face! (Front desk Girl)They keep accepting new people every day!Atm it’s so crowded that you can’t workout from Monday trough Thursday except your willing to wait for every single machine.The gym used to be cleanish. For 2 years now it’s just dirty and disgusting, the machines, bathrooms, water fountains.We’re done. It’s even not worth the 20$ we pay when you just can’t workout.. bye bye max!

Came to Columbus branch for the first time today and what a great place to work out at. Super new and clean equipment, amazingly friendly staff, locker room and bathrooms were spotless. If your looking for the best gym in Columbus area........THIS IS IT!!

The Push class is a very dynamic class that works every muscle in your body. The classes are easy to follow for one of all ages. The instructors are super knowledgeable. I recommend everyone try the class.

Every bad review about it being difficult to cancel with them is true. Some of the staff are kind and understanding but the way the business set up does not care for the customer in the slightest. Do not sign a contract unless you’re ready to fight tooth and nail to cancel, because every step of their system will make it more difficult for you to cancel, regardless of the reason. I’m disappointed in this business, they are not what they seem. I wish there was a gym out there that truly cared about their members, but I have yet to find one.

I was a member for 18 months. I lost my bank card got a new one and forgot to give them the information. Instead of a courtesy call or mentioning it to me when I went into the gym every day I got a call from the collections agency to say that I owed them the remainder of my membership. I signed up for a one year membership. I was told I just paid month to month.The collections agency have called my employer I almost lost my job because of this and all for $270..

It’s clean. Loud music. Friendly staff. I just don’t understand why they didn’t have Lysol wipes or sanitizer. The virus can stay on a surface for at 3 hrs.When I was there no one wore mask no sanitizer anywhere not even in the ladies bathroom or where they change clothes. Nothing to wash & dry hands either.And you’ve got to sign a 18 month contract to get the free month.

The classes are a lot of fun and help you stay consistent with your gym routine. The equipment is nice and so are the people and trainers. So happy I found this gym after we moved here a year ago.

I love Max Fitness. They’re making much needed improvements currently, which shows they actually care we have up to date equipment at our disposal. The location is awesome, staff is helpful, and the environment is great.

Push class has been the most helpful and fun thing Ive done at Max Fitness. Ive been a member for many years and have participated in many different classes and even a personal trainer but Push has been m y ultimate workout program and Im a senior citizen!! Thanks to Push Im stronger than I ever thought possible given my age.

Love it 4rm the start. The guests staff are very friendly and helpful. The trainers Jordan and Justin energy gave me the extra push 2 keep me motivated on my goals.

Max Fitness Elite is the best place in Columbus to work out! The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly - I believe they genuinely want you to succeed. The gym itself is large, with a immense variety of just what you’re looking for (& the machines are always working properly - or they’re fixed quickly). Not to mention the amenities! There are group fitness classes for everyone (BodyPump & BodyCombat are my fav), Bootcamp classes (check out TJ’s classes - he’s the BEST! I never knew I could have so much fun while burning calories), PUSH Zone Training (Cathy’s classes will burn some serious calories, & get you feeling it! I was intimidated, but it’s one of my favorite fitness classes I’ve ever taken.), a stretch/ab room, a sauna, tanning beds, & daycare for the little ones!Max Fitness Elite really is the best! If you’re not working out here, you’re in the wrong place!

Max Fitness is the perfect gym for all of your needs!! My husband and I joined a few months ago when we moved to town with the Military. After a long search, we knew Max was the best fit. They have group classes, PUSH (similar to Orange Theory but cheaper!) and SO many free weights/ machines. They also offer personal training sessions and small group fitness where you can work out with your friends, or meet new friends all while getting healthy. Other amenities include: tanning, child care, and saunas. One of the best things is their incentives for joining. With buddy referrals and more, you can get up to a year or lifetime membership for free just for bringing in 3 people in your first 7 days!! I was shocked when I found that out.The staff are amazing, friendly, and are there for you with a smiling face. I have so many great things to say about Max.

Max Fitness is a great gym! For an affordable price, you get access to a variety of classes and programs to fit your fitness needs. Staff is very friendly and I am a very satisfied member!

Max fitness has been wonderful to me and my family for the past 18 months. My children have thoroughly enjoyed their time in Kidz club. The care givers are amazing amazing people. The trainers are motivated and the classes are fun. I lost weight and gained confidence while attending their gym. I never had to worry about my children’s care or comfort. It’s been a very positive experience. The only time I had a concern was when I encountered a specific individual in their cancellation department. Regional manager JR quickly gave my concerns attention and from there he continued the positive customer care I had come to know and expect from Max Fitness. They absolutely care for their clients and do all they can to maintain a positive relationship.

They are trying to charge me $1046.46 for nothing I got an email last month saying I only owe $173.00 which is fine I just recently have a baby girl so I haven’t been going for the past 2 months due to Covid and as of today they saying I have 30 days to pay $1046.46 are My account will be reported to the credit bureau

Great and kind staff that will help you with your goals, they have great classes for anybody with all the equipment you could ever need to achieve your fitness goals, and fair membership

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. No joke here.. literally the worst gym Ive been apart of. Staff is way to clique, gym equipment is not a priority, it seems like the business side of the house is run by a child. The errors and mistakes I had to deal with that cost me time and money were absolutely ridiculous. This gym sucks. Find somewhere else to work out.

Disrespectful. The people are great, but lawd if the work aint hard. Full service gym w/ cardio equipment, weight machines, free weights, and the BEST group fitness classes and instructors in the area!!

Enjoyed my training today with Jamie. Im not going to like her tomorrow (lol). However, she did provided me great training exercises to help me with my personal goals.

This place needs to be a little cleaner. People need to clean machines when they are done using them and it needs to be enforced. Wipes should be available at all times to help with this. Whatever is in the few cleaning bottles in the gym every day looks mostly all water.

This is swell place to get swole and the right place for a run. Decent equipment setup and friendly folks.

I’ve had nothing but a great experience with Max Fitness. From day one, Max Fitness has been like a like a an extended family for me. The best part of Max Fitness are the workout classes. My favorite is RPM with Cathy. Cathy ROCKS. She is an awesome instructor and a wonderful person that over extends herself to know each individual that walks through Max Fitness doors. I love this gym and nothing beats Max Fitness.

Ive been a member since 2015. As a retired soldier, I have moved around many times over the years and have been a gym member at most of my duty locations. Max Fitness is BY FAR the best gym I have ever been a member of. They treat you like family and take the time to learn your name and make you feel welcome. My nephew, who is a professional basketball player, works out at Max Fitness when he is home and he loves the people and PUSH class. Cathy is a great trainer who motivates by positive reinforcement, helps you identify your strengths and weaknesses, and helps you work on a plan to achieve your fitness goals. I would recommend Max Fitness to anyone!!

My home gym, this is where it all started for me on my path to greatness. I recommend this gym to anyone in the area. It is a well rounded gym with the equipment needed to get any type of result you desire.

Largest gym in the area. The equipment is well maintained and the is a good variety of free weights and machines. Lots of classes too if thats your thing. The real highlight here though is the staff. Friendly and fun, they will treat you like family.

I always workout at Max Fitness Elite when I come to town. The staff are extremely friendly and the gym is very well maintained. I moved to DC two years ago and have yet to find a facility as clean and non-intimidating as Max Fitness. The group fitness schedule is always consistent and childcare is exceptional. (Good childcare is hard to find! My now five year old still remembers the childcare staff at Max Fitness.) I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place to workout.

Huge gym with tons of machine options. They are popular, but I have never not been able to get the machine I wanted. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. Loren, a manager, always greets me by name and checks in on my goals. I have also worked with two personal trainers, JR and Michael, both of which have gone above and beyond to help me stay on track. I am so glad that I swapped gyms to be apart of the Max family.

Love Max Fitness Elite! I have been a member for years. I especially like the group fitness program. The Spin Class on Monday and Wednesday nights are my favorite!In all of the classes you can work at your own pace and no judgment. Everyone very positive and encouraging. Give it a try!

HORRIBLE, RUDE, CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT JOIN HERE. I was a member here and even after meeting all of their requirements to cancel my membership, they would NOT stop charging my card! I finally had to cancel the credit card to avoid being billed from them. THEN MORE THAN TWO YEARS LATER they have sent me to collections. I hope no one here ever has the misfortune of speaking with Ms. Bass. She is just PLAIN RUDE and doesn’t care about people at all. BEWARE the SCAM that is Max Fitness.

If I could give no stars I would. For the last two years I have had money pulled from my account twice a month. Randomly. I dont have a gym membership at this facility and havent had one for the last two years. I have documentation of my cancellation form signed and dated back from 2016 and that still wasnt reason enough to SUCCESSFULLY terminate my account. It took to the point I had to threaten to take them to a small claims court and my bank reported their activity as fraudulent. Ive had multiple friends and colleagues suffer through the same situation. It seems that the only way to get a membership canceled in their eyes, is if you passed away. And even then someone would have to pay a cancelation fee. Just fair warning if you try to get a gym membership here, one year really turns into youre stuck for life. It would be one thing if the staff was sympathetic or considerate of this doing. The manager only said how awful he felt that was for me, but took no further action. Waiting till theyre shut down for good due to fraud.

Half the tanning beds dont work and you took the cinema room away .that was the best room.might as well go back to planet fitness as least their tanning beds work

Recently Ive tried to cancel my gym membership at your company. Ive message your cancelation page twice and contacted you on Facebook and you continue to charge the card on file. Ive had 3 charges on my card since you opened back up on Friday 2 for 40$ and one for 15$ when you just recently opened but your day cares for child care are not open and you charged my wifes membership on my card $40, when you cant provide a service that your charging for. Your company dosnt have someone you can talk to over the phone. I am very unhappy with your service and the way your business is ran at this time.

This is hands down the best gym ... if you are into fighting for room to workout, waiting on equipment because it stays packed. Also, if you decide that you dont want to go there anymore, they will not let you cancel your contract. There is a clause in the contracts that says you can only cancel your contract through re-location or medical and that is only IF they approve it. We moved and kept getting charged. It was originally 9.99/mnth, however, it seemed that every time we called to try to cancel the monthly rate went up. After 3 years, we were getting charged 20$ and then an additional 10$ a month. We never authorized this. When we called, they would transfer us to Mrs. Moore to be re-transferred to a receptionist to transfer us to a voicemail. Then after calling back and complaining the girl on the phone (that weve been talking to the whole time) admits that she is Mrs. Moore. Only after threatening to open a credit dispute a legal dispute did they finally cancel our contract. This business is COMPLETELY unprofessional. They will keep charging you and not work with you.

I absolutely love the new Push class! Ive lost 4 inches so far! Its like personal training but in a group setting! All of the classes in general are fantastic and my kids love the childcare. Id definitely recommend this gym!

I see I’m not the only one that fell for that scam in the mail when I was stationed at Benning. This business makes money thru insurance and collections. Like the hundred other consumers in the reviews, I canceled the membership after I seen the scam; yet, I was still charged and sent to collections... Won’t get a dime from me and my credit is still exceptional.

Max has plenty of good equipment and decent hours. Mornings arent extremely but evenings can get packed especially during the week. I definitely enjoy the fact that Complete Nutrition has established and fully stocked smoothie bar with available supplements inside the gym. The Complete Nutrition staff is very knowledgeable and polite.

The worst gym ever!!!! I was literally harassed when trying to cancel my contract. (You’re able to buy out) I sent in 4 cancellation forms, stating how I was willing to pay the buyout fee, all 4 were rejected. They kept calling and calling. The sawyer lady is rude and unethical, said they sent me emails regarding I wasn’t declined the buyout, checked gmail, NOTHINg WAS EVER SENT. Received a phone call today from there finance office. the call started out asking if this was ______ I let them know it was me, and the lady goes hold on we have a very urgent message for you. I thought I was getting a call to tell me my husband died (he’s away on work)Horrible business, awful marketing, all around shady. All they care about is money. I’d rather go to collections than give this gym my dime.

Been a member since 2017 starting my push class with many health issues after a years working out my Doctor took me off of all medication I was taken I personally enjoy this class with my favorite trainer Cathy Childress she motivate each of one of the members of the class always welcoming you with a big smile and kind spirit!!❤️

This gym is horrible DO NOT JOIN! Im a medical student here on rotations and decided I wanted to join a gym with my roommate. When we originally joined, I made sure I read the ENTIRE contract and made sure the gym put in a note that we could cancel the membership with 15 days notice. Then, 4 months later, I see an extra charge of $40 that was not on the original contract. When I went in and asked about this charge, the manager said it was for equipment maintenance and paid once a year. Frustrated because that was NEVER on the original contract I told him I wanted to cancel my membership. Then he said that I couldnt cancel in the store, I had to mail in some form so it would take longer than the 15 days to cancel. He then pretended to be nice, saying he would comp the next 3 months and refund the $40. I told him I just wanted my credit card taken off their access and he said it would be. Then the next month I got charged AGAIN $30 for the monthly fee. I still have not received any refund and was charged MORE money when all I wanted to do was quit! unbelievable. Dont expect them to be interested in anything other than money/tricking you into paying extra at this gym.

Ive only been a member at Max Fitness Elite for a couple of years and it has definitely exceeded all of my expectations. The staff/instructors are not only friendly but extremely knowledgeable and are always willing to assist. The group fitness classes are unbelievably awesome...my favorite (of course) is Group Ride. If you try it you will be hooked!Have fitness goals??? This is the gym to join!

Great workout. Motivating instructors. I feel like I have so much more energy. Ive started to notice a difference in my strength. I love the 36 hour afterburn! Every class is fantastic!

I love their Cinema room where I always do my cardio while watching a movie and sometimes work out longer than I had planned.

I have been a member for many, many years. I would never go anywhere else. This gym is so clean and has so much equipment, you always have what you need even at crowded times. The group fitness classes are absolutely awesome! I love spin class with Cathy! She makes it so much fun and she is a super motivator! I renew my membership every time its due because I know she will be there! The staff is super friendly and always willing to help. Its the place to be!

If I could give zero stars then I would!!! I had a membership back in 2015 and I am still being bothered by them. I canceled it MULTIPLE times and eventually had to get a new card because they would not cancel my membership. They claimed I owed them all this money when I hadnt been in there facility in 4 years. I now get harassing calls 100 times a day saying that I owe them a ridiculous amount of money. Mind you I wasnt even 18 when I signed a contract with them so whatever contract they THINK I was bound to is completely void. DO NOT SIGN UP HERE THEY WILL SCAM YOU AND TAKE MONEY THAT THEY SHOULDNT!!!!!

I love the many different group fitness classes that are offered. I also love the interaction the fitness instructors provide to their students. I feel that they treat you like you should be treated, not just another number like some fitness instructors do. They provide options, modifications, if you feel your body just cant do something the instructor is doing, talk to the instructor, he or she will provide you with your own personal modifications so that you can continue to benefit from your workout.

Ive been a member of Max Fitness for a number of years and frankly, was not a huge fan. However, in the past 6 months or so, Ive seen a total turnaround ... from an efficient front desk, to the bathroom cleanliness to working machines. I think they provide a wide variety of classes and the instructors are really quite good -- and ENCOURAGING!

We tried canceling our account due to a PCS. We gave them a copy of our orders and completed the online portion explaining why we were canceling the account. 3 months later we’re receiving phone calls from collection agency from Augusta Georgia saying we owe 1500 dollars from the membership because we didn’t close out the account properly. And looking at the other reviews we aren’t the only customer they’ve done this to.

They are trying to chrge me over $1000 for nothing I went for a month and quit going, because of corona and they are trying to charge me over $1000🤦🏽‍♂️🖕🏼.

The office staff sucks. Ms. Sawyer is very rude and nonchalant. She does not return phone calls in a timely manner . She gave me a hassle when I tried to cancel. It took three months to finally cancel. I wouldn’t recommend this gym to anyone . Especially when you can get great service and results at other gyms for half the price .

Max Fitness is a great facility and the staff is super nice and informative. The gym is clean and up to date on the equipment. Love the classes they really work you hard to get in shape.

Although I truly enjoy the group fitness classes at Max Fitness, I LOVE the PUSH fitness class. It is worth it. Ive now lost 6 pounds and feel great. Switching from cardio to strength training keeps the energy up and every day of the week is a different routine. The hour flies by. I love the instructors. They are encouraging and supportive but push me to keep my heart rate in the correct zone. Not to mention that watching your heart rate, calories, and intensity points during the class is totally motivational! Try it!!

As someone that was overweight for many many years I was very intimated at the thought of joining a gym. My experience at MaxFitness Elite was so surprising! The front desk staff was super friendly and welcoming, and the group fitness program is AWESOME! The instructors took the time to learn my name and encourage me to not give up! Now about 60 lbs lighter it has completely changed my life and I owe it all to the friendly and motivating staff and instructors that wouldnt let me quit.

OMG! Lauren and Kim and the entire staff are professional and knowledgeable in their careers. This fitness center is hands down the best in Columbus, Georgia. I visited six facilities with my goals in mind and none compared to the variety, cost, environment and guality instruction offered by the team at Max Fitness.

Decent sized gym with any number of machines, free weights, and equipment you can ask for. Everything is kind of crammed in there though. Feel like youre always working out on top of someone. Lots of people just talking on the equipment too, wasting time. Staff were great. Nice little gym, just needs more room.

Once you get a membership, you better not move.. I have sent numerous bills to prove my new address and payment to cancel my membership. I called early November because I thought I signed up for a 12 month program, but was told I signed up for a 24 month program. I was then told that my account wouldnt be drafted because I got the second year free as a deal. Was told to call about a month ahead of my renewal to make sure.. I just called and was told that the 24 month contract would continue to draft my account and my check for the cancellation was shredded. I now understand that if you pay in full, you get the 2nd year free, but I should not have been told wrong information. I live 2 HOURS AWAY! There is no way I can get to the gym.. Ive now, sent 2 certified letters, left multiple messages with the cancellation department and cant get a response and now I have to send ANOTHER check. What is going on?? No one can get it straight up there. I read the reviews before signing up and heard cancellation was an issue, but I also didnt know I would be moving either. Please read all the reviews before you make a decision to sign up... Its been a nightmare.

Certain times not to crowded you have to find a time that you are comfortable with. They have wonderful facilities and services are very good.

We recently moved to Charlotte, NC for my husbands job and once I started looking for a gym I realized how I took Max Fitness Elite for granted. I have not been able to find anything close to the quality of Max Fitness Elite. From the nice equipment, the clean locker rooms, the huge group fitness rooms, the openness of the gym floor, the fun & motivating group fitness classes (not to mention that amount of classes offered!), and the friendliness of the gym members and staff, I totally miss this gym. But mostly I cant get over how nice the child watch area was compared to other gyms. The size of the room, the amount of toys/games etc, the separate baby section, the CLEANLINESS of the room and the child watch workers were always so nice! I also should mention my husband still had a contract and the corporate office was very responsive and quick to cancel his contract when we supplied them with proof of our new address.I wish Max Fitness would open a gym in Charlotte now!

Ive traveled all around this great country of ours and worked out in a LOT of gyms. Ive never been to one that has it together as much as this gym does. Their instructors are so professional and caring and you can tell they know what theyre doing and care about their jobs. They have tons of equipment (free weights and machines) and the spacious, open feeling of the infrastructure dont make you feel suffocated like so many gyms Ive been in. Lots of windows let in natural light and there are many areas to go to so I get the workout I want and need for the day - like a small personal training room if I want to work out in a more private area, two group fitness rooms, an area dedicated to just cardio with tons of flat screen TVs to keep me entertained while I get my sweat on. Im proud to be a member of this gym and know anyone else would be too! I recommend anyone to check it out.

I have been trying to get out of this contract for over 6 months. I gave them a copy of my mortgage where i moved 6 hours away several months ago. Text kathy afew times and talked to numerous people. They pretend to help and say they will stop billing but never do... its all about money, they dont care about you just your money!!

I am not dissatisfied with Max Fitness I am highly disappointed with Push PT, a personal training company affiliated and working out of Max Fitness. There customer service is horrible, they lack professionalism and they obviously do not understand business ethics. They have been with holding money from me for over 8 weeks now for services not rendered from PIF training sessions that I could not use because I relocated. I fulfilled the contract agreement as for how far I moved and held up to my part by providing all my legal paperwork. Push PT is not a professional company and I hope anyone that decides to work out through them really takes the time to understand what there getting into.

Really love this gym. Staff is friendly. Have a lot of friends. In the past 3 years went from 200lbs to 165lbs with 32 waist. Wonderful

I have been a member at Max Fitness for almost 8 years and since the onset, have participated in Group Fitness classes. The instructors are incredible, always pushing participants to new limits. Working in the healthcare field, I have come to realize that ones health is an investment.....and we get out what we put in. Max Fitness and its staff have enabled me to make a significant investment in which I know will pay off in due time!

I have been a member at Max Fitness for several years now. I really enjoy the classes that I have taken. The Spin Class is my favorite. The instructors are really awesome. Of course, if you dont come try, you will never know.

HORRIBLE BUSINESS ETHICS AND CORPORATE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They do NOT care about you; you are only a number and they only care about money. They do not care about ANY of their customers and they most certainly do not treat them well. To get out of a college gym contract, you have to do so many irrational things to cancel.. AND THEN PAY EVEN MORE! Its harder to get out of this contract than what it is to get out of an apartment lease! So many irrational hidden fees. They will not help you. They are not understanding. They just nickel and dime you over EVERYTHING. And when I signed up, I wasnt told this was a 39 bi-weekly CONTRACT. I asked if I could cancel, and they said yes, no problem. They forgot to mention the contract, cancellation process, and hidden fees.

I have never been back to this location since 2011. I tried to sign up, but one of the staff members it seems to me quietly kept trying to lure me and my friend away from joining the gym. He continued to say that the prices are very expensive before even telling us the price! Once he found out that I owned my own business and that my friend was a principal at Midland Academy, he changed his whole demeanor about us. He then started referring to us as Mr...! So we left and joined another Gym. Profiling

WATCH OUT!! They will over bill you, over charge you, deduct more $$ from your account than you had signed up for and will not help you on getting your money back. Very very poor customer service. I am not sure if its the accounting manager or the whole system is set up to get customers money because it has happened to me and my friends on more than one occasion. Their trainers are not very professional and do not care if you break your back while doing exercise because they do not take any interest in any of the members at any time. I have seen lot of new members doing wrong technique but no one bothers to correct them.

DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!I opted to freeze my account due to pregnancy. Lady stated while on freeze my account would NOT be charged. That was a lie. Find out that you are charged while being on a freeze. Not only that but I opted to change the childcare on my contract when I signed to get rid of it sue to my child starting school. That never happened and since august i have been back and forth up there trying to get it situated only to find out there is nothing I can do.And good luck contacting someone from corporate!!!!

The staff is great but if you EVER have to cancel good luck. Even a month to month, which is introduced as TEMPORARY is impossible to cancel. Ive repeatedly sent in the cancel form. And im being charged CONTINUOUSLY. Max fitness is a crappy business.

I made a mistake on coming here and signing up for a contract that I cant even cancel. I wasnt told that my account would be charged two times a month and now Im paying twice the money I was originally told that I was going to be charged as well as a yearly maintenance fee. why should I have to pay a maintenance fee if I dont damage no equipment. I asked one of the trainers for advice on working out and he just ignored me. This gym is full of obese bodybuilders and stalkers sitting around watching you workout.

Love love love this place, Im there every morning. Its changed my life.
